Dry Pro Basement Systems recently completed a foundation repair and crawl space encapsulation in the sanctuary of our church ( [redacted] )The walls and foundation of our sanctuary are 130+ years oldThe inner wall and foundation were crumbling severely The pews, portions of the inside walls and portions of the hardwood floor had to be removed to get access to the foundation in the crawl spaceBefore the job even started Ron W [redacted] the owner of the company and Merl L [redacted] the Director of Operations had their entire team come to the church to review the job and make sure everyone knew exactly what they were going to be doing and answer any questions and concerns Before they started in the sanctuary they took great care to cover and protect all of the existing furniture and floorThe floor is 80+ years old so each and every board that came up had to go back down exactly as it came upEach and every employee that worked on this job was knowledgeable and meticulous in what they didJames and his entire wood crew were extremely careful to make sure the repair was completed as designed and when the job was over you would never know that any work had been done in the sanctuaryOrlando and his foundation crew had to perform the helical peer installation in a very confined space and did an excellent job Each and every day they cleaned up as much as possible and when the job was completed the parking lot area where they had been working was pressure washed In parallel with the foundation repair, to help accomplish our schedule demands, they also performed the crawl space encapsulationIt was unbelievable what Jose and Tony and their entire waterproofing crew had to do in the crawl space, which is very tight in some places, to accomplish what they had to do Ron W [redacted] and Merl L [redacted] answered any questions we had, inspected the job almost every day and were completely assessable when needed I don't want to forget to mention Tabatha the Production Coordinator and Cynthia the Scheduling CoordinatorMerl brought both of them out to the job so they could be better informed with what was going on with the jobI spoke with Tabatha several times during the duration of the job and she was always on top of what was being done I could go on but needless to say, [redacted] could not have been more pleased with this entire jobI will close this in saying that I do not believe you will find any company that would do a better job or be better to work with if you have a foundation or crawl space problemTheir experience and attention to detail is priceless All of the guys on the work crews should be commended for the work that they did Wood Crew James, Jerry, V., Michael, Rodney Foundation Crew Orlando, Jake, Francisco, Oscar Waterproofing Crew Adam, Collin, Darwin, Jose, Raul, Samuel, Tony, Travis, Xavier

Jeff and Kelvin were the installer on my Poly-fill jobThe project was to level the garage and to raise the driveway (4") to match the garageJeff and Kelvin did an excellent job explaining what they were going to do and how the process was going to workThey were very professionalAlthough the machine broke down and they couldn't do the job on the originally scheduled day, they did return and finish the jobI am very pleased

A crew led by Orlando that included Francisco and Nahit installed piers to stabilize my foundation around the chimneyThis job entailed digging around the foundation which was done with minimum mess and a thorough cleafterwardsThis crew was knowledgeable and courteous, explaining what they were doing and whyThey accomplished the work in a timely manner and were very concerned that I was satisfied with the resultI highly recommend this company for this type of work

I could not be happier with the work performed at my house today Foreman - Jeff and Team Member - Kelvin were professional, knowledgeable, and effective in fixing my front porch concrete slap that had sunk about inches due to improper dirt packing They assessed my situation and executed an effect plan to fix / level my slab I thought I was going to have to jack hammer the slab and start over but their solution worked Again, I give Jeff / Kelvin and Dry-Pro my highest rating

We have had a long standing moisture problem in the crawlspace under an addition to our home The workers from DryPro were very professional and did a great job They dug out around the perimeter of the space and installed a French drain They also installed a sump pump and dehumidifier to take care of any future moisture problem In addition they removed all of the old, wet floor insulation and replaced it with new insulation and installed a monitor to measure the humidity in the crawl space after installing a ml plastic liner over the entire area The target for humidity is 45-% and the monitor today reads 40%, so the dehumidifier is doing its job This was a big expense for us, but something that had to be done The employees (Chinno and Adan) were very hard workers and when the job was complete left us with the confidence that our moisture problem had been resolved Good job guys!

Team did a great jobVery professional crew

Overall I was not pleased with how Dry Pro handled my project. The final appearance does not compare favorably with what I was shown in their brochures. They installed a drain system in front of a car port that works great but the second half of the project is where the problems occurred. They were to repair and level the car port slab and caulk the cracks. First of all they told me when they had finished that the smaller cracks could not be repaired. With an explanation that made sense I bought in to that. However the larger cracks were not fixed to my satisfaction and they even created a bump in the slab that was not previously there. They came back out to review after I complained and took pictures. A promise was made to me that they would come up with a way to correct the bump they created and send another crew out to redo my cracks. The second crew came out and upgraded the repair on the cracks but I was told that there was nothing they could do about the bump they created. I told the production manager over the phone that this was completely unacceptable as a consumer and explained to him that one of the owners ( [redacted] Sr.) had agreed that something needed to be done. To their credit a crew came back a third time to upgrade the caulking in the cracks. This crew was really good and even shaved off the bump that the original crew had created. Overall I was still not 100% happy with the appearance of the crack caulking and how it compared to the pictures I had been shown in their brochures. The new production manager came out to discuss with me and agreed that the brochure pictures are "...misleading...". He stated that there was nothing else that could be done and offered a discount to settle the remaining balance. I accepted his offer, while still unhappy overall, I feel that I did owe them for their work. This account has been settled and closed but I wanted to offer this review. I had an estimate from Dry Pro about installing some helical piers to correct another area but after this project it is doubtful I will move forward with them handling the project. The project they completed took too long to get to the point we are now and I simply can't trust them to complete a much larger project on a level of satisfaction that they promise and I expect. During this project I dealt with a total of 12 people, including an owner. While most of these people were doing their jobs and were nice to work with I was left with an overwhelming opinion that there was absolutely negligible communication within that organization. Every time I spoke to someone they did not know that I had talked to someone else or that they did not have any updated info. An example of this was the fact that even though pictures had been taken on three previous visits by the crews or the sales person, none of these were in my file when the new production manager came out to visit. Another example was when they called me to arrange an appointment at their availability and then did not show or call (after I took time off to be home all day). No real apology for this but simply a reschedule.

The experience with Dry Pro Basement Systems from beginning to end was professional and superb Tim was very detailed in his explanations of what to expect and what service would be provided Juan Todd and Antonio were very polite and personable and kept us informed of everything that had been completed, next steps, and timeline for completion They did an excellent job and we were extremely pleased with their work and professionalism

The addition of a second sump pump and relocation of our dehumidifier was a task to undertake, and Cory explained to us everything we needed to know in case of any trouble The crew was knowledgeable and performed thework within the time suggested
