The job is years old Regal has performed free warranty work at no charge and will continue to do so Service will be performed as soon as all parts arrive Regal has given Mr [redacted] good service for years at no charge and for him to complain over a few delays is completely unfair [redacted]

THe electrician from *** [redacted] did not find any issues with the outlet The breaker had tripped and once he fixed that, the free standing outlet for he pool was fine What he did fine wrong was with the pool pump There are two missing plugs that have created pressure he said, with the pump There is a small ball and tiny piece of plastic in the filter basket He said to not turn the pump on so it does not get sucked into the filter He could not take off the lid to the filter, due to the pressure build up from the missing pump pieces He said he would only be able to get the lid off with the hammer, but did not do that so as to not damage the pump He said the handle is broken I had called Watson's in July about that, and the store clerk said it was a factory defect The clerk said I could buy another one at Watson's and either install it myself or pay to have it installed There is no reason we would have removed pieces from the pump The plugs were not located on the ground Therefore, it is logical that the pump arrived with three broken or missing pieces: the handle, and the plugs Now my pool is green I want Watson's to honor the warranty on the pool pump and resolve the issue I've attached photos.Date Sent: 8/8/7:49:PMRevdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Regards, [redacted] ***Nothing has been resolved.8/8/17: I was contacted last week by Watson's and they said that (1) warranty on the pool pump does not start until the pool is installed and I explained that their service dept said the warranty said it started at date of purchase; 2) they sent a technican out when I was not home, because they said that was not required; the tech left a voice mail stating there is nothing wrong with the pool pump but the electrical wall unit going into the house; I left a message for the tech stating we do not use the wall unit for the pool pump, but the free standing electrical outlet next to the pool, that the pool pump and wall electrical outlet have nothing to do with each other; the tech left another voicemail, but it is indecipherable due to the voicemail message breaking up due to poor phone conneciton

We have spent hours working on this and do not wish to do it again and we are also building a deckWatsons has still not sent the correct winter pool cover, and has sent the wrong maintenance equipment and cover to my house and I'm once again calling to fix the matterKevin, the manager, said that their display was wrong and that the picture I have of the Premium maintenance found in the lazy man package was also wrong set up and said that I could bring in my nets (minutes from the store) and fix itAs far as the delivery, the drivers STOPPED at the front of my housethey made no attempt to drive down the lane they were told to take, and it was to not go UNDER a tree but in front of a tree in a location where an old trampoline stood and had left a round grass circle for them to easily seeThe dogs would have BARKED but not botheredThey are on a wireless fence and had the drivers delivered in the location, they would not have bothered them, which is why I stated: Tell [redacted] to go lay down.The day of the first install, Perfect Pools stated that the dogs were no issues, in fact they petted the dogs and they laid downThe bobcat driver stated that he didn't even know we had dogs because they NEVER bothered him in the location where the pool was being installed.The $gift card is just to go back into a store that I do not wish to ever go into againI have defective productsThe mineral part on the filter is still leakingI am completely dissatifiedI have contacted and called and I am unable to get past a manager, not anyone higher when I wanted to discuss my concernsI have no issues with KimShe sold us a pool and did great service this dayMy concerns began when the items were deliveredI was not told I must be presentI am a school teacher, educating young minds, and I cannot just take off work because Watsons cannot have their driver come deliver in the proper locationThey did not offer to come move the merchandise and even IGNORED the concerns expressed to them the day of the delivery and didn't call back my husbandThis is unacceptable business [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] ***

