responses to her concerns on my computer. She sent her first message this past thursday which was responded to in a timely manner, and responses were even sent from us over the weekend which we generally do not due, only during the business week as your company does. We mentioned to her over messenger that there has been a slight backorder on one of the pairs which has caused the delays. We mentioned to her that we were awaiting the second pair to send them out together, but due to the messages she has sent we have decided to send out the pairs separately, the first pair that has been done for a few weeks now should be sent out today or tomorrow. The second pair should be out within the business week. This has all been told to her over messages as well.
