I Order my shoes 2 weeks ago. Today is the 24th and I still don't even have a tracking number. Customer service is terrible.

While the tracking shows your sneakers were successfully delivered later on 3/28/2019, a credit has been added to your account towards the cost of shipping on your next order as a courtesy. Please note that GOAT is a Marketplace, not a Retail Store - and as such, orders may take up to 10 days to be received. That is, the time from when your seller confirms the order, ships to GOAT, your sneakers are verified at our warehouse, and then packaged and shipped to you. That being said however, this shipping delay was outside of our expected delivery timeframe and we sincerely apologize once more. My product was several damaged. There were paint cracks, imperfections and colors that bleed onto other colors. These shoes were not new as claimed!!!

I ordered a pair of sneakers and quickly looked them over. I have never had an issue with "new sneakers". I wore them to the store and saw many paint imperfections. Also on the side the paint cracked at least 2 inches, showing white paint, where the original color is black. This is at least 200$$$ worth of damage. I contacted GOAT twice and showed multiple photos of the imperfections and cracked paint. They said, since I wore them, I could try and sell them. These were not new. I have never worn a pair of sneakers and had them crack on contact. I want a refund and I am being refused. They are selling used products and calling them new. I consider this stealing. $400 is a lot of money to me. This company should do the right thing. I will never use them again and will make sure to write reviews and tell anyone who will listen to not use GOAT. They have many complaints about their shoe's quality.

Thanks for reaching out in regards to your recent order on GOAT. Please advise that due to the age and delicacy of vintage sneakers, not all vintage shoe models may be suitable for wear. While this shoe was sold and verified as New, the materials used to manufacturer the shoe in XXXX - X years ago- may weather or crack upon wear. Regrettably, as the shoes were worn, they are no longer covered by our Return Policy which states that all items must be in the same condition they were in when sent by us in order to quality for a refund. In the event there is ever an issue with your purchase at the time of delivery however, we ask you to reach out to our support team within 3 days, prior to wear. The problem is as simple as just correcting the address on the shipping label if they entered it wrong or maybe just giving them an alternate delivery address, as a service based company I expected more on the customer service end seeing as they don't sell their own products, I don't want any any outlandish compensations or a refund I would just like to be responded to and receive the product I have payed for. thank you

Typically, when a package is returned to GOAT by the courier, we will reach out to you at the time the package has been received once more at our facility in attempt to either arrange reshipment or initiate a refund. Our records show that upon investigation of your returned package, we identified that the package was undeliverable at the fault of the shipping courier. As such, your return shipping costs were waived and your sneakers were packaged for shipment once more to your verified shipping address. I downloaded the app today and was excited to purchase lots of shoes until I started to read reviews about the company. Some things sound too good to be true and this seems like one of those things. This is a great idea, only of the shoes belonged to the company already, that way there no middle party (seller). Also I think it's best to sell only new shoes. I sure don't shoes worn by someone else ��. Hopefully they'll get better and I will try them someday.

Even with orders that require shipment to GOAT before being shipped to you, most orders are received in less than 10 days. You will find a variety of both New and Used sneakers listed on our site, with options to find shoes priced at below retail or even submit offers on shoes for prices you're willing to pay. The sneakers received were not new as described....I was then forwarded to another page on the app...there were only 2 options. The one I wanted which was to cancel the order was not available. I email support the inform me that after making an option it can not be changed. That is something they should make the customers aware of in advance. The company is dishonest.

On 1/2/2019, I sold my Yeezy 350 shoes through Goat with market value over $350. I shipped my Yezzy to Goat and they said what they received is another shoes with market value less than $50. I contacted their customer service many time with pictures of my shoes and tracking number of that package. They said they would investigate but I never hear back with any resolution. They keeping saying I shipped them that less than $50 shoes. I was thinking they must make a mistake. But this situation happened again recently with my friend sold his Nike- Off White shoes with marker value over $500. Then I have reason to doubt they did these on purpose. They are cheating!

I shipped a 'sold? item through Goat. I followed their procedure to ship to them; however the order was canceled. Due to the incorrect shipping label being used. I've spoken to customer service who has talked me in circles about having the product returned back to me since the sale is void. However I have heard nothing in the way of a separate team that was meant to contact me once the item was in their warehouse. Goat attests that due to my location; the item should be shipped to the hub closest to my location. Which would be NJ. However this sale had me ship to CA. Wrong label was used from a prior sale just a week earlier. And there has been ZERO effort on their end it feels to have the issue rectified. Because not only am I out my item, I'm also out the sale at which it was sold. And I would appreciate my product back. I've spoken with UPS who said because Goat is technically the buyer of the prepaid label; that the return to me would have to be a new order triggered by them. But again, the lack of urgency and contact and updates in the matter is highly alarming. The customer service and logistics have been putrid to say the least.

