If that was the case why wouldn't the ticket agent tell us that? Also our entire group did not go all at once. I am not looking for a reschedule as they were travelling from another country. Do you have a way of proving the buses showed up on time and there was no lag. As we are the customers and telling you this happened to us. It was after this I went to the reviews you guys have online and they are horrendous as well, maybe you should look at them as well. Rather not taking any responsibility I believe you should and help customers, if you stand by what you have said that is fine. But others need to know and maybe you should do more so people do not feel they are ripped off. People are travelling from other countries and they should have a great time is one of the best cities in the world, versus they leave with a foul taste after using your company.

They are offering me to take another tour of NYC. I had out of town visitors who have already left for home and we have no use for further tours at this time. It was an outright lie that they used to sell us tickets and they need to give us our money back.

When we brought we were never informed about the time, I repeat, we were denied the service after 5 PM on the day we purchased the tour. I am attaching one of the receipt, I dont see the timings on this receipt. Its unfortunate that the business denied the service that they promised us. please see the receipt and comment

Very poor ran tour line. This bus line has no idea of what a schedule looks like. You pay for something that you don't receive,. The street vendors neglected to tell my group of six that the bus line had only one air conditioned bus. You get off at a stop and when you return there is no sign of any green buses anywhere. They tell you your wait will be no longer than thirty minutes which is not true. Our bus ride was miserably hot because of no air conditioning. The next day we could not find a bus anywhere. We paid for 3 days but only used 1 day due to unavailability.

All sales are final and there is no refund on any used or unused services.

We are operating 365 days a year.

There was not a bus at 10:33pm. I know because we were there waiting and your employees told us that a bus had broken down.
We live in Texas and may not ever visit NY again so your offer to give us tickets won't help in this case.

We sincerely apologize for the experience that Beverly Harden had on a recent Bus Tour. As the customer received incorrect information and was unable to take our Boat Cruise, we offered to refund 50% of the total cost. As we have a strict no refund policy, we took into...

consideration that the customer was inconvenienced(we did offer to mail a check so the customer did not have to return to our office) and received the incorrect information and provided a partial refund. Also, the customers were able to take our Downtown Bus Tour so we did not refund 100%. As for the need for the additional ticket, we asked for it as proof of purchase as we only had proof of purchase for 3 individuals. We did provide a refund of 50% even without the additional receipt.
We also would like to provide the customer with the same ticket package that was purchased which is transferable and is good for 2 years.

We apologize for the misunderstanding and we never received any emails regarding not getting voucher  nor did we have a computer problem we are aware about.

Rude guides, outright cheating, long delays. Stay Away.

We bought the City Super tour that includes downtown ferry ride. We reached the ferry location on time. The ferry was an hour late. Then the guide who was too rude/busy/uninterested asked us to give them 19$ for the ferry ride each person. I told him we bought the tour option that includes the ferry but he wouldn't have none of that and fleeced us for 38$ (two persons). Finally the ferry came an hour and a half later. On their bus tours, the guide is the bus conductor as well so she regularly has to stop guiding the tour and getting people in/out of the bus. The guiding was a total waste. She kept telling us about Lady Gaga and famous people when all a tourist would want to know is about the city, its building, history etc. She was rude as well to many passengers often shouting and giving dirty looks. The glass on their bus was dirty and scratched making good photo-taking impossible. All in all, avoid at all costs. Don't get fleeced. Run like hell. Emails to them and they will act in an extremely obtuse way as if the fleeced customer is the one at fault.
