Office Supplies - Sale by Deceptive Telemarketing
This company started supplying ink toners after a deceptive telemarketing call in July of We received shipment of *** toners totaling $ We returned products immediately since we did not order them and continued to receive more toner deliveries and bills I called customer service to stop all deliveries immediately and close the account that we never opened I was then told that my September invoice was outstanding because they had not received a return within days I discussed with *** *** the supervisor, that this was not possible since we just received another delivery on November 2, and had previously returned all deliveries immediately after receiving She argued with me that their system credited the October invoice for the last return and NOT September Since there is still a balance for September, we still owed $and would owe that regardless because we are closing our account

American Board of Physician's has ordered through us in the past and payments have been remitted. All orders go through a verification process to ensure all information on the order is correct. We also have a 30 day return period if there is any issue with the order (overstocked, error,...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The problem is we have a contract with [redacted] Office Equipment for our toner supplies. In our contract we do not pay for toner and the product comes directly from [redacted] Office Equipment. Global Business Systems called the day after I signed the contract with [redacted] Office Equipment saying they were delivering toner. They asked for the copier model and sent 1 toner. On the day I filed my complaint with Revdex.com I received a call from Global Business Systems  stating the 4 toners were damaged. I said I only received 1 and it was not damaged. Later that same day I received a bill from Global for $487.45. I called [redacted] Office Equipment who stated that this was a scam. They only send toner from their company when the machine is low and there is no additional charge since it is in the contract. After speaking with [redacted] Office Equipment I googled Global Business Systems and found other companies that were scammed the exact way I was. So the statement Global Business Systems has given you is not correct. I never canceled any order. After learning it was a scam I contacted you and have not spoke to them since I said our toner was not damaged. I would like this company to stop the scamming practice and getting money from unsuspecting business. When I filed my complaint there was multi address for this company listed on your system. I checked some of the address which are either at USPS or UPS offices. Knowing this information I truly believe this was a scam and needs to be stopped.

I order all of the supplies for our office and someone from this office called on a day I was out. This person convinced an employee here that we purchase our toner from them and that he's calling to help us out and let us know that the prices our going up so that we can order toner before it does go up. A month later I receive an invoice from them for $487.46, which included shipping cost. We never even received toner from them. I called and spoke to "Anna" who said she was the receptionist. She stated she would fax me a new invoice showing a zero balance. She did not do this. She faxed me the same invoice I already have. When I tried to call back multiple times to take care of the situation, no one answered. Very faulty, deceptive and shady business. Beware!
