I was issued a rental car from Enterprise today through my insurance company GeicoAlthough I was advised that there would be no out of pocket expenses for my rental car by GeicoI found out when I was actually at Enterprise that I would be responsible for the deposit inorder to even get the rentalAnyways hour later after several phone calls to my bank to fund my deposit, I was able to put forth a deposit to enterpriseAt this point the Enterprise office at this location was flooded with some others disrgruntled customers complaining about the same thing and others waiting in line to be servedOne of their representatives finally came around to complete my transactions but was so overwhelmed herself she quickly walked by the vehicle handed me a form to sign and sent me on my wayI was already frustrated myself after being there all morning blindsided and now being rushed out the doorOn my way out of their parking lot I went to pick my daughter from schoolMy daughter gets i
The insurance company arranged a car rental with Enterprise on my behalfThe rental car was picked up and returned to the repair shop on the same dayLater I discovered toll charges on my credit cardIt turned out the rental car was not marked as checked in until the following day, and toll charges happened after I returned the car to the repair shopThe repair shop had records showing the time when I returned the carWhen I contacted the Enterprise office to get the toll charges refunded, the representative acknowledged the issue, but said he didn't know what process to follow to get the toll charges refunded
On 3/1/i was provided a rental Truck by Enterprise Rent a Car that had expired tabsAs a result the Truck was towedOn 3/2/i woke to go to work when I found that the truck was goneI was diagnosed with a anxiety disorder when I was 16, under the right circumstances the panic attacks can be very frightening and takes a couple days to get over itThis was one of those timesAfter calling tow companies I found the one that had it *** *** ***AT the time I was not able to call enterprise because they did not open yetI thought the right thing to do was to get it out of the impound yard and I did just thatI was late to work, had to talk to my land lord and explain what happened and because of all that I suffered even more anxiety attacksWhen I told them about the tabs and how the truck was illegal/not allowed to drive on the road their response was "cops do not care if rentals have expired tabs" so after going back and forth about if they are fault they told me
Enterprise falsely accused me of causing damage to a rental vehicle The reps told me the vehicle was fine on cheand then I received a surprise phone call two weeks later accusing me of all sorts of damage I called and talked to the manager who was as helpful as gum on the sidewalk I highly recommend avoiding this company
