Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They did not do anything to resolve this matterI was never contacted by themI did however get my money back because I went to my bank on my lunch hour and filed paperwork to have the charge investigated and MY BANK had the charge reversedI do not want to take this any further because I did get my money back, but other people need to know this company does not uphold their end of the dealThis is the and only response I have received from themIf they could've had the decency to just send me an email saying they messed up, would have completely changed how I feltI do appreciate how the Revdex.com has handled this matter and kept me informedThank you.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

hello Revdex.com, I am unsure why the resolution was rejected by the customer if everything has been resolved from the money being put back into the customer's account from the disputed charge from the past that no one has control overPlease place this order under resolvedThe customer just wants to cause commotion

Hello Revdex.com and [redacted] We have reviewed the complaint and found it to be misleadingThe customer claims to not have received any assistance or responses through email or Facebook messages which is falseI personally work and respond to complaints over Facebook messenger and have my responses to her concerns on my computerShe sent her first message this past thursday which was responded to in a timely manner, and responses were even sent from us over the weekend which we generally do not due, only during the business week as your company doesWe mentioned to her over messenger that there has been a slight backorder on one of the pairs which has caused the delaysWe mentioned to her that we were awaiting the second pair to send them out together, but due to the messages she has sent we have decided to send out the pairs separately, the first pair that has been done for a few weeks now should be sent out today or tomorrowThe second pair should be out within the business weekThis has all been told to her over messages as well

We finally received our order almost exactly months laterAfter Contacting the Revdex.com to file a complaint, we received our order roughly weeks laterI am very satisfied that we did indeed receive our order finallyHowever, neither pair of shoes were the correct color we actually orderedTiffany blue pair ordered was just a light blue(the laces were also not as pictured, gray instead of tiffany blue), The hot pink pair was a dark fusia pinkSizes were goodI am keeping what we received, as I am glad to have the shoes for the money we spent on themThe product its self is goodI wouldn't recommend anyone to order from thereUnless you dont care either way that it goes upon receiving an orderI will never order from them againI thought we got scammed, I am optimistic and truly hope they were just backed up in ordersBut I can't be for certainSo Thank you so much Revdex.com for all your help in getting us our order!

I am rejecting this response because: I ordered two pairs of sneakers and only received one and that was a week after my complaint with the Revdex.comI place this order months ago and was told it would take to weeks it has now been over weeks with no response as to where the second pairs of shoes are and when they will be coming I have requested a refund multiple times only to be ignored
