I bought a pair of Travis Scott x Air Max 270 from GOAT back in March, I paid $550. I bought them for my sons 21st birthday which he just had. I paid an extra $140 for the Instant Pre-Verified option. Well he just tried them on and they sent 2 different sizes 8.5 & 10. I contacted GOAT and they said sorry we can’t do anything for you, you had 3 days to return after I received them. My question, problem, concern is who pre-verified the shoes? How could they have been “pre-verified” with two different size shoes? What are their Instant Pre-Verified policies? The shoes were obviously NOT pre-verified. I had no reason to inspect the shoes when I received them because I assumed the extra $140 I paid for “verification” was all I needed. Had I not paid the extra money for a “pre-verified” pair of shoes I would have inspected them immediately after receiving them. It’s crazy, GOAT can’t tell me how this happened or their processes for shoe verification. All they have to say is sorry, we we can’t break our procedures for you, you had three days to return. Had I opened the box and seen they were a different “incorrect” item I would have contacted GOAT right then but when I opened the box and saw a “correct” left and right shoe of the kind I ordered I didn’t even take them out of the box. At the very least I’d assume GOAT would offer to refund or credit me the cost I paid for the “pre-verification” ($140) since the shoes were obviously not looked at. GOAT just says you had 3 days. Really ridiculous, they messed up, the lied but they act like it’s on me.

I never recieved my item from the goat , this company provide misinformation throughout the process. The Seller provide fake Jordan 11 this company suck sneakercon is better , don't buy fro this company

I spent extra money for expedited shipping on 03/13/20 and my shoes still haven't shipped. Their customer service auto replies and I can't actually speak to anyone. It's the worst online purchase I've ever made. If I could speak to someone on the phone and understand why, then maybe it would help but they don't really care. I can't even request a refund. Horrible.

If you read through most of these reviews, you will come see that their customer service is a joke and that they truly do not care about the buyer nor seller. They will not acknowledge wrong doings on their part even when presented with actual visual evidence that they gave. Very bad experience and since I've sold and bought multiple times on their platform that perhaps they would try and make things right. I was wrong and they get the lowest rating possible. One finger. Not the pointer, nor the thumb. Not the ring nor the pinky. On top of everything, they completely dropped the ball in this matter and to top it all off, I get to send money to have my kicks returned. No joking!

Orders some yeezys on the 21st of march. They havent shipped yet and are just now saying there's a delay in my order and that theyre "investigating" I as well have had major trouble actually getting a hold of a real person through email. I did manage to get a real reply from one worker. In which they said my sneakers were en route to GOAT. A week later it said delivered. Then now today they wont even let me view the status of my order. The fact that they don't have a phone number is just awful. Not buying from them again.

I ordered a pair of shoes online from GOAT, but my husband didn't like how they fit. We dropped them off at UPS for return. This was back in January 2020. Several weeks past and I keep checking my return status assuming they're on their way, etc. Turns out UPS lost the package, and hadn't even scanned it out from drop off. So it's UPS fault, right? After weeks of calling their customer service, waiting the grace period for them to "try to find" the shoes, no luck. They then inform me GOAT has to file a claim for the shoes, to get my money back.
I reach out to GOAT, they assure me they will "fix it," yet over the simple technicality that I don't have access to the original dropoff receipt, refuse to help. Wouldn't even give me site credit. After everything I'd just been through with UPS, (filing a complaint with them as well) GOAT representative Samantha shut me down that "there was nothing they could do." Even though with UPS, I had enough to file the claim, it just had to be from GOAT.
There is always something that can be done. And they choose not to.
Bad business. Poor customer service all around. I feel cheated and disrespected as a good customer.
All for having FAITH that a company would get my package where it needed to go, and TRUST that a company would have my back.

I think that Goat.com sells counterfeit Nike sneakers. Not only did the site change the shipping address, it refused to correct it although I notified them immediately. I emailed customer support many times but the site refused to correct the address.
UPS emailed me that the sneakers could not be delivered because the address did not exist. Now, UPS emailed me that the sneakers were lost.
This scenario seems to happen very frequently with Goat.com.
Meanwhile I was not able to find this particular Nike sneaker on the Nike web site or any other legitimate sneaker web site, which is strange.

