It is really sad that there are such companies who claim that they 'enable gifting everywhere' and can't even co-ordinate with their gift suppliers. What a shame. Despite several efforts on my part to get a refund, I was unable to. Thank you for getting in touch with them, escalating the matter and ultimately resolving it.

and he requested for cancellation and we have also informed [redacted] that we can deliver the order at the earliest but the [redacted] disagreed for it and asked to cancel the order. We have received the  order from the customer   and  have tried to process the order as per delivery date.But  with the availabe options the delivery was not possible  as order placed initial date.We have cross checked...

 with customer is it ok to process with the  earliest delivery date.To which we haven't received the response to goa head  with the customer .Customer then later came on live chat and asked  to cancel the order as   not interested in the earliest delivery date. 
So we have gone and cancelled the order .The issue refund has already been updated to the customer that we have cancelled the order and given full refund.Refund transaction details have already been updated to the custmer.So we  request you to cose the dispute in our favour as we have already the cancelled the order and issued full refund to the custimier  for same.

Review: We ordered flowers online from this company. The picture of the arrangement showed flowers in a vase. Just to confirm, I followed up immediately with an email, stating that we assume the vase was included, but if not, to please cancel the order. They responded saying that it was too late, and that the order was already shipped (even though it was 10 PM at night, and the order actually wasn't set to ship until the afternoon of the next day). I reached out to them on email, their phone number, and chat. On email they kept saying it was too late. Twice we connected by chat, and they cut off the chat once I told them the problem and they did not offer a resolution. The phone number on the their site for the US number said that the number has been disconnected. Judging by the other complaints here, this is all very common. They also state a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The flowers were being delivered overseas to Copenhagen. This is totally unacceptable. I ordered new flowers for my daughter's 21st birthday from someone else. It appears that they have gone ahead and delivered the flowers without a vase, despite numerous attempts to tell them not to. This has to be among the worse customer service I've ever seen. They had many chances to cancel the order but were unwilling to do so.Desired Settlement: Just want my money back.

Review: I've used this company before with no issues until this past time. Placed an order to have flowers delivered to my girlfriend in Canada and it was not... Called numerous times and nothing... Left messages on voicemail numerous times and nothing... Emailed and yet again nothing.... Not honoring what they claim....

Review: I placed order on Feb 17, 2015, order number [redacted], for amount of $57.82. I requested the flowers to be hand deliver next business day to my family in Sydney Australia. They sent me back an email stating that the local vendor unable to send it the next business day and that I need to reply back and let them know when is the earliest that they can send. I reply back and tell them they can send it within the next 2 business days. They reply back saying that they will and will send me a confirmation once the delivery took place. I never receive any email from them after that.

2 days passed, I emailed them to ask about the status of the delivery. They then reply back and this is what they told me in their email "Dear Customer, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We were informed by our concerned department that our local partners delivered the order to wrong address by mistake, kindly accept our apology. Please let us know if we can redeliver the order at the earliest. Awaiting your earliest reply.

After this email, I realized that this is a scam and a fraud company. what kind of company send the flowers to the wrong address and is also asking me when they can redeliver the flowers. If I placed the order 2 days ago asking you to deliver the flowers the next day that means I want the flowers to deliver immediately. And if you send it to the wrong address it is your job to immediately send the flowers to the right address w/out asking me.

I realized this is a scam company and that they will just keep playing with me by keep sending me email and keep me waiting so that they can get their money from my credit card company before I can file a fraud claim against them. I have sent them an email telling them that I know this is a scam and that they are fraud. Since then, they have not reply back. Their phone number doesn't work. Their live chat does not work. Many have write a review about them complaining that this is a scam. They take your money w/out delivering the goods. This website need to be shut down and I will work my very best to keep this website shut down or will let everyone know about this website.

I have already filed a FBI cyber fraud claim against this company.Desired Settlement: I need this company to refund my money!

Review: I placed an order for a cake (order #[redacted]) that was to be delivered on Oct 8, 2014 (Philippine time) to a residence in the Philippines. After chatting with a customer representative named [redacted] on Oct 8 (Philippine time), I was assured that the cake was on it's way for delivery. The cake was never delivered and I subsequently contacted Gifting Inc. and spoke to [redacted] about the issue but she won't acknowledge that the charge was made for $81.85 (appearing on my credit card monthly statement). I asked for the order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded but again, could only assure me that only WHEN they receive the payment will my money be refunded. But clearly, my credit card was charged for the above amount. I chatted with this lady 3 times and I wasn't getting anywhere.Desired Settlement: I want $81.85 dollars to be refunded on my credit card.

Review: I ordered a cake on April 9, 2015 via www.pickupflowers.com from Sweden to Philippines. I chose a chocolate birthday cake with dedication to be delivered to [redacted] at [redacted] on April 11,2015. I got a confirmation email saying it will be processed.

3 minutes later, I found out [redacted] is in Boracay on a company outing so I chatted with [redacted] via their live chat to change the date and address to [redacted] – the agent confirmed the date has been changed from April 11, 2015 to April 10, 2015 and that the address has been changed as well. I did not however get a confirmation email of the change.

