Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The details provided in the letter from Regal Home Improvement are untrueWe called on July to inquire about our windows and were told by the receptionist that our windows were not in and we shouldn't expect them for at least nine weeks from the order dateI asked if I should call back and check in after a couple of more weeks and was told "no, the installers will call when the windows arrive in their office" On August we called and spoke to our salesman, john, and were told the windows had been in for a weekThis far exceeds the completion date on the contractOn the first day of installation, Regal installers told us that the trim color we had ordered was wrong and they would have to reorderI never saw the trim in questionWe were concerned that leaving the gaps in the house would be an issue and were told it wasn't a big dealMiguel, the foreman, told us that the trim would be installed the following TuesdayWe did not hear anything from Regal on the follow up date and called Friday, August to check on the progressAt this time we were told the trim had come in and was the wrong color againWe were informed that the trim had to be ordered from overseas and would be overnighted and installed no later than Monday, August When I arrived home on that Monday I saw that nothing had been done to the houseI had to call once again to get any informationI was told at this time that the trim was the wrong color AGAIN and would hopefully be in and installed that Thursday, August [redacted] (Regal representative) told me that they would be out on Friday, August after having trouble getting the trim by Thursday.On Friday, August 28, the crew showed up to complete the jobI was informed at this time that if I suspected any rot around my windows I would have to identify it myselfI expressed my concern that I wasn't an expert and was told by [redacted] that he didn't believe I had any rot around the windowsI showed him what I thought was rotten and he agreed that it wasHad I not showed him this I'm afraid it would have been covered up and not replacedAfter determining that there was rot I was informed they were not prepared to fix it and would have to come back the following week.As far as there being gaps around the windows, it was large enough to see across the street to the neighbors drivewayI provided pictures of not only the gaps in my main living area but the rotten wood that I was required to identify on my ownI would have hoped Regal would have had professionals that would have been able to identify and rectify both these issues without my assistance.We remain very unhappy with this installationMiguel informed me that Regal could and would provide an inspector to come out and examine the work that was done at no cost to meBased on this conversation, I would like Regal to pay for an unbiased inspector to come out and examine the installWe cannot be sure rotten wood wasn't covered up and all gaps were filled behind the thin layer of trim they provided to cover up the stops.We hope that the Revdex.com can help us rectify this situationIt has been extremely upsetting and distractingI have had to take time off from work in order to be home at least two additional times to make sure Regal showed up and was doing the work, not to mention all the phones calls we had to make just to get our windows installedThank you very much for your help with this [redacted]

Watson's has attempted to reach out to the customer on 7/7/via phone (left a voice mail) and email to resolve the issueWe have applied a full refund of $for the installation cost of the pool back to the customer's financingI have emailed the customer a copy of the credit as well on 7/7/Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance in resolving this issuePlease except my apology for any inconvenience this may have caused youWatson's Service Manager

Again I apologize for the issues the ***'s have experienced with the pool delivery and install Like I stated before we have emailed the new work order the work that needs to be done to fix the wall that has the holeAs stated in the comments "Mr& Mrs [redacted] will look at the pool and decide to do now or at the end of the swim season." We only suggested the end of the season so the ***'s would be out anymore swim time I was taking into consideration they were already behind the date originally set up by Perfect Pools As far as the backfill if it needs to be dug out that work will be done by the installers when they do the rehang It always is when a warranty situation occurs I also noted in the comments about the deck in the comments so the installers are awareWe are reimbursing for the water to refill the pool and can adjust for water that appears to have leaked out due to missing/leaking parts on the Filter I am aware that the pool did leak at the simmer and [redacted] with Perfect Pools had that fixed I will make them aware of the leaking chlorinator on the pool to get back out to fix it This is the first time I have heard about the wrong maintenance equipment I'm not sure what the ***'s received with the pool, I know what they are suppose to get and will have the warehouse ship out the kit that comes with the Lazy man pool package I will agree the split the cost of the pool installThe install is $so we can credit back $to Mr& Mrs***Thank youGeorge G***

I apologize for any issues that Mrs [redacted] has experienced with Watson's We dropped off the power pack that was the correct one from the manufactureThe photos' provided are of the cleaner and the remote control not the power pack If Mrs [redacted] feels she has the wrong equipment and cannot use the cleaner I would advise her to just return the cleaner for a refund

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Watson's has offered excuses for the hot tub tripping the breaker:#- Dirty filters - This cannot be the case for tipping breakers because they tripped days after brand new filters were installed.#- Problems with electrical components on my end - This cannot be the case for tripping because the electricians replaced the wiring and the box and it tripped within a few days.I have to have another hip replacement on March 9th and need the resolved before I am hospitalized If I cannot get a replacement tub (NOT [redacted] ) or my money back from Watsons before the middle of next week, I will have no recourse but to pay to have it shipped back to their parking lot with news media present I really am not physically up to this challenge but they are simply giving me no other options Regards, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] was contacted by [redacted] about the spot on the liner [redacted] with [redacted] was told the spot had a patch on itMr [redacted] wanted [redacted] to remove the patch that he applied [redacted] felt this was not possible without damaging the liner At this point the pool has been closed and [redacted] with [redacted] has spoke to Mr [redacted] and feels the best course of action is to wait until Mr [redacted] has his pool opened to go any further I would agree with [redacted] at this timeThanksGeorge G***

Called the business spoke with [redacted] he stated that the only thing left is to put up some lattice work and they are going to touch up the stain on the deck [redacted] stated that money is still owed for the work that was done and he will be reaching out to Ms [redacted] and discuss a discount amount with her