The customer service is beyond horrible I placed an order and received my confirmation email which to my surprise stated I would only receive store credit on return. They also allow you to cancel within three hours but you have to do it through their app. I downloaded the app but it didn't work so I emailed their help line. The rep got back to me outside of the three hour window and stated they would not be able to cancel my order bc it didn't fit their policy at that point, which was no fault of mine. Multiple conversations with a bozo named Irish have gotten me nowhere. I am going to have to dispute it with my credit card I guess.

Was going great until I sold my 28th sneakers that someone brought, I shipped out to goat my app check off that they had received the sneakers and that they were to be Authenticated , They took 2 weeks to say anything and when they finally do email me they say the shipment was delayed .. but Ups said they were delivered to goat! I can emailed them 10 times no report or reply about my situation!

DO NOT BUT FROM THEM. Scammers. I've been getting the run around as well in a string of emails, in which the device specialists reply generic responses, and do not address or answer any of the questions I ask. I'm upset to say the least.

missing payment on 3 orders that GOAT has received (verified by UPS)
I still have not received my credit/payment on 3 of my orders that have been received at GOAT by UPS (and verified by tracking). Order #1 is XXXXXXXXX for Yeezy Desert Sage for $257.45 that GOAT received on Wednesday, March 25 (originally on March 20!! per UPS tracking).

Order #2 is XXXXXXXXX for Sacai for $203.15 that GOAT received on Wednesday, March 25 (originally on March 19!! per UPS tracking) .

Order #3 is XXXXXXXXX for Yeezy Desert Sage for $243.87 that GOAT received on Friday, March 27.

I have communicated via the app message center, but I keep getting the same generic response about a delay. Two of my orders arrived 9-10 days ago at this point. I need to be paid immediately for my 3 orders.

Paid for sneakers, they were delivered to the warehouse and marked "shipment delay, contact support". I did so, But still can to get tracking info.
On 3/17 I purchased a pair of Chameleon Retro 1 Highs in a size 4.5. Three days later the shoes were delivered to the GOAT warehouse. 2 days after their arrival at the warehouse, the progress indicates "there was an issue with the courier, please contact GOAT support for details." I did so. Several times. If I do get a reply, it's a copy and paste response saying "your order has been delayed, we are working to get it out in a few days." Why did I pay $10 for shipping to not have any idea when I would receive my product, and why can't anyone give me any information?? The shoes have been at the warehouse for almost 2 weeks, and 1 representative sent me a copy and paste message saying their ware houses were closed for ONE day last week, but were up and fully functional. Why is is there no progress or tracking information 2 weeks after the shoes get to the warehouse, and they close 1 day and I still can't get my shoes shipped? I contacted their support 5 times via email and their app, twice on Facebook (with no reply), once on Instagram and once on Twitter - COMPLETE SILENCE! But they continue to post ads on these channels. At this point, I feel they have taken my money, which is tight right now! And the very least that could be done is that I be made aware of what is going on with my order. I feel they have taken my money and are deliberately ignoring me. I don't know what else to do at this point

Desired Outcome

The ideal resolution would be that my order is processed, and GOAT contacts me with detailed tracking information and an explanation as to why my package was delayed and I was refused information. I want the items I ordered, but if this company cannot respect my money and my business, I'd prefer a refund.

Sold some shoes on goat March 12 sent them out the same day says it's been delivered to goat and awaiting authentication it's been saying that since March 15 I tried to get support but keep getting same emails from different employees all I want is either my money or my shoes back

This business is the worst place
To buy shoes from you never get shoes you buy and if you do you get them a month later or not at all it's like they scam people u only can reach them through email that's it no number or nothing else the worst service I've ever experienced

Goat sent me the wrong shoes
I ordered the Jordan 6 chrome low form GOAT, size 13. GOAT sent me female Nike prestos in a size 9.5. I have pictures of the shoe, the box, the tags, and screenshots of what I ordered form goat. I also have a recipe of what I purchased from my credit card. I want the shoes I ordered and if I do not get the shoes I want a full refund.

I bought shoes for $ *** from "Goat". But "Goat" sent me different shoe.
I ordered "Supreme x Dunk Low Pro SB 'White Cement'.
Order number-# XXXXXXXXX

The shoe was shipped to my sister, who lives in Virginia, USA. And she confirmed the courier, and inside it was "AIR MAX 270 REACT". She informed me of the news and I was shocked. There is a "XXXXXXXX barcode" in the photo of the "AIR MAX 270 REACT" box. Please solve this problem quickly. Return my "Supreme x Dunk Low Pro SB 'White Cement'".

