Si I rented from Enterprise for straight yearsTowards the beginning of last year the replaced the manager Matt with ***From that point on the billing was wrong I was harassed on a weekly basis and com to discover they doubled billed meIn the middle of (I have the documentation) I was rear endedThe Enterprise vehicle I was driving had an exprired licenseThey tried coming after me for the damages but I was not liable and I stood my groundWhen I went to renew the rental in approxAug they said I had pay the damages or I could no longer rentI told them to take their PROFANITY rentalIn that meeting I showed them where they had double billed me and both *** (LCW Manager) and Andrew (Regional Mngr) acknowledged their error and said they'd correct itThey didn't sent me to collectionsI want them to be accountable!

I recently had to get a rental car because my car was in the repair shop and at the process of doing the paper work the gentlemen who was helping me asked me if I wanted to purchase extra protection and I then asked if I don't use do I get the money back and he said they don't give cash refunds, but the money would be discounted off our insurance and said great sureThen at the process of looking through my credit card bill I noticed a charge of and some change for a Dw which the added protectionSo I called enterprise and they said that want the case the money isn't refundableIf I now that I would have never done that
