There must be a system for recieving packages in this company I have worked in recieving before and know that all incoming packages are scanned upon arrivalTherefore there must be a log of my item being returnedThere also must be a log or record of my return authorization that I had to fill out before I can return my item which I didThis business is trying to put all the blame on me the consumer for its lack of tracking inventoryFaulty system and even worse customer service.
