hello Revdex.com, I am unsure why the resolution was rejected by the customer if everything has been resolved from the money being put back into the customer's account from the disputed charge from the past that no one has control over. Please place this order under resolved. The customer just wants to cause commotion.

rejecting this response because:They did not do anything to resolve this matter. I was never contacted by them. I did however get my money back because I went to my bank on my lunch hour and filed paperwork to have the charge investigated and MY BANK had the charge reversed. I do not want to take this any further because I did get my money back, but other people need to know this company does not uphold their end of the deal. This is the 1 and only response I have received from them. If they could've had the decency to just send me an email saying they messed up, would have completely changed how I felt. I do appreciate how the Revdex.com has handled this matter and kept me informed. Thank you.Sincerely,

We would like to remind you that the email we sent to you and the Revdex.com stated that we agreed with your argument/complaint ("it was a sound complaint") and we chose to refund your order for the shoes that were never sent to you. We stated in the previous message that it would be sent to your address on file as a check through the USPS and that it would take about one business week from today to reach you. (Revdex.com, please look into this before sending it back as a rejection. The customer didn't understand the previous message to comply with their settlement request).
