I was called at my office on 7/12/by someone (named Jeff) wanting to inform me that the prices on my printer toner were going upI didn't think too much of it at the time because I had literally just placed an order with our company who we've been using for years a few days previous, and it had just been delivered, so I thought it was them telling me that their pricing was changingHe told me I'd receive a call the next day to "confirm my order" which I thought was odd since it'd just been deliveredBut, before I could say so, or anything, for that matter, he ended the conversation by telling me that all I had to do was "give verbal permission" to whoever calledThat also sounded super sketchy, but again, before I could say anything, he ended the conversation and hung upWhich brings us to today, 7/14/Some woman calls mentioning the same things: That our prices have gone up and that they're sending me a new order, to which I told her that we already received toner on Monday and that she should cancel this one, which I, or anyone else in the office, had not placedSo now I guess we'll just have to see if they give up and actually send nothing, like I asked, or if they do the sketchy thing (Which I'm kinda guessing is going to happen...) and send it anywayFrom the sounds of the complaints, I'm not the only one who's gotten this callSo just be careful, they're out to get as much money from you as they can, and don't even have your business

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! BEWARE! They call sounding like a preferred vendor! They were lucky enough to call when we had a new receptionist They called making her believe they were our preferred vendor and confirming our copier ID #'s and sent out toner for $which is OUTRAGEOUSThey are robbing companies and should not be allowed to run a business When I called to get information [redacted] (supervisor) was very combative and rude and kept telling me we have an outstanding invoice but would not provide order information or delivery information until I asked for it separate times She can still not confirm the order Extremely rude and unprofessional person

While moving into our new building I received a phone call in regards to toner that "we bought the year before" and that to save money that we were able to get a special price if I ordered now I agreed as I was hurried on the phone that day Later on the same female individual phoned and asked details for the order and address I then started to become skeptical I then forgot about it I was out of the office for an extended weekend and the company received a bill for toner that has not been received My boss advised me that it was a scam I then reviewed the Revdex.com website reviews and comments on Global Business Systems I then tried calling the [redacted]  number and received no answer as my name was majorly incorrect on the invoice I then realized that after calling several times during the morning that I was not going to get an answer so I composed a letter that I sent via fax I then received a phone call that afternoon in regards to voiding or reversing the invoic

Company sent us unsolicited printer products never ordered and demanded payment They sent us printer toner and signed us up for a subscription plan without permission or authorization Then sent a fake invoice with a fake PO number - The toner does not match any device we own - The contact they listed is an intern without permission to make purchasing decisions for our company - The PO is an invalid PO - We use a single vendor for all office products and would never consider ordering products over the phone from an unknown vendor

American Board of Physician's has ordered through us in the past and payments have been remitted. All orders go through a verification process to ensure all information on the order is correct. We also have a 30 day return period if there is any issue with the order (overstocked, error,... etc.) I have attempted to reach [redacted] via phone and was unsuccessful. I also reached out via email to speed up the process. Once [redacted] returns the supplies this account will be closed out.

The apartment complex I manage received a cold call from this company saying the price of the printer ink we'd ordered had gone up and that they needed to confirm our orderWe never ordered nor received any printer ink from this company, but got an invoice a few weeks later for printer ink that was priced at about $more than we pay from our legitimate office supplies company I called the number on the invoice and spoke to the operator at this "company", who told me the shipment had been damaged on delivery and had been returned to them by UPS This is clearly a scam business that operates on cold calling and bilking money out of companies by maneuvering through their internal bureaucracyBy no means should anyone order or accept shipment from Global Business Systems

Our business received an invoice for payment on copier toners we did not order nor would we ever order as we receive these supplies through our leased contract through a reputable copier company When I tried to call to inform this was not our bill, I was always (different times) only able to leave a voice message and never received a return call Then today I received a call from this company's "shipping dept" saying that the product we received the invoice on had been damaged in delivery and returned to them but they would get it shipped out today! I stated NO we did NOT order and DO NOT ship I asked to speak to supervisor and Savannah (the shipping dept rep) then immediately hung up on me I expect for this invoice to be cancelled showing nothing due from our business We did not order and we did not receive anything from this company This is a scam to solicit copier toners and then charge an enormous amount for them

Around the first week of JulyOur receptionist received a call to verify our address for an order of toners placedthey transferred the call to me and the person on the phone, assured me he was with our toner supply company, and also told me the prices were going up and he was going to adjust the price along with this I verified my addressWe have a company that supplies our toners and they also provide maintenance to all of our copiersI called them and ask them how long it would take for the toner to get here and they said they didn't have an order , and I told them that someone called letting me know our price rate would be going up on toners and they told me no one had called and that our prices are not going upOur company MSA also advised me to look further in the matter since there are scammer companies calling businesses and selling toners at a higher price than the retail priceShortly we received the toner and a bill for about $for one tonerWe were so shocked th

Company will call requesting address verification saying that they are your supplier for office equipment They will ask unsuspecting employees to verify printers make and models in the office and will ship supplies without approval Several times they have called and we have been asked to be taken off the call list but continue to call They will send invoices for supplies - times more than what you will pay in the retail store Example $for a $toner Employees are extremely rude when you call them to request credits/ refunds and was unable to solve problem