BUYERS BEWARE***Ordered 5 pairs of shoes thru GOAT and was excited about the platform. My first delivery (of 5) was stolen from my door step (this has never happened in over 3 years of living here) and that is when I realized how YOU CANT CALL GOAT! They only have an email which I contacted and they stated it would be looked into. 24 hours later and since I had no update I thought let me call the post office and see what the status is. No one from GOAT ever called the post office to inform them of the theft. Even if it was left at the wrong address WOULDN'T TIME BE SOMETHING WE SHOULD BE THINKING OF. WOW! I will never use this site again, filed a complaint with Revdex.com and I really think the fact that a public business that does not have a contact phone is unethical and sketchy.

That being said, we received original notice that your package was not received on 3/13/2019. Since the tracking showed the package as having been delivered, an agent requested confirmation of your shipping address within 10 minutes of your original email and proceeded to escalate your ticket to the appropriate team. Upon moving towards a formal missing package claim requiring the signing and return of an affidavit, we were advised that you later successfully received your package on 3/15/2019.

Unfortunately, once the package is handed over to the shipping courier, GOAT has little control on how tracking updates are communicated via the courier's site and are very sorry that this courier prematurely marked your order as delivered. If you have any preference regarding using a specific shipping courier in the future however, please don't hesitate to follow up with us directly so we can mark your account accordingly.

I just recently purchased a pair of shoes that were too small so I requested a return but then realized I had the wrong email listed so I wrote a ticket asking them to re-email me the return label and she emailed me something but the email kept reading image Remove so then I asked her if she can just email it to me again and she just kept sending me the same thing that said image removed and told me to try it on a desktop and I told her that I didn't have one at home and I asked her again if she could just email it to me and then she proceeded to tell me to go to a library if it isn't working like how professional can that be and they only give you three days to return them and then after that it's pretty much your problem this is probably the first and the last time I'll ever be buying anything from this website it's the most annoying-ist thing to do .

Instead, we can confirm we received 4 separate emails on 3/14/2019 regarding this return, one of which was simply a request for confirmation of our return policy and not a request for a label. I ordered shoes off the website and they never arrived at my address. Neither Goat or USPS will get back to me on this issue.
On Feburary 21st I ordered a pair of air jordan 1 retro high og 'neutral grey' size 11.5m from GOAT's website for $185. On the 25th I recieved an email confirming the shoes were shipped. The estimated delivery date was February 28th. As I continually checked the tracking system for updates, on March 2nd I was told "your package will be late, but is on its way". Since then, USPS has not updated the tracking information. I contacted GOAT describing the situation and they told me "my package is on its way". On March 6th I sent goat another message letting them know my status has not changed. They replied on March 8th saying "I have escalated this ticket and a member of our team will follow up with you. You should receive a an update within 48 business hours, at the latest". I did not receive an update from them after that message was sent. GOAT has refused to respond to any of my messages that I have sent and have failed at up holding their commitments. I have asked multiple times for them to explain them the missing package process and how might I go about receiving a refund but they still have not responded to me. All I wold like is my money back. As of now, I filed a missing package complaint through USPS website on March 5th and have not heard anything back. My problem is GOAT will not contact me back with any sort of updates regarding the issue.

Bought some shoes for my wife's birthday. The refund mentions a "refund" within a 3 day window. Sent back the next day. Received no money refund.
Bought some shoes for my wife's birthday that were sold no where else. The refund mentions a "refund" minus shipping within a 3 day window of returning the shoes. Sent back the next day of getting the shoes. Received no money refund on notice after that. No customer service number was my first sign of a shady business. Sent an email. Customer rep replied showing some very small type lower down in the discussion that the term "refund" is actually some "GOAT" credit instead. Worthless to me. A company not be very clear about using proper dictionary terms is unethical and deserves to have all licenses pulled. This is a scam of a company and should be avoided at all costs.

I got the wrong size shoes and I have already sent 6 emails to them. They accepted my shoes but responded so slow. I haven't got my correct one!!!!
I bought Wmns Air VaporMax "Midnight Fog" on 03/01/2019 as my birthday gift. Order number:XXXXXXXX Total cost: 220 dollar. SKU: XXXXXXXXX Payment method: Debit card. I selected size 7.5 for woman, but I got 9.5. I returned it the day I got the shoes. The UPS confirmation said they have already accepted my shoes, but they sent me nothing to remind me if they have it or not. I do not have the refund. Nothing! I have already sent them 6 emails to get my right shoes or get my refund. They respond so slow and I can not get my refund as well.