I asked you a lot of mails and quick answers but it doesn't respond.Hey, why don't you respond to me? You told me to wait 2-3 days.Your work may still be in progress. If so, you can tell me that. But why don't you say anything to me? For me, $ *** is a huge amount of money. Why make me nervous? Why don't you say a word to me? You are really the worst company. Please respond to me quickly.

Take the shoes you sent wrong. Send me the shoes I ordered. If not, please refund all costs.

poor communication/effort to resolve an ongoing problem.
I know for a fact these people are purposefully trying to avoid me. I purchased a pair of shoes on the 14th and within 24 hours they where marked "verified". The shoes then were assigned a tracking number which after about 3 days was switched and the origin country changed which was suspicious right off the bat. Then a week passes and still no updates. I submit tickets and continuously got given the run around about how they were high volume and how my ticket was "escalated" and within the 48 hours I'd get contacted and to not submit new tickets as they would cause confusion. Now here I am TWO WEEKS with no update to the issue and no follow up regarding where they are and what's causing the delay. Are they stolen? Lost? Fake? Who knows. Never in all my business with these people has this happened and it's ridiculous how you're at the mercy of an email. They have provided no sort of solution and are eager to ignore you. GOAT sucks. Worse even is essentially getting your money stolen from this company.

Desired Outcome

Either locate the shoes, refund, cancel or give store credit. The shoes are financed and there's gonna soon be a probable situation where payments are being made on a shoe that isn't in our possession.

I ordered shoes from goat , the shipment never moved from their warehouse after complaints the tracking changed and it's not updating
I ordered shoes from goat on March 11,2020 ,Days went by and I got a little worried because it was my first time ordering from then. I looked at a couple of reviews about them and their shipping and customer service, most stating it's not good and even having hundreds of complaints about shipping delays and delays on payouts even before the coronavirus(COVID-19). I emailed multiple customer service reps and got automated responses, the first customer service rep stated after The first attempt emailing them,that the tracking should update in 72-96 hours , so I waited. After that time frame I received nothing from than and had to initiate first again after they stayed they would keep me updated , the second time I contacted them I was told they would "escalate" my ticket and they would update me in 48hours, again , I had to contact them to say my tracking hasn't updated but this time I asked for a refund , they said since a shipping label has been created they cannot issue a refund any more . So now, all I could do is wait , but after a couple days the tracking updated and now it was through fedex , mind I was never informed about this update I had to initiate first again , and the tracking said it would be delivered March 26 ,2020. It never came, but, something I noticed was it was coming from China and GOAT only has 2 warehouses in America . I contacted them asking why is my package coming from China and I got an automated response telling me I will be updated shortly with an ETA on my package , also they gave me a $10 credit to my account for some reason , but, there's also a lot of people on their Twitter threads and Instagram comments complaining about shoes not shipping and delayed payouts, but they continue to release promos and accept people's money without INforming them about the closing and limiting of staff in their warehouses due to the coronavirus. I honestly just want my money back but I'm sure they won't refund me due to the economic crash and closings of all non essential businesses, it just looks like they're trying to collect as much money as they can it's despicable.

I want my money back because I'm sure they won't ever ship my shoes because of the coronavirus

Bad company, bad customer service, sent me the wrong order. I order airmax 95 uptempo and they sent me Adidas. Sent the shoes back I haven't got my refund yet. I have all receipts and order numbers, tracking numbers and they have yet to send me my refund back. Do not buy from this company

I ordered a pair of shoes from GOAT for *** They sent me a completely wrong pair of shoes. Sent the shoes back, they won't issue me a refund.
I ordered a pair of shoes from GOAT for *** They sent me a completely wrong pair of shoes. Wrong size, wrong brand, wrong everything. I then attempted to contact GOAT, it took them TWO weeks to respond. At that point it was only a generic message too, of no help to the situation. After a few days of not hearing from them, I sent the shoes back to the address they came from. A whole MONTH later, GOAT sent me a return label for the shoes... and finally responded to my issue. At that point they had already received the shoes I had sent back. I had opened a dispute with my bank, which is now overturned because GOAT has a policy that you have to use their return label to return shoes. So not only did they keep the shoes I had sent back, but they charged me $172.57. They kept both pairs of shoes and charged me for them. This is robbery. They are now not responding to my emails whatsoever about the issue.

Desired Outcome

I want reimbursement of $172.57 or for them to send me the shoes I ordered in the first place
