Just finished a DryPro install in my home. Chinno has a great crew and it was a pleasure to have he, Adan, and Gerber working here. My home already feels warmer around the floors.

First off, I am not a person that likes pushy salespeople, due to a bad marriage with a sales manager. BUT David, Todd H, Royce W, Oscar P, and Tonyo A were EXCELLENT!!! Love them. Not at all like salespeople. Just regular people!!! So happy that my new husband and I chose them to solve our crawl space problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone with full trust no matter the problem.

A crew led by Orlando that included Francisco and Nahit installed piers to stabilize my foundation around the chimney. This job entailed digging around the foundation which was done with minimum mess and a thorough clean-up afterwards. This crew was knowledgeable and courteous, explaining what they were doing and why. They accomplished the work in a timely manner and were very concerned that I was satisfied with the result. I highly recommend this company for this type of work.

Dry Pro Basement Systems recently completed a foundation repair and crawl space encapsulation in the sanctuary of our church ([redacted]). The walls and foundation of our sanctuary are 130+ years old. The inner wall and foundation were crumbling severely.
The pews, portions of the inside walls and portions of the hardwood floor had to be removed to get access to the foundation in the crawl space. Before the job even started Ron W[redacted] the owner of the company and Merl L[redacted] the Director of Operations had their entire team come to the church to review the job and make sure everyone knew exactly what they were going to be doing and answer any questions and concerns.
Before they started in the sanctuary they took great care to cover and protect all of the existing furniture and floor. The floor is 80+ years old so each and every board that came up had to go back down exactly as it came up. Each and every employee that worked on this job was knowledgeable and meticulous in what they did. James and his entire wood crew were extremely careful to make sure the repair was completed as designed and when the job was over you would never know that any work had been done in the sanctuary. Orlando and his foundation crew had to perform the helical peer installation in a very confined space and did an excellent job. Each and every day they cleaned up as much as possible and when the job was completed the parking lot area where they had been working was pressure washed.
In parallel with the foundation repair, to help accomplish our schedule demands, they also performed the crawl space encapsulation. It was unbelievable what Jose and Tony and their entire waterproofing crew had to do in the crawl space, which is very tight in some places, to accomplish what they had to do.
Ron W[redacted] and Merl L[redacted] answered any questions we had, inspected the job almost every day and were completely assessable when needed.
I don't want to forget to mention Tabatha the Production Coordinator and Cynthia the Scheduling Coordinator. Merl brought both of them out to the job so they could be better informed with what was going on with the job. I spoke with Tabatha several times during the duration of the job and she was always on top of what was being done.
I could go on but needless to say, [redacted] could not have been more pleased with this entire job. I will close this in saying that I do not believe you will find any company that would do a better job or be better to work with if you have a foundation or crawl space problem. Their experience and attention to detail is priceless.

All of the guys on the work crews should be commended for the work that they did.

I could not be happier with the work performed at my house today.
Foreman - Jeff and Team Member - Kelvin were professional, knowledgeable, and effective in fixing my front porch concrete slap that had sunk about 4 inches due to improper dirt packing.

They assessed my situation and executed an effect plan to fix / level my slab.

I thought I was going to have to jack hammer the slab and start over but their solution worked.

Again, I give Jeff / Kelvin and Dry-Pro my highest rating.

Premium experience! From assessment by David to scheduling w/ Cynthia to the actual performance of the service by Kelvin & Brendon, this company was great to work with. Kelvin & Brendon were clean & efficient and gave us concise and informative explanations of the job before, during and afterwards that made us as comfortable as you can be with someone drilling holes and injecting ooze into your home's foundation! Would highly recommend this company to family, friends, and anyone.

We have had a long standing moisture problem in the crawlspace under an addition to our home. The workers from DryPro were very professional and did a great job. They dug out around the perimeter of the space and installed a French drain. They also installed a sump pump and dehumidifier to take care of any future moisture problem. In addition they removed all of the old, wet floor insulation and replaced it with new insulation and installed a monitor to measure the humidity in the crawl space after installing a 10 ml plastic liner over the entire area. The target for humidity is 45-55 % and the monitor today reads 40%, so the dehumidifier is doing its job. This was a big expense for us, but something that had to be done. The 2 employees (Chinno and Adan) were very hard workers and when the job was complete left us with the confidence that our moisture problem had been resolved. Good job guys!

Daniel, Darwin and Raul did a fantastic job with our crawl space renovation. Thank you Dry Pro Team for a professional job from start to finish. I had mold in my crawlspace that was affecting the air quality in the house. DryPro sealed the crawlspace and did an excellent job!! The crew (Adan, Chinno, & Antonio) came out and did the job in one day, which was very impressive. The crawlspace looks great and I look forward to much better air quality in the house. Our experience with DryPro was outstanding. Scott was our salesman. Jose, Tony and DeMario were our crew. All were very professional and provided quality work. They were patient and answered my many questions. The crew was prompt each morning and worked hard for almost three days to fully encapsulate our crawl space. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend DryPro.

Dry-Pro recently leveled a section of my drive that was collapsing due to a drainage problem. They did excellent work and were courteous, professional, and focused on customer satisfaction from beginning to end. I seldom write reviews, but these folks are above average and deserve recognition, particularly Madison, Jeff, Wes, and Kelvin. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Jeff and Kelvin were the installer on my Poly-fill job. The project was to level the garage and to raise the driveway (4") to match the garage. Jeff and Kelvin did an excellent job explaining what they were going to do and how the process was going to work. They were very professional. Although the machine broke down and they couldn't do the job on the originally scheduled day, they did return and finish the job. I am very pleased.

The experience with Dry Pro Basement Systems from beginning to end was professional and superb. Tim was very detailed in his explanations of what to expect and what service would be provided. Juan Todd and Antonio were very polite and personable and kept us informed of everything that had been completed, next steps, and timeline for completion. They did an excellent job and we were extremely pleased with their work and professionalism.

The guys doing this labor intensive work, DeMario, Jose and Tony were helpful,hard working, answered any questions I had, were polite and courteous. They really did a great job.