I admit that I chose the wrong size. So I asked GOAT to send back the wrong size to me. I paid the shipping by myself and then I found that the same shoes I bought from GOAT is so bad. The left shoe is size 9 and the right one is size 9.5. I have called GOAT over 7 times and nobody answered at all. I also left a voice message through the phone, I did not get any response as well!!! I have already sent all shoes pictures GOAT wants. I will just wait for my refund for 1 week. Or I will ask for help by law.

When processing a return, our authenticators must inspect the sneaker once more to ensure the shoes are returned in the same, original condition and are eligible for a credit refund. In the event a return is denied, the option to either consign the shoe for sale under your GOAT account or pay the return costs to have the shoes shipped back to you are presented. At the time we received your return however, we notified you that the sneakers were ineligible for return due to both visible signs of wear and mismatched sizing. As such, upon re-listing your shoes on consignment, the condition was updated and conditional sizing was indicated. Since the sneakers were later returned to you and confirmed as delivered per the tracking, we are regrettably unable to facilitate any refunds at this time.

I had been trying to get my order shipped from them for a shoes and so many emails send but no reply. Every time I try contacting them it takes forever for replies and when they do reply, it's always stating that someone would get back to me in the next 48hrs. I still haven't gotten my shoe and I told them I have travel 3 days after send me shoes fast and I offered I will pay for shipping also and still no reply. This is ridiculous, the worst part is that they don't have a number so you can't just reach them directly. Any communication has to be done through email which takes forever and they ignore you. The customer service is horrible and I definitely will not be ordering or doing any business with them again. So I advise dont order with them , if so you will be fool of the world.you can pay the money to homeless people.

That being said, our records show that upon verification of your order on 3/11/2019, we notified you via email that your seller shipped the box in a different condition than originally listed. After accepting the discount offered however, we provided a tracking link on 3/12/2019 advising that the tracking would update once the package had been scanned as In-Transit by the courier. Typically this may take 2-3 business days from the time of packaging.

I purchased a pair new eezys paid $480 for new pair. I received used dirty pair. Been trying contact them over 3 weeks with no luck. I returned used pair and I cannot get a hold of anyone . horrible site it's a scam. I am reporting them to Revdex.com.

There is no response to emails sent except a generic statement each time you respond.
I placed two separate orders because you have to pay shipping per item order numbers XXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXX and the money was taken from my account placed on hold by my card company and then I received a email requesting proof that I made the purchase with a authorization number from my account even prior to me getting the product so I respond to the email and included a screenshot of my account details explaining I did not see what they were requesting I received a different email a day later asking me for that same information for me to provide proof of purchase from a screenshot of my account details which I already provided. There is no way to contact them directly the emails are not actually being read and answered so there is no way for me to even rectify the situation. So I have over 500.00 on hold because of this company and no merchandise being sent.

We ordered a pair of Yezys shoes and paid over $250. Sent them back from refund and they said they were dirty. Never wore them and never shipped back.
Ordered shoes from www.goat.com. Paid over $250 for Yezys for my daughter. My daughter realized she ordered the wrong size. We contacted goat via email and was told they could not change size. Instead they said we had to receive them and send back.We sent back as soon as we got them and they claimed they were worn and would not exchange or return our money. Instead they said they would sell on consignment or ship back to us if we paid the shipping cost. We asked them to ship back and we have not received them. We keep getting the runaround. Ordered on January 22, 2019 and returned them on January 31, 2019. Order number is #XXXXXXXX. Request #XXXXXXX. We just want the shoes sent back to us or our money refunded.

Per GOAT's Return Policy, all item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris, and all original packaging included to be eligible for a credit, less the cost of shipping, to use on a future purchase. Regrettably, as the shoes were received on 1/31/2019 with visible signs of wear such as footprints on the insoles and dirt markings on the heel, we are unable to accept this return. Photos of the wear described were also emailed to you at the time the return was inspected.

In the event your return is denied, you are given the option to either consign the sneakers at GOAT to resell or pay the return shipping cost to have the item sent back. We received one request to have the shoes returned on 2/15/2019 via email, however the PayPal invoice sent for the return shipping required, remained unpaid. Since payment was not received for the cost of shipping, the sneakers were listed for consignment on 3/1/2019 and later sold on 3/4/2019. As of 3/25/2019, all earned credits for the sale are available in your GOAT account balance and eligible towards a cash transfer via a PayPal/ACH account. Additionally, you may choose to apply the credit towards the purchase of a replacement shoe in your preferred size.