On the day of scheduled delivery, I chatted via live chat early in the morning (Swedish time) with [redacted] and asked if it has been delivered, she said the order has been processed. I asked where it was delivered and she said it will be in the original address on April 11. I said but I changed it yesterday, she was gone for 15 minutes and then she said, oh yes it has been changed and will be delivered today anytime between 10am to 7pm then he apologized for misinforming me.

I chatted again in the afternoon around 6:30pm (Philippine time) to ask if it has been delivered, the chat agent said it is processed and will be delivered but he cannot give an estimated time.

I waited til after 7pm (I asked the recipient and he said he did not get anything). I chatted with the live chat agent named [redacted] and he said, they have delivered it. I said, if it was delivered, what is your proof, who received it, where was it received, do you have a signed proof.

He said he needs to check the team and that I give them time. 4 days later, I have not received an email as promised, no cake has been delivered as confirmed by the recipient.

I tried chatting again and the agent lied saying it has been delivered. When confronted of the proof of delivery again, he answers, I need some time to take a look at it. I have emailed to cancel the order for breach of agreement on April 11, 2015. I have also chatted 2x to specifically tell them I want it cancelled but they don’t want to confirm the cancellation saying they need time to check (when in fact they promised online money back guarantee, on time delivery yet it has been 4 days past the agreed date).

I tried to get in touch with them again for the nth time and then the agent [redacted] said “recipient is unknown at the hotel as per [redacted].

“Please advice to your recipient give us the correct information of the recipient.” – this to me is unacceptable because

1. There was never any delivery attempt made, I asked the hotel if someone asked for that name in the hotel in an attempt to make a delivery and if they said they didn’t know him (the hotel by the way is in the middle of the most popular area in the island and is a known hotel so it is hard to miss. In addition, the recipient is a regular corporate customer for many years now so they know him personally and professionally due to the business he brings to the hotel every year. Recipient is the President and CEO of Philippine waters corporation and their company outing every year is in that same hotel).

2. They have told me countless times it has been delivered but they cannot show proof of it every time I asked. Now after I threatened them I will file complaints against them and 4 days after the original delivery date, they claim they have attempted delivery but that the recipient is unknown -- this is the same excuse they use to all of the clients they have fooled to rid themselves of responsibility as can be seen online in the complaint reports against them.

3. I was very specific to them in all of my chats that if they cannot guarantee delivery on April 10, 2015 I want the order cancelled and they without any hesitation guaranteed it will be there on April 10, 2015 more than 3x – by [redacted] Brown, and [redacted] and they even had the guts to tell me it will be there before 7pm – this never happened.

Online, they promise refund when one is not satisfied, they also promise on time delivery - none of these promises they fulfill.

Review: I ordered flowers on Monday April 6 to be delivered on Wed April 8. The delivery must be Wednesday as it is the day of my grandmother's birthday. Pickup flowers delivered it on the wrong day - Tuesday April 7. They also did not honor their service of calling my grandmother's house before they delivered the flowers. It was a stroke of luck that someone was home when they delivered but they really should have delivered it on the RIGHT day and called before they delivered as they promised. The coupon code they had online (FREEDELIVERY) was also not working.Desired Settlement: For the WRONG delivery date and missed calling the recipient I should at least receive a partial refund on my order.

Review: First off, I have to say that I have never dealt with such horrible customer service and follow-thru on an order. I placed an order last Thursday 11/7/13 (US) and paid for hand delivery ($14) on November 8. When the delivery had not happened I called your customer service dept and was told that there were "Technical Difficulties" and the soonest it could be delivered was 11/12. On 11/12 it still had not been delivered (and no email from your company indicating it wouldn't be) so I called again. After a horrible connection and several calls later I was told that there were still "Technical Difficulties" and my order had not been processed. However, there were not any technical difficulties preventing you from charging my credit card for the service. Come to find out after asking to speak with the manager, they were having a difficult time find a supplier to take my order.

Why is it you offer a service and options if you don't already have suppliers to can handle the order? Here it is 11/13 and my order has not been delivered. I was told via email on 11/12 that it would be delivered 11/13. Again, I was given false information. I had to ask to be credited the delivery charge it was not offered to me since they were unable to fulfill my order on Nov. 8.

I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by GiftnIdeas.com (Gifting, Inc.) overall. As someone from the US who will need the services of gift delivery often, as my other half is in the UK, I am sad to say that I obviously cannot rely on your company to deliver as promised. I have never had to follow up and track down the status of any order I have ever placed for international delivery. To make matters worse, trying to communicate with someone via the telephone has been less than productive. I cannot understand them and the connection is horrible.Desired Settlement: Change the promise of delivery if they are unable to fullfill orders as promised. Engage the right vendors to complete orders. Provide a customer service # with english speaking representatives for US residents. Stop false advertising of delivery of goods. Provide the services paid for by the customer.
