Hello, We have proof of our responses showing that shipment should be out to the customer by the end of August, and a confirmation email will be sent to the customers email address with tracking info once shippedThis is for order #***

I am rejecting this response because:The USPS tracking information you have provided me with shows the delivery was made on June 2, 2017, to an address in another state, I live in Parker Colorado. I still have not received any merchandise from this company nor have they ever issued me a refund.
