This company is great! I have used them twice recently with Tim out the first time and Ray the nextFirst time they came in and fixed in hours what G*** had been out times forThey were very professional, send an email of who is coming to your house before they get thereWorked in my yard and it looked like they had not been there, couldn't tell my yard had been dug up!!! Ray and Tim at separate times were VERY courteous and professional, explaining every detail so that I understood the work they were about to do each time!! Will use them from now on and recommend to everybody! Also, both guys seemed to be very happy working for this company (which speaks volumes) and talked about how they constantly go to classes to stay up to date! IMPRESSIVE!

I'm not sure how to edit or remove my previous review, so I will just write a follow up review I received a call from Stewart Plumbing after filing my complaint on Revdex.com They made every effort to understand my issues It turns out, the reason we paid so much money to unclog our toilet is because we were charged for the initial attempt ($to run a line into the toilet and pipe to try to retrieve the item clogging the toilet) AND for the work the plumber had to do after that didn't work They kindly offered to refund the $for the procedure that didn't work I accepted...because after having the situation explained to me, it's unfair that we were charged that to begin with I hope that they will reconsider their pricing procedures Especially since, based on other reviews I have read on Google and Yelp, I am not the only person who has complaints about their pricing I greatly appreciate their willingness to resolve that issue for me They also offered to have someone repair the leak under our sink, however we had already had another plumber address that issue They didn't really have any answer as to that issue They may still be speaking with the plumber to try to find out what could have happened All I know is that the plumber was under the sink to repair our stopper that wasn't working properly, and the next day we discover our pipes had a massive leak I appreciate the concern about that issue, but I explained to the representative that called me that I was afraid to have the company come out again She seemed genuinely heartbroken that I felt this way and apologized profusely for the fact that I had obviously had a bad experience from beginning to end I feel like they are willing to do whatever it takes to resolve my issues and I appreciate that

John was very proficient and seemed to perform his work very well
