This company placed a blind phone solicitation call to an entry level employee with the phrase " I have your toner ready to ship, is that OK" The employee thought it must be from our supply department in materials management and said OKThis company shipped a greatly overpriced toner cartridge and billed the corporation with out any contact with the corporation purchasing department or authorization, PO, or written order to do soThe customer service made it almost impossible to returnItem was shipped back, at our cost, to companyCompany of course claims they did not get itThis company is run out of a *** store drop boxTypical for illegitimate "boiler room" operations Company had no authority to ship a productStates call to entry level front desk employee was the authorization to do soThis is an unauthorized, fraudulent shipment by a company with unethical practices I now have hours of expensive staff time and shipping costs expended with this fraudulent company

On 8/18/GBS spoke with *** and attempted to arrange a return*** disputed receipt of supplies and did not want to arrange a returnSince then we have attempted to arrange a return and have been
unsuccessfulOnce the supplies are returned the account will be closed out.

Avoid this SCAM company like the plague! They will call pretending to be your copier rep and tell you that your toner costs have gone up but that per your business contract, they will make sure that you continue to get toner at the same cost as beforeThey will tell you they will try to get this fixed but in the meantime they are putting an invoice in for enough toners to get you through the yearThey then ask for copier model confirmation and the spelling of your last nameAt that point they will lead you to expect call back from this company to confirm certain things like the shipping address and the amount of toner to shipThis is done by them saying, "Tell them to only ship ONE toner, not all at a time." See how smoothly this scam works? ScaryThen they will start sending invoices and claim they have delivery confirmation but the invoices will be months later so you cannot pinpoint when or IF anything was ever deliveredThe next step is harassment to pay the invoice which is a ridiculously inflated price for tonerThey have this scam perfected

I received an invoiced dated 9/15/It is addressed to the incorrect spelling of one of our staff membersWe do not do business with this company and have not requested any of their productsWe are receiving multiple phone calls despite having notified this company that we do not do business with the company/ no longer wish to receive phone callsI have personally spoken with Peter Ritzer on 9/21/and an *** *** on 9/28/Our front desk clerk has received multiple phone calls just prior to and between these datesIf you ask any question or ask to make a complaint with a Global Business solutions personnel, they are rude and hang up on youToday *** *** confirmed that they have never delivered any products to our location despite the invoice receivedClaim is "UPS returned the package due to damage in shipping." I will not be paying this bill, I have not received any products and I do not wish any further contact from Global Business solutions

Company sent us unsolicited printer products never ordered and demanded payment They sent us printer toner and signed us up for a subscription plan without permission or authorization Then sent a fake invoice with a fake PO number
- The toner does not match any device we own
- The contact they listed is an intern without permission to make purchasing decisions for our company
- The PO is an invalid PO
- We use a single vendor for all office products and would never consider ordering products over the phone from an unknown vendor

Someone from Global Business Systems called to inform us that the prices on our printer toner were going upHowever, they identified themselves as the company that we have a service agreement with and that supplies us with tonerTherefore we agreed to have them send us the toner, assuming this was part of our contract and there would be no additional chargeThey sent us the toner and a billNormally we do not pay anything for our toner due to our contractHowever, not only did we receive a bill but they charged ten times the amount for each cartridgeThis is a total scam businessThey misrepresented themselves in order to get money from us

Our business received an invoice for payment on copier toners we did not order nor would we ever order as we receive these supplies through our leased contract through a reputable copier company When I tried to call to inform this was not our bill, I was always (different times) only able to leave a voice message and never received a return call Then today I received a call from this company's "shipping dept" saying that the product we received the invoice on had been damaged in delivery and returned to them but they would get it shipped out today! I stated NO we did NOT order and DO NOT ship I asked to speak to supervisor and Savannah (the shipping dept rep) then immediately hung up on me I expect for this invoice to be cancelled showing nothing due from our business We did not order and we did not receive anything from this company This is a scam to solicit copier toners and then charge an enormous amount for them

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! BEWARE! They call sounding like a preferred vendor!
They were lucky enough to call when we had a new receptionist They called making her believe they were our preferred vendor and confirming our copier ID #'s and sent out toner for $which is OUTRAGEOUSThey are robbing companies and should not be allowed to run a business
When I called to get information *** *** (supervisor) was very combative and rude and kept telling me we have an outstanding invoice but would not provide order information or delivery information until I asked for it separate times She can still not confirm the order Extremely rude and unprofessional person

Global Business is billing us for Toner that was never ordered or can be verified received We have a toner contract with a company No one in our company would order toner/ink This is one of the scams where they send billing for toner/ink

This company calls and acts like they are associated with your service contract company In our case Ricoh gets the name of the person answers the phone and starts sending fake invoices in the name of your company and the poor person that picks up the phoneThis is a total scam .After a couple monthsThey start with harassing phone calls, emails and statements Please report them to the California attorneys general's office as I did.They deserve criminal prosecution

While moving into our new building I received a phone call in regards to toner that "we bought the year before" and that to save money that we were able to get a special price if I ordered now I agreed as I was hurried on the phone that day Later on the same female individual phoned and asked details for the order and address I then started to become skeptical I then forgot about it I was out of the office for an extended weekend and the company received a bill for toner that has not been received My boss advised me that it was a scam I then reviewed the Revdex.com website reviews and comments on Global Business Systems I then tried calling the *** number and received no answer as my name was majorly incorrect on the invoice I then realized that after calling several times during the morning that I was not going to get an answer so I composed a letter that I sent via fax I then received a phone call that afternoon in regards to voiding or reversing the invoic

Company will call requesting address verification saying that they are your supplier for office equipment They will ask unsuspecting employees to verify printers make and models in the office and will ship supplies without approval Several times they have called and we have been asked to be taken off the call list but continue to call They will send invoices for supplies - times more than what you will pay in the retail store Example $for a $toner Employees are extremely rude when you call them to request credits/ refunds STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD
