Review: On 9/30/2013 Gifting Inc. Charged my account for a purchase I did not make. I called on 10/1/2013 and spoke with an employee who said his name was [redacted] I was told he could not give me any information nor could he call me back with any because, and I quote " they have no outgoing line".

He asked me to call back in 24 hours so that he could check. I called my bank and had my card deactivated and reported the issue not having received an answer or forthcoming help or info from Gifting Inc.

Called on 10/2/2013 (24 hours later) Spoke with a female employee this time who said she couldn't understand me and hung up. I called right back. The same female answered the phone. I asked for [redacted] she said he was not available. She said she would help me after a little confusion on her part. She finally says she will call me back in about 30 minutes. Adding [redacted] should be in by then. Thirty minutes come and pass. I called back about forty minutes later no answer. Then again. Still no one answered. Decided to let my credit protection coverage with the bank handle it.Desired Settlement: For this to be resolved and the party responsible whether private party or Gifting Inc. be dealt with appropriately under the law. To avoid this from happening again to anyone else.

After the 5 business days passed I called my son to see if he received the items, which he had not. At that time, I called the company (415-315-9697) and told them that he had not received them and I told them that I would like them to just refund my money. They told me that they could not do that so that is why I am filing a complaint. It has been almost 3 weeks and the baskets still have not been delivered and now they are not answering their phones.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund the entire amount of money of $150.57 that was given to them for the merchandise.

Review: I had ordered "Round or Heart shape Chocolate cake 2 kgs and 12 red roses bouquet with fillers"order no 2512059 costing US$ 139.55+US $10 for hand delivery to my daughter in Dallas, TX 75252, USA on her birthdayDelivery Date:TUE, 08/SEP/2015What she received is 1 Kg cake just half of what was ordered and was square in shape with with 12 bouquet of red roses with fillers.Which definitely spoiled the mood of my daughter.I tried to call immediately on 8th September there was nobody available whole day against there advertisement 24x7 customer support. I wrote the email. which I got the initial reply "we will look into the matter" later reply was" we are not dealing with bakery, we are dealing with florist only, hence we can not do anything. On constant email by me, they answered they will refund US$ 10 as our contracted florist got 10$ discount to buy that cake.When I refused later email they offered 15 US $. which is very poor as it spoiled the mood on the birthday as well it was half the quantity of cake of 139 US$ and refund offered was only 15$, which was very poor according to me against there advertisement on there website "full customer satisfaction, Timely delivery, nob hidden costs full refund or replacement".Desired Settlement: As advertised on there website "refund or replacement if not satisfied".I expect refund.

Review: Merchant charged me money for flowers that were never delivered.Desired Settlement: Business is blacklisted for fraudulently charging customers.

This is a BIG scam , do not use this company for you flower or gift delivery. Ordered gift set to be deliver to Germany on November 16th, 2015 to be delivered on November 21st, 2015, got a confirmation, send an email to conform delivery date and time but they did not deliver. Went into live chat to see where my order was, as soon as I enter the order number Ryan [redacted](chat room representative) despaired and chat room was not available all day. I Google the business name and came up with all this negative reviews and how they scam people. Tried to called the number([redacted]), no one answers, no recording or answering machine. Got an email from them saying ”Dear Customer,

Thank you for your order, We regret the inform you that. We have tried to deliver this order but no one is available at given address with given name please do provide us the correct address, so that we will re-deliver this order again today for next day delivery”. My family was home all day Saturday waiting for delivery. This is not my first time sending it. I do it every month and for them to say that the name or address did not match it’s a joke. Do not use them again, Google first before using any company for delivery.

Review: First this operation was charged to deliver a gift to my wife in her home country. their affiliate failed to make the delivery so I requested my money be refunded...that was July 2nd. in the e-mail that company stated it will take 3-5 business days. well to date I still have not received that refund. they say its the bank...the bank says they haven't received anything from said operation.

Review: My order [redacted] placed on Feb 9 2015 was processed then approved for delivery on the date I specified Feb 14 2015. Its past that date already and recipient has not receive anything at all. I have chatted several times using the online chat services but all they could tell me is they dont have any update on the order and to check back tomorrow. I have no patience on waiting anymore on flowers that were supppose to be delivered Feb 14 2015. I have ask for help in the chat (they give me the same lines everytime) emailed them (no reply yet), and even called (no one picks up). Review: this company webpage and facebook needs to be shut down, they are selling and taking money and not providing products.

they dont answer phone calls, they dont reply to emails and steer you in unwanted ways and not resolving.

Review: Absolutely terrible service. I made such a big mistake ordering with giftsnideas. I had made two orders. One was delivered (to India), but it was so miserable and with the message written down in someone's ugly handwriting - nothing like what they advertised on their website. However, atleast something was delivered. As for the other one, to the US (New Jersey), it never got delivered. Everytime I tried to get in touch with a customer service rep, they would tell me to wait 24 hours so they can check with their local florist. Waiting 24 hours meant losing the opportunity to wish a loved one on their birthday which defeats the entire purpose of ordering a gift through them.

I tried to check/follow up with them again and ran into fresh obstacles. When I told the customer rep my grievance, she decided she was not in the mood to listen to an upset customer and left the live chat (an option they have on their website). This happened twice.

I go in touch with them through social media (facebook) and I was assured that it would be delivered on 11th May. And still nothing. Despite so many more emails to customer care, there is no response from their side. Now I just would like a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund for order [redacted]

It is really sad that there are such companies who claim that they 'enable gifting everywhere' and can't even co-ordinate with their gift suppliers. What a shame. Despite several efforts on my part to get a refund, I was unable to. Thank you for getting in touch with them, escalating the matter and ultimately resolving it.

Review: I placed an order on 19th July for a gift to be delivered to Australia. I was promised the gift will reach by 21th. However it got delay. on 29th July my order was cancelled without informing me. As of 08/11/2015, I have not received a refund. Company official policy says it will be process in 4-5 business days. Customer Rep disconnects the chat window. No representatives are available on the phone number that on the website.

Review: I ordered flowers to be delivered in Seoul, Korea on May 7 (Korean time). I confirmed with two separate live chats, both with "[redacted]," which I have the transcripts for, that the flowers would be delivered by 7pm. The flowers were not delivered, and after talking to the live chat representatives again ([redacted], I was told to wait. The website has a satisfaction guarantee which states "On time delivery, No Hidden Costs, Refund or replace, if not satisfied." Pickup Flowers did not fulfill the delivery of the flowers.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, as per Pickup Flowers' satisfaction guarantee. I would like the flowers to be delivered as well.
