This is a fake website that is trying steal your identity and moneyThey tried to have me send them my social and send an image of my credit cardPhone numbers on site doesn't work and live support won't respond

I ordered, a delivery of 'pipers' Scotch whiskey bottle, to send it to India on the Fathers Day occasionThe vendor delivered Bag Piper whiskey worth of INR 435, neither it was the right substitute nor it was worth equal amounts of moneyMoreover, the vendor went back to my father and took the bottle away without any consent or permission from the companyTwice I spoke to the customer service agent and they had no information about it, and they took days for investigationNow no one is answering my phone call and no one has gotten back to me regarding the product or money via emailI had such a bad experience

Placed an order with this company for Valentine's Day flowers for a friend and her daughter on Feb with a delivery date of Feb 10,
They did not deliver on the 10th then told me via live chat that they would deliver on Monday Feb 13th then I got an email stating they would deliver on Feb 15th as the local vendor did not have the stock
and on Feb 13, I got an email stating they delivered the item today but the recipient does not have the item

Purchased international product and delivery 3+ weeks ahead of scheduled date Paid in full and followed up with customer service to find out they are having issues fulling the orderFind out later that they can fulfill the order but I would have to pay an extra
Company is at fault for not being able to fulfill an order placed well ahead of time and wants customer to pay the difference for their mistake

I have paid a huge sum for delivery of flowers, cake and basket full of cookiesThe gifts delivered were not even close to the value of money I paidinstead of a beautiful well decorated basked, cheap biscuits bought from local store were deliveredRandom flowers tied hurriedly together instead of a basket of flowers and again very low quality tasteless cake was deliveredCustomer Service paid no heed so I wrote a mail to the owner Mr *** *** and to my shock he has not responded even after weeks ! Pickupflowers has no business ethics completely lacks in customer empathy, they do not deserve to be in business

This is a BIG scam , do not use this company for you flower or gift deliveryOrdered gift set to be deliver to Germany on November 16th, to be delivered on November 21st, 2015, got a confirmation, send an email to conform delivery date and time but they did not deliverWent into live chat to see where my order was, as soon as I enter the order number Ryan ***(chat room representative) despaired and chat room was not available all dayI Google the business name and came up with all this negative reviews and how they scam peopleTried to called the number(***), no one answers, no recording or answering machineGot an email from them saying ”Dear Customer,
Thank you for your order, We regret the inform you thatWe have tried to deliver this order but no one is available at given address with given name please do provide us the correct address, so that we will re-deliver this order again today for next day delivery”My family was home all day Saturday waiting for deliveryThis is not my first time sending itI do it every month and for them to say that the name or address did not match it’s a jokeDo not use them again, Google first before using any company for delivery

I ordered item from the company to be deliver Feb 2, the 1st item was delivered 2/and it is not the same item like they have in the websitethe item was colored kisses bouquet -
2nd item was delivered 2/and it is not the item that I ordered - the item was brimming with cherries - cake they delivered small plastic bag of chocolate

 The business is lying about them taking care of the matter. They did refund the money but the way they handled the situation is very unprofessional. They keep promising me a date that the order was going to get delivered but they never do it. At the end of the day they will always have a reason why the cant do it. This business is very shady!