I asked Goat to send me the shoes back versus selling them for a fraction of the cost on consignment. I never received a pay pal notice to pay the shipping for the returned shoes I already paid shipping on. Lastly, we were not notified that our shoes were sold and for how much. Don't have a clue. Any why would I buy another pair of shoes from a company who's service is as bad as theirs.Lastly, I the shoes they sent in the picture were not ours. My daughter only tried them on once and then put them right back in the box. How could they have gotten dirty. I want replacement shoes in the correct size without having to pay the difference. Horrible company to deal with. Their return policy and practices are disgusting.

Since the contact information provided via your complaint differ from the GOAT account used to purchase, return, and sell these shoes; any applicable notifications would be sent elsewhere. For security purposes, if you are unsure of what email was used to create your account, please email GOAT directly at ***@goat.com to verify.

Any earned credits from the completion of a sale however, are transferrable to either a PayPal or ACH account as cash. Since the earnings are still sitting in your account balance as of 4/2/2019, you may link your personal account to cash out via the GOAT app at your earliest convenience. If you wish to reorder the same shoes in a different size on GOAT however, you may use the credit towards a new purchase and the credit will automatically apply at checkout. Please note that you must be logged into the corresponding account in order to access these credits.

I placed a 3 day offer on some shoes and they allowed the seller to charge my card after the 3 day period.
I was notified Sunday March 10th, that my card would be charged which was more than a week after my offer had expired.

We apologize for any confusion regarding how GOAT's offer system works! When placing an offer on GOAT however, users may set an expiration date of 3, 7, or 30 days time. Once a seller accepts your offer, the order is automatically confirmed and there are no cancellations. Our records show your offer for this shoe was placed on 2/27/2019 at 7:17pm PST for 30 days. Since your seller accepted the offer on 3/10/2019, 11 days from when the 30 day offer was placed, payment was authorized for completion. According to the tracking, your sneakers were successfully delivered on 3/16/2019 and no request to initiate a return has been made as of 3/25/2019. Goat is refusing to refund me my original form of payment, after sending me merchandise that is not brand new as advertised.

I contacted Goat due to stain on sneakers that are suppose to be new. Goat claims to inspect new items before selling but yet I received a product that isn't new. I was offered a 40.00 credit for the damage or store credit. I do not want either.My order total was 388.00 to my visa. I am very unhappy with this purchase I sent photos and Goat isn't accommodating my request.I own other 700's and I have never experienced receiving shoes with a stain on them.I feel like seller possibly wore them or something happened I don't know what.

