First of all, we were told that the appt would last mins to an hour The inspector,*** ***, showed up late and then informed us that the appointment takes between and hours We had planned accordingly and my wife had to leave to work after hours He said he would email us with his findings and a quote He was rather pushy in trying to "sell" and wanting a follow up appointment We understand that he wanted to make the sale, but we felt like he was too pushy After over a week of waiting for an email, we finally contacted him The following day an email was received with his findings There was no price, no solutions Just the findingsHe was again very insistent, to the point of it being annoying, about having to set up an appt to go over everything We are pretty well educated people, and would certainly not go into something this expensive if we did not have all of our questions answered We requested of him to please send us the quote via email He never did We basically wanted to know what was wrong, how to fix it, and how much it would cost Period Then, we would decide whether to proceed or not His sales pitch would not have persuaded us because we were already bothered by his pushy attitude to meet
We don't have the time, nor are we interested in playing sales games We have chosen another company to do the job, and will definitely NOT be recommending Dry Pro After reading positive reviews online, we were very disappointed!

The other project was poly level at our sidewalk and driveway with sealing of joints Jeff and Kelvin performed that work and did an excellent job of explaining the process and completing the job The sealing of the joints looks very nice and neat The product blends well with the existing concrete

I was very pleased with DryPro's efficiency, punctuality and cleanliness when the work was done. The key will be in seeing that the underground piping they put in will alleviate the flooding in my yard.

Six years ago (two owners ago) DryPro was used to install two subpumps in our crawl space. Recently I decided to call DryPro to see how they were holding up & this week had them upgrade by installing a dehumidifier.