Tell us why h Watson’s strives to offer good customer service While things so occur from time to time we always stand behind our products and service The issues that have occurred with the ***s delivery and install are less than we would like but not all the issues are due to poor service When the pool was delivered there were instruction to put the pull under a tree and the big dogs would be outside but are harmless and to tell [redacted] to lay down When the drivers arrived the dogs were barking the appeared to be aggressive towards the drivers so they put the pool as close to the spot as they could No one was home who could remove the dogs from the situation so the drivers could put the pool where it was wanted The drivers did leave ruts in the yard and Patrick the warehouse manager did give the ***’s a gift card for $which is what Mr [redacted] asked for When the installers arrived to put the pool up the first time the discovered the pool parts damage from what was reported to the service department as being chewed on by the dogs The installers were not able to start the install and left until new parts could get delivered out The ***’s were not charged for the parts Mrs [redacted] reported the boxes were thrown by the drivers but no one was home when the pool was delivered The installers then rescheduled and went to install the pool for a second time but when they were there one of the installers was chased by the dogs and bitten which resulted in a trip to the ER Again no one was home at the time of the second install to help control the situation with the dogs The installer [redacted] spoke the ***s about the situation and agreed to try to install for a third time as long as the dogs were put up The installers arrived for the third time to install the poolUpon finishing the pool and putting the top of the pool together they discovered a hole in the wall which they marked with a piece of duct tape I called Mr [redacted] to report the finding and see what they wanted to do We could fix at that time or do it at the end of the season Mr [redacted] called his wife to find out what she wanted to do I spoke to Mrs [redacted] who was on her way home from work to see the issue with the wall I gave the option to fix now or at the end of the season Mrs [redacted] wished to fix at the end of the season Attached a copy of the work order for the work that needs to be done including the new wall and liner and reimbursement for the water to refill the pool The installers did have to go back to finish the filter due to missing parts and sand They also had to fix a leaking skimmer Unfortunately leaks do occur sometimes the installers have no way of knowing until the pool is full While we do apologize for the issues that have occurred with the deliver, install and product defects we feel we have kept up our agreement of the install If someone was home at the time of the deliver we feel a lot of this would not have been an issue We don’t feel the obligation to offer any more than we already have ere

Sorry for the issues Mr [redacted] has experienced with this pool and the service he has experienced The liner was installed in April of with no issues of leaking Mr [redacted] and his family went all summer with no leaking issues Mr [redacted] didn't experience any issues with a leaking liner until the end of the seasonThe pool liners carry a warranty for seam separation only from the manufactureAny holes, tares, punctures would not be covered under the warranty and would be the responsibility of the pool owner to fix or have fixed Mr [redacted] was explained this was explained this at the time the service order was made by [redacted] [redacted] Divers is who Watson's uses for all our dive needs and are based out of Cincinnati [redacted] has no issues going out to Mr [redacted] house to examine and repair the pool but will charge a mileage fee based off where Mr [redacted] is located in Georgetown Ky Mr [redacted] what charged an out of zone fee initially when he purchased the pool for warehouse deliver and installation [redacted] was there last year for a liner issues Mr [redacted] had and charged Watson's this fee [redacted] has been contacted again to go out there and should give Mr [redacted] a call to get this scheduled thanks [redacted]

I'm sorry for the issues Mrs [redacted] has experienced with her tub, but during our service visits we have not found an issue with the tub to date We have reached out to the manufacture [redacted] for help with the situation but when we went there to get them some electrical readings that [redacted] asked for we found the electrical box burnt (see attached) We currently have a ticket in the system for Thursday February the 18th for our head tech Andy to stop out again and get the readings for [redacted] Of the seven times we have been out on only one occasion Mrs [redacted] has had one charged for work and filters We feel we have gone above and beyond to take care of the tub issues that seem to have nothing to do with the tub or our service I know Mrs [redacted] had a tub there previous I'm not sure what brand but the current model she has [redacted] with tub 100% filtration which will require more maintenance from the customer because all the water is pulled through the filters unlike others that have a by-pass built in We have had not other issues with [redacted] tubs in the field for similar situations The following are the what we found we were out for tripped breaker and spa not working.7/21/ Breaker tripping - Mike T [redacted] found dirty filters - Service call was at no-charge even though manufacture doesn't cover that.9/15/Spa not heating - Mike T [redacted] found the topside locked out - service call at no-charge not covered by mfg11/25/Breaker tripping - Andy S [redacted] spoke to customer found it was dirty filters 12/03/Breaker tripping - Andy S [redacted] went out found the breaker was badDisconnected the tub and the breaker still tripped - service at no-charge not covered by mfg12/7/Spa not working - Rico B [redacted] when out found the spa in sleep mode - service at no-charge not covered by mfg.1/15/Breaker Tripping - Rico B [redacted] went out found dirty filters and sm line around tub told customer to use enzyme to break down sm Sent bill for filter and trip charge - later taken care of1/26/Breaker Tripping - Andy S [redacted] went out found the beaker box was burnt up (see attached photo) - no-charge for the service callThanksGeorge G***Director of Customer Service

I apologies to Mrs [redacted] for the issues with the pool cleaner I did leave a message for Mrs [redacted] explaining that we could either UPS the power supply out or they could pick up the power supply it was sitting in my office The power supply sat on my table in my office for days then was gone I was told by Bryan that a customer had stopped in over that weekend and picked up the box I assumed it was Mrs [redacted] who picked up the box I have ordered a new power supply from Maytronics who said we should have it by the end of the week I will have it taken out to Mrs [redacted] when it arrivesAgain I apologize for the issues with the power supply.ThanksGeorge G***
