We received unrequested toners for our printer and with over charged pricesIn a quick research in the Internet you can see that this company has been doing that for years and with so many other customersThere are already many complaints with the Revdex.com
We have a contract with a local company which provides our toners, so we thought initially the invoices came from themBut it was a scam from this company in California, which we never contracted with
We would like to be refunded for what we paidIf we do we will return the toners

This company is a SCAM They called our office, suggesting they were a representative from our copier maintenance team and indicated that our copier was out of toner We have a maintenance agreement for our copier and we don't have to order or pay for toner separately as it is part of our contact so we would never order A non-descript box was delivered to our office via UPS and signed for The UPS delivery person left before we opened the package The package was opened and it was a toner but the wrong toner for our copier I have tried to contact them to return and have received no response; this company has mailed invoices to us trying to bill us $for one toner The invoices I receive show a signature for delivery acceptance but the delivery person had left before we could really accept or deny the package The company continues to send emails and paper invoices attempting to get payment I have attempted to email and call the company to request a return authorization and to tell them we never ordered the toner I have received no resposne

This business contacted our facility explaining that they needed to ship our toner for our copier(We have a copier that includes toner in its monthly fee.) They asked for our address and confirmed what copier we hadThis company then sent us two different toners, after explaining that one was damaged in transitThey have now billed our office $for two toners that we never orderedThis is a scam and fraud

After an initial phone call saying our toner was damaged in shipping, and misleading information making it appear that we already had an account/contract with them they began sending toner without our approval/order Each costing $ We have a contract with our current copier provider through Xerox and receive free toner with our contract We keep receiving invoices and have told them numerous time we do not want the toner and would be more than happy return them with a call tag The company refuses to send a tag and has told us they are unable to take them Unfortunately, we have already written a check for $and they are claiming we have another balance of $which I refuse to pay yet am concerned about credit issues I attempted to reach out via phone numerous times to resolve the issue and was never able to speak with a human I was either transferred or no one answeredBy the time they contacted me they said it was too late to issue a call tag for return

Our organization made a one time purchase from Global Business Systems for ink cartages and the company has sent several items afterwards that we did not request or purchaseWe want to halt all business relationship but our emails/letters go unansweredIt appears that the company may be a scam businessWe do not want have any future business relationship nor do we want the products that they arbitrarily send

This company is what we refer to as "Toner Pirates" They called our Provo, Utah office and tricked our office manager into thinking that they were the company that services our copiers They shipped us toner and then later invoiced us for $ It is only then that we discovered that we had been duped I called and spoke with "*** ***" (*** ext **) and accused her of being a toner pirate She only offered to send me a return authorization letter, for which we would need to pay for shipping to return a product that we never wanted or needed

Global Business Systems

In November 2017, someone from Global Business Systems contacted our receptionist Carmen and asked for information about our copier We do not know when the call was placed, by whom or the specific date This person did not ask if we wanted to purchase toner, did not request to speak to our Business Manager who is our purchasing agent, did not discuss pricing, etc Later, toner cartridges were received from Global Business Systems by mail along with a bill When the bill was received, the pricing was excessive, included shipping costs and was not from a vendor we have authorization to purchase from We began calling requesting to return the items, most calls we had to leave a voice mail requesting a call back In January 2018, we did get a call back and we requested a return pre-paid label as we had not ordered the toner cartridges We've now spoken to a number of different agents at Global Business Systems all to no avail They will not agree to return the items and report

Company will call requesting address verification saying that they are your supplier for office equipment They will ask unsuspecting employees to verify printers make and models in the office and will ship supplies without approval Several times they have called and we have been asked to be taken off the call list but continue to call They will send invoices for supplies - times more than what you will pay in the retail store Example $for a $toner Employees are extremely rude when you call them to request credits/ refunds STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD

After a random phone call from a man talking quickly about one of our Ricoh machines, he mislead an employee into believing that we had a contract with them for tonerHe stated that we have a service agreement with themThis is a complete ldo not have ANY agreement with themHe stated that the toner was initially damaged and that he was shipping a new one, it would be free and we could expect it in a few daysShortly after this phone call we were alerted and knew it was not legitimateWe have kept an eye out for this shipment and it never came, nor did any invoice ever show up until a couple of days agoI received an invoice dated 8/4/showing the account is over days past due for $on a product we never received, do not have a contract with, even if we did should have been free, and was not approved by anyone with the authority to authorize itI have also suddenly been receiving calls to collect on this debt for a product never received