I am off today until 4 if they want to come out 8/16/17: I am responding to Watson's response. Their technican reported no burnt receptacle upon inspecting the pool pump, and in fact said nothing was wrong with the pump that it was instead the electrical outlet. Now that the electrician who installed the pool grounding, inspected the outlet and found it to be working, Watson's is saying there is a burnt receptacle. Why was this not mentioned previous to the electrician's outlet inspection? I spoke to the Watson electrician after he called me to say it was the outlet. He never mentioned a burnt receptacle, plus in correspondence, Watson's never mentioned it until the outlet was determined as functioning. Also, the pump filter handle is NOT in tact. It will not budge to move along settings in order to clean the pool. It will not move and that is what the store clerk said was a factory defective handle, in his attempts to sell me another one plus installation costs. Watson's now wants me to meet with their technican, which will require me to take off work. This will mean lost wages for me, plus whatever additional costs they want to charge me instead of honoring the warranty. Watson's needs to honor the warranty and repair this pool pump and the handle. Now my pool is green and we have not been able to use the pool for most of the summer. Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Watson's delivered a replacement unit to me a few weeks ago I was not home when it was delivered However, upon arriving home, I checked the unit It is ONCE AGAIN, not the correct unit The unit I purchased is a DXand allows for remote control capability I have attached a picture of my [redacted] and the remote control for reference purposesThe replacement unit that they provided appears to not allow for this It looks like the BASIC model I have no way of testing it however From looking at it, the screen does not look the same as the one I originally purchased.Once again, Watsons has not fulfilled my request I asked for a replacement unit that is of the same type that I originally purchased and 1/half of the purchase price refunded They have not replaced the unit with the correct unit and I have not seen the refund I will be happy to place the unit they dropped off back on my porch for them to pick up and bring me the correct unit Please note that once again, I have spent time addressing this issue I will give Watsons one more attempt to get this correct After which, I will not waste any further time on this matter It will be an unresolved case as my time has value and Watsons is now exceeding the 50% refund and pushing towards a 75% refund Perhaps they should consider giving me a 100% refund since they can't seem to send me the correct supply unit after multiple attempts Regards, [redacted]

I am no longer going to persue this matter as it is clear that Watsons is a terrible business and has rotten customer service but they are also liarsI never signed any forms about what the installations would be and since I never saw the papers I don't have copies...Again its the little guy against companies they take your money then you are left to prove your case...Please pass this message along to Watsons because I will now use SOCIAL MEDIA as will all my friends and i'm sure Watsons will not be happy Thank you [redacted] ***

I cannot speak for the work done by the electrician We do not employee an Electrician on staff at Watson's We do refer two electricians which is on the spa sales receipt but they are both independent contractors Any work done by either is paid directly to them by the customer I know there was an existing tub sitting there before, I'm not sure how much work had to be done to wire up this new tub I know there were issues with the breaker box, our technician found this out when he was there If Mrs [redacted] paid them for prior work as stated above she should contact the electrician directly to have them to fix what isn't right We will not pay for the electrical work that needs to be or has been done already The electricity is the responsibility of the home owner Our technician who was out there several times for the breaker tripping, stated he felt the existing wiring that was there from the previous tub could be the issue We have no issue extending the warranty for an additional months from date of purchase but will not be paying for electrical work As for any other issues with the tub working I again can not comment on those as of now I'm not aware of any other problems.ThanksGeorge G***

As of today, this has not been resolved & the problem still exists They did offer to send a diver out to look at the issue but that was done after the pool was closed They can either schedule a diver to come out in the spring or issue a partial refund I am still paying this off and still have approx$due

I apologize for the issues the ***'s have had with the pool. I have attached a copy of the install agreement signed by Mrs*** explaining what we do and what we don't do. IF you look at #it explains that it is the responsibility of the homeowner to remove or grade and excess
dirt or sand. If you look at page #under Deluxe installation #explains we grade the site up to 12" anything after that is an additional charge for over inches at $and inch. The fee of $was for the over inches charge. I have reached out to Eli the installer about the leaking hoses. He said he spoke to Mrs*** about going out on Sunday but she said she wanted to wait until her son was there to make sure it was to his standards. Eli has no heard anything since. I have asked him to call Mrs*** and get out there to change the defective hoses. Again I apologize for the issues with the dirt and over inches but these are part of the installation agreement that the Salesman Kevin Re goes over. The hoses are an issue we will resolved for Mrs*** ThanksGeorge G***

Regarding our complaint with Regal Home Improvement, Mr*** stated that Regal would replace our windows, under warranty, if we withdrew our complaint with the Revdex.com.
