Floyd Y[redacted] did a very good job - he found a slow leak behind the wall in a quick manner - always keeping damage & mess to a minimum. The repair looks good & he was a real professional - would not hesitate to recommend him to others or to use him again

Stewart Plumbing is an excellent service provider. They are very professional and have taken care of all our plumbing needs. We recently had a pipe burst in our house and John from Stewart Plumbing came on time as scheduled, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired our plumbing. They do a great job.

We called Stewart Plumbing for a clogged toilet. They sent someone out. They were very nice and told my husband about how they are a Christian company and offerred a program that we could sign up for to receive discounts on future services. It all sounded great. They not only unclogged the toilet. They took the toilet off of the floor, ran something all the way through the whole pipe and cleaned it out. Then, we got the bill...$700!!! We just needed our toilet unclogged. Even if they absolutely had to take it off the floor to do so, $700????? Then, that's when they hit you with "if you sign up for this program, it will lower your bill." My husband signed up for the program, and we still ended up paying $690. When I got home that day, I noticed that the toilet was crooked. My toilet had never been crooked before. We are selling our home and had a home inspection a couple of weeks after. The inspector said the toilet was not properly secured to the floor and we had a leak on a rear outdoor faucet. My husband called Stewart Plumbing. They looked at the toilet and blamed the crookedness on a lop-sided floor. I say again, my toilet had never been crooked before they came out. They "propped the toilet up" so it would no longer be crooked. They didn't charge us for that service. However, they had also been called to repair a leaky faucet on the outside of our house. The person informed my husband that because the house/faucet was so old, he had to completely remove the faucet from the house to repair it. Because of this, our bill was over $300. However, because we signed up for the program, we paid only $288. Still, $288 to repair a leaky faucet and $700 to repair a clogged toilet? Something isn't adding up. My husband called to cancel our subscription to their services and was told he signed a 1 year contract and could not cancel. Regardless, we will not be using them again. We had previously been using [redacted] out of Senatobia, MS and have NEVER had to pay these types of prices for anything. The only reason my husband called Stewart Plumbing is because him and I had a miscommunication about who to call. I had been the one previously contacting [redacted] and he contacted the wrong company. I will be going back to [redacted], where the prices are fair and we have never had to call him back out twice for the same issue or to repair something he messed up while at our home. I have done some research and found that there are several people who have complained about this company's prices. We are Christians...so when they told my husband they were a "Christian company," we tend to trust them. I don't trust them after our dealings with them, and I even wonder if they use their being "Christians" as a way to gain trust and have you sign up for their program. Of course, this is all speculation. As a side note, after they came out yesterday...we now mysteriously have a hole in our pipe under our sink. It's not a leaky pipe. It is a hole in our plastic pipe pouring out water. Did they put it there, so we would have to call them back out? This is how much I don't trust this company. I really think they should be investigated.

I would like to commend Floyd and Wayne for their professional and knowledgeable service. Floyd even helped out with communicating with my adjuster and the representative from my insurance agent. The agent's rep even tried to discourage me from filing a claim, but Floyd stepped in and shut that down quickly. His workmanship was outstanding. Floyd's diagnosis was spot on, and the holes he cut to repair the problem were very neat. Floyd and Wayne made a great team. Through my research, I noted that others said Stewart Plumbing was somewhat expensive. That might be true, but they also perform a very high quality and valuable service.

Stewart Plumbing provided exceptional service. The staff and technicians were friendly, professional and very efficient. Tim and Mike were very knowledgable and provided the most effective solution to our plumbing situation. I would highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Very good service, on time, knew what steps needed to be done and explained everything to us. Michael was very nice, we would use this company again if needed.

Stewart Plumbing is quick to respond to service requests and has very knowledgeable, efficient technicians. The service personnel always bend over backwards to see that the customer is fully satisfied and no problems remain. I give them my highest rating.

Chuck and Tim replaced two water heaters in my attic. They were very nice and polite, wore shoe guards even though I told them it wasn't necessary, removed the old water heaters and installed the new water heaters in a timely manner. On top of that Tim fixed a dripping faucet in the kitchen while waiting on us write the check.

Once again Stewart Plumbing shows the best customer service. Rod was able to work with my schedule and perform the required service with minimal disruption to my work from home day.

Within the past 6 months I have had two plumbing issues come up. With both issues I elected Stewart Plumbing. With the first issue I had no idea who to call and after that problem was fixed I knew who I would call again for my future plumbing needs. As always their technicians are not only very knowledgeable but very, very professional. And Mr. Roderick W., the technician with this last issue I had was no exception. Very Professional and very knowledgeable. Stewart Plumbing is my "go to" plumbing company!

I give an A+ to Mindy and Rod W. Sr for their customer service and great service on a water leak on Fathers Day. I appreciate their kindness and their prompt service. Their whole team is awesome!
