I had my first experience with Stewart Plumbing May 21, They dispatched Michael Hto our home and I was impressed long before his arrival by the effort made by the dispatch team to keep us up to date on his arrival and ensure that the window given was still convenient for us Once he arrived, Michael assessed the issues we called about and gave a detailed explanation of the work he recommended and the associated costs before going any furtherThere was zero pressure to proceed, and Michael was perfectly willing to review and estimate a few alternate plansWe settled on a strategy that worked for us and Michael got to work without delayHe had everything he needed on hand and finished the work sooner than I'd have thought Upon completion, Michael thoroughly tested and demonstrated the work he'd done for us and made sure we were satisfied in every respectThe workmanship and service was top notchYou'll pay for that caliber of work, and I got the impression that Stewart Plumbing was not the cheapest option out thereBut despite our culture's trend toward cheaper, faster, and bigger, I'm of a mind that you do NOT want cheap for cheap's sake when it comes to something as critical, and potentially damaging, as plumbing Great work Michael!
