contacted Stewart Plumbing to investigate a leak which I could not locate Tim F* was sent to my home He was prompt, courteous and professional I was also treated very well by Mindy and Veronica of the office staff However...........after getting quotes on work to be done , I decided I could not afford their prices i.ealmost $for a galwater tank and over $to replace or items in water closet which cost me less than $at Lowes

Stewart Plumbing came to check out my Mothers water heater. We knew she needed a new one and made arrangements for her to stay with me until it was taken care of. To our surprise they completed the work that same day. Brett was awesome some and took the time to explain what he was doing and worked hard to make sure she was comfortable with everything that was going on.

Stewart Plumbing installed a tankless water heater for me in November. The three plumbers, Rod, Floyd and Ray, were all very professional. The came on time and finished the job in one day instead of the day and a half that it usually takes. They were neat and clean and always wore shoe covers, which was very important to me. They told me that, "their job was to make me happy". They made me very happy, My water heater was installed and works perfectly. They kept me informed of every thing they did. Verconica from the office called and also kept us informed. Two days after the water heater was installed they came out to double check the gas pipe. They have also called us several times to thank us for the business. Stewart Plumbing staff has Great customer service. I rate them AAA+

Sewart Plumbing did a complete re-plum of our 40 yr old home. Floyd Y[redacted] and crew of Raymond, John,Michael and Wayne did a very professional job. They were very courteous, efficient, on time, cleaned up daily. We were always notified daily from the office of the time they would arrive by Mindy. We were explained the three different options we could take. They let us know that the decision was ours and one that we would feel comfortable with. The owner came and explained our options also. Their best leader, Floyd was exceptional. They were considerate and made it convenient for us to remain in our home during this period. I had my first experience with Stewart Plumbing May 21, 2016. They dispatched Michael H. to our home and I was impressed long before his arrival by the effort made by the dispatch team to keep us up to date on his arrival and ensure that the window given was still convenient for us.

Once he arrived, Michael assessed the issues we called about and gave a detailed explanation of the work he recommended and the associated costs before going any further. There was zero pressure to proceed, and Michael was perfectly willing to review and estimate a few alternate plans. We settled on a strategy that worked for us and Michael got to work without delay. He had everything he needed on hand and finished the work sooner than I'd have thought.

Upon completion, Michael thoroughly tested and demonstrated the work he'd done for us and made sure we were satisfied in every respect. The workmanship and service was top notch. You'll pay for that caliber of work, and I got the impression that Stewart Plumbing was not the cheapest option out there. But despite our culture's trend toward cheaper, faster, and bigger, I'm of a mind that you do NOT want cheap for cheap's sake when it comes to something as critical, and potentially damaging, as plumbing.
