I get constant offers from Globe. When I finally signed up for a policy everything was handled quickly and efficiently. When I decided to change my mind and cancel, there were no questions asks, just an immediate and polite response.

I bought my Granddaughters Whole Life policy 9 yrs ago and when purchased it was very simple and easy process. Renewing it every 6 months has been as easy a process. In all these years I've only had to call in a couple of times to ask a question or two and my experience has always been pleasant. I've increased the policy value a few times and the endt has come in on a timely basis each time. You will not be disappointed, this is as easy to use as it gets. All within your control, I pay installments when due - not on autodraft. So I feel there's no excuse, presented terms that anyone can understand. Affordable Insurance so no one in my Family will go uninsured.

I've had Globe Ins. for many years, and have never had a problem. The times I've had to contact them for any reason I have been treated really great with a professional customer service rep..

I had read bad reviews and really didn't think that a company could be that bad. But boy was I wrong applied for $10,000 policy and received a $5000 and the rate increases were unreal they did not double they quadruple in 10 years. I have never seen such increases in my life. Please don't walk away from Globe Life run run run.

I recently called to change my payment method. The representative was very pleasent and friendly. He was quick to make the change and I didn't get put on hold. The initial automation when I dialed was also easy and quick for me to connect to a live agent. I would highly recommend their products.

I THINK THAT GLOBE LIFE MAKES IT EASY FOR ANYONE TO HAVE LIFE INSURANCE.MY ADVICE. BE SURE TO READ YOUR EXCEPTANCE POLICY.I SENT ALL POLICIES IN THINKING THEY ALL WOULD STAY THE SAME PRICE FOR LIFE ,AT LEASE THAT IS WHAT I READ BEFORE SENDING. SO WHEN I GOT MY LETTER I DID NOT READ THEM . LATER TO FIND OUT I HAD TERM TO 100, INSTEAD.ALSO PRICE CHANGED TO A BIGGER RATE AT AGE 25 .THEY ALL SAID PRICE FOR LIFE WHEN I MAIL THEM. BUT I STILL LOVE GLOBE LIFE INSURANCE .

I have been a customer for 10+ years and my father was a customer before me. When he passed on the people at Globe were very helpful and the insurance money was received in a very timely manner. They have great customer service.

I am pleased to have the opportunity to get insurance for my granddaughter and my 19 year old daughter as well. With a long standing, reliable company like Globe Life, I feel secure in knowing if anything happens, we will not have anything to worry about with final plans.

I took longer than I should have to get my initial start up payment to them, because I did not read the email with the premium due date. Instead of cancelling the policy before it really had a chance to be started, Globe continued to send me two reminders that I DID end up finally paying attention to, and I got the ball rolling.

I'm so thankful that they understand life is busy, and sometimes a simple reminder done in a professional manner like they did, is so helpful.

I recommend getting start up insurance through Globe Life, an A+ company in my book!
