I am rejecting this response...

because:this company has not been trustworthy in the past, I don't believe that they will refund my money as promised. I would like a return shipping label to be sent to me to return the shoes but will not return them until I have a refund in my account. If this happens, I will be glad to return shoes. I have saved all emails from this company that will show, that this promise and other promises to me were never fulfilled.

since been able to look into your refund, and the reason it is not going through is because of a dispute that was filed with your bank.  If you would be willing to withdraw the dispute, the funds would be released to us again and we would be happy to initiate your refund immediately.  That way, you don't have to wait for the bank to settle before you get your money back.  Please advise as to whether you would be willing to withdraw the dispute.  Again, we are so sorry for the situation you are in and would like to make it right.Thank you,Glitter Kicks