Honest review/experience as a Seller on GOAT.
I sold my Air Max 1 Ultra Flyknit (red color) for cheap $130 on this App on 2/27/2019, (if you are the buyer of my shoes and read this, you ended up paying approx $110.50 due to a GENEROUS discount I gave - Please return the favor and please post a review about your experience with dates of when you received my shoes so that me, the public, and the Revdex.com can know the TRUTH about this company's practices.) I believe they are not being transparent with their customers.
This is order #: XXXXXXXX. Sold shoes on 02/27/2019, GOAT received and authenticated my shoes on 02/28 and emailed me that they found that the shoes were 'tried on' because there was a hint of dust/dirt on the bottom (I literally can't even see any signs of wear in the pictures they then email to you but I didn't make a big deal)... what happens in these cases is GOAT then wants you to offer the Buyer of the shoes a discount. I then offered a generous 15% discount just to ensure the sale is accepted - and it WAS.. darn near immediately too on 02/28 (30 minutes later) at exactly 5:33pm PST. GOAT then emailed me that the funds from this sale will be available once the shoes are 'processed'.
Note: I have very recently sold 5 other shoes on their app and the shoes are ALWAYS authenticated and shipped out to the buyer of my shoes within 1 business day. So I didn't make anything of that emailed response. Until, 2 full business days pass *** I have yet to receive my money for the sale of my shoes.
So, I opened a Ticket with the company (Ticket# XXXXXXX) to ask about receiving my funds for the sale of my shoes. Lyn responded with a very generic email that said the shoes will need to be 're-authenticated' once the buyer accepts the discount. However, if she bothered to look into my account, she should have seen that the buyer accepted the discount on 02/28 - within 30 minutes of me offering the discount to the buyer. I know these details because GOAT sends you an email that the buyer accepted the discount in 'real time' (as it happens). Plus it was 2 days ago. Lyn's response made ZERO sense to me. (I've sold 5 shoes on the App already and I'm no fool. I track my shoes arrival through the ups tracking # and my shoes I sell through GOAT are ALWAYS authenticated the same day they arrive at GOAT and I have received credit for the last 5 shoe sales within 1-2 hours after they have been 'authenticated').
Keep in mind, the shoes were already authenticated on 02/28 when they first received them. At this point they simply need the buyer to accept my discount, which the 'buyer' did on 02/28 and they can then proceed to simply ship the shoes to the buyer and that's it. Make sure I receive my credit for the sale and it's over. HOWEVER, they did not do that. And I believe I have figured out why. Keep reading.
I responded back to Lyn on 03/02 that the buyer already accepted the discount the same day I offered the discount - in case you didn't take the proper time to review my account details! On 03/03 A new representative named Julie then responded that my credit to my account will be made once my shoes are re-authenticated. Same response. Why is GOAT all of a sudden now taking dayssss for a simple sneaker authentication, when in the past 5 shoe sales they always get my sneaker authentications done in 1 business day!?
At this point I'm starting to get a real "run around" so I'm starting to get really suspicious that this company is not being FULLY transparent with me about what they are up to.
On 03/04 - 3 business days later. I still have not received credit for the sale of my shoes or a real answer (that is the most FRUSTRATING part). I let them know if I am not credited immediately I will be posting on social media and customer review platforms about this UNACCEPTABLE experience I am having with their company. Julie responds that she has escalated the issue. Now I'm thinking, "okay, FINALLY a Supervisor will see that the buyer accepted my discount, the shoes have surely been 're-authenticated' by now and let me simply apply this guy's credit to his account to remedy the situation". NOPE, they seemed to take their sweet time and 2 full business days later on 03/06 someone by the name of Drew responded that my account was finally credited for the sale of my shoes. No apology, no sense of empathy for the frustrating experience I was having, no simple "we apologize for the inconvenience you are having". Nope. Not even that! This company has some of the WORST Customer Service I have EVER experienced. All I got was yet ANOTHER generic sounding email stating the funds are in your account. I responded to Drew on 03/06 asking for answers. Why did it take 5 full business days to 're-authenticate' my shoes and FINALLY make my money available to me? Not only that but I demanded at the very least an apology! It is now 03/09/2018 and I have yet to receive a response. This is unacceptable.
Here's why I wanted to post this review. I can read between the lines and see that this company is not being FULLY transparent with their users (Sellers of shoes on this App). I believe GOAT purposely took this long to make my funds available. Why? If they find the slightest issue with your shoes, they can then hold the credit of your sale hostage for an extended amount of time to ensure that the buyer runs out of time to file for a return of the shoes - in the event the buyer of my shoes didn't want them anymore. You see when you purchase shoes on GOAT they have 3 business days to file for a return. So that ENTIRE period I was awaiting for the credit of my sale of shoes... GOAT was using that time to make sure the buyer of my shoes had run out of time to file for return (limiting their exposure for a loss or having to take the shoes on (inventory)).
HOWEVER, if this is the case, GOAT needs to make the Seller aware of such practices. And not operate with NO Integrity, no transparency.
I would imagine if the buyer returned the shoes for credit with GOAT (which is your only option) ... they would have then just sent me an email saying 'uhhh, upon second review - the shoes couldn't be authenticated. We will now have to ship them back to you and force you to pay for the shipping charges to and from GOAT.
SOMETHING tells me, this has already happened to other Sellers. If you are a Seller and something like this happened to you. Please post about it. Make yourself heard. I will be writing to communicating this company's illegal practices with my local attorney general, Revdex.com, Federal trade commission... etc. Reference to my complaint. I will be leaving many complaints on every available platform for reviews of how this company operates. It's the only way to change GOAT's malicious, illegal, and unfair practices.

I find it INCREDIBLY hard to believe that you took nearly an entire week to finally 're-authenticate' a pair of shoes were already 'authenticated' upon first inspection, This is simply your company's way to buy time in case the buyer of shoes chooses to return shoes, you then can simply tell me that my shoes did not pass *** and simply send them back to me (then charge me for shipping charges to AND from my address!). I can read between the lines, and I can tell you are not being fully transparent on the your business practices. You actually expect someone to believe it took you 6-7 days to 're-authenticate' a pair of shoes that were already 'authenticated' 6-7 days ago?

I would like to know when my shoes were shipped to the buyer of my shoes?

As previously advised, the buyer's option to return is not impacted by any delay due to the seller or GOAT. The opportunity to return is dependent entirely on the eligibility of the sneaker by type/condition and the date the package is delivered. Additionally, GOAT has taken responsibility for the delay of your cash out as we were experiencing an unusually high backlog of orders pending verification at the time of your sale. Since both your cash out was issued and the sneakers were successfully shipped as of 3/6/2019, no action is necessary for this order at this time.
