I purchased shoes that were supposed to be new but we're clearly used. I want a refund and company not responding
I purchased what should have been new shoes. The moment I received I contacted goat and made aware they were used and looked very used. I sent multiple pictures which In a week I received only one response back. Now company is ignoring me. Since then they have also completed the order which would have given other party money when I made very clear there was a issue and wanted refund. I'm not sure how they made it past verification because that is the point of using goat vs eBay. I want a refund and someone at company to contact me.

Desired Outcome

I full cash refund since not as described

Goat Response • Jan 28, 2019

We are sorry to hear there was an issue with your recent order! Please note however that sending multiple responses to the same ticket thread may result in a delayed response time as the email timestamp is continuously updated with each message, resulting in the order we respond to the ticket being skewed by date received. Our records show that a pre-paid shipping label was provided in order to initiate a return for a refund on 1/14/2019 for any unsatisfactory product. As of 1/28/2019 however, the label has not been used nor have the shoes been received at GOAT for verification. If you need any additional assistance completing the return or still plan to return this item, we encourage you to contact GOAT directly for help.

I was sold shoes from this company, and later sold them back to them in the same condition and they refused to accept them, claiming they were worn.
On December 12th, I purchased a pair of Yeezy Boost 350 v2 Cream White / Triple White in size US 5.5 from them for $305. They were original intended to be a gift for an old friend of mine who lives in an entirely different state. So, I was planning to reship them to her. She turns out to not want them, so I decided to list them for sale on the same platform for $350 on December 24th or 25th. They immediately sold and I ship them out to their company in California. I am later surprised to receive an email from them claiming that they were worn and had markings and signs of wear all over over the shoes.

Let it be known, the shoes: never left the box, were NEVER tried on, and were shipped with original packaging and verification that they had been inspected by the company themselves. So it's safe to assume, they were in the exact same condition that they were in when they sold them to me.

And to top it all off, I have actual message proof that they only allow return shipping (if you pay for it) or to cosign the shoes at their physical location (cut a small percentage of what the shoe sells for). Uh, what??

From a customer perspective, this is highly frustrating when trying to justify buying from them again. To make matters worse, they don't have a customer service number at all- only an email (which takes a week or longer to receive a response from).

All in all, frustrating company. I wish they weren't so shady and had better customer service for customers.

Desired Outcome

All I'm asking is for an honest refund for my return shipping charge. This whole entire engagement with the business has been nothing but professional by me, and nothing but unprofessional by them. They've had absolutely nothing helpful to say, and but nothing to care about me as a customer.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us regarding your recent selling experience. Due to strict verification standards, our team hand inspects every shoe for authenticity and condition prior to the completion of any sale being shipped to a buyer. Since we are unable to guarantee how the shoe was handled after the original order was delivered, the sale of the previously purchased shoe would be treated as a new order. Please note that even try-on may change the condition a shoe was originally shipped in, due to risk of dust/debris collecting on the sole or creases in the toe box, for example. As a courtesy however, the cost of shipping has been refunded to your original form of payment at this time. If there is anything else we can do to help, please contact GOAT directly for additional assistance.

Purchased a new pair of sneakers but received an used pair. Need to return for full refund.
Purchased a new pair of Adidas NMD R1 sneakers for $195 and received an used pair even though GOAT personally checked the shoes for quality and authenticity. Contacted GOAT support at ***@goat.com the same day the sneakers arrived and provided with photo to prove the shoes were used but even after sending multiple e-mails no resolution has been provided. I'm trying to obtain a return authorization and label so that I can send the sneakers back for a full refund. Order # XXXXXXXX. Request number with GOAT XXXXXXX.

Desired Outcome

Full refund for the total paid amount of $195 (including shipping charges). Also a return label must be provided.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out in regards to your recent order. Please know that all shoes are verified for both condition and authenticity prior to being shipped to you. We do apologize for any oversight that may have resulted in you receiving even one shoe in a different condition than originally purchased. Our records show that we successfully received your return at GOAT and a full refund to your original form of payment has been issued at this time. If there is anything else we can do to help, please don't hesitate to contact GOAT directly for additional assistance. We hope you give GOAT another chance in the future to make it right!

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
After multiple emails and over 2 weeks waiting for a response Goat finally responded and provided me with a return label. I returned the item and received my refund. But overall the customer service provided by Goat was very poor, no phone support and over 2 weeks to respond to an e-mail. We're in 2019, purchasing something online, receiving an incorrect item and having to wait 3 weeks for a refund is unacceptable.

I bought a pair of shoes from this company and after one wearing the shoes completely fell apart. They refuse to offer a refund or replacement.
GOAT (address that I have is *** City *** XXXXX - although - based on compaints that I have read, it seems like the same company that you have received complaints for in LA). They offer High end sneakers on their website and guarantee authenticity - and upcharge for the sneakers. I bought a pair of Vans for $80. My son wore them one time, and they completely fell apart. I immediately emailed the company (they have NO phone number) including pictures of the damaged shoes. They took a week to respond and finally responded with an offer of a store credit if the shoes were unworn, and $25 credit if the shoes were worn. After that I brought the sneakers to Vans and was told by the store manager that the shoes were NOT authentic, and that they were in fact fake. I have now emailed the company several times and they always take a week to respond - and then tell me to return "UNWORN" shoes and provide a shipping label. I have pictures of the shoes that fell apart after ONE wearing and am not interested in ANY type of store credit from this fraudulent company.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund (including shipping charge) to my credit card

Goat Response • Jan 29, 2019

Thanks for reaching out in regards to your recent order. Please know that all sneakers purchased on GOAT are hand-verified for both condition and authenticity prior to being shipped to you. Since GOAT is a Marketplace and not a Retail Store however, our Returns Policy requires any eligible order to be returned in the same condition as originally shipped to qualify for a credit, less the cost of shipping, towards a future purchase. Understandably, the shoes in question were worn which typically would make these shoes ineligible for return under our policy. Additionally, as we are not the manufacturer of the shoes, we are unable to offer warranties that protect against any defects found after wear. We want you to be happy with your GOAT experience however, so as a one-time courtesy an exception was granted for the return of your sneakers and a full refund to your original form of payment was issued. If there is anything else we can do to help at this time, please don't hesitate to contact GOAT directly for assistance.

After purchasing some shoes from this site, the company failed to deliver the shoes or provide a refund
On December 10 I've purchased a pair of shoes for $120. The shoes were not delivered. Every attempt that I've made in order to remedy the situation with the company was ignored. No one from their customer service team has returned any of my correspondence.

Desired Outcome

Since I was never deliver the product I would like a full refund

Goat Response • Jan 28, 2019

We are sorry to hear about the shipping issue with your recent GOAT order! Typically, when a package is returned to GOAT by the courier, we will reach out to you at the time the package has been received once more at our facility in an attempt to either arrange a reshipment or initiate a refund. Unfortunately however, the tracking failed to successfully update during the return and was lost In-Transit on the way back to our warehouse. We are regrettably unable to issue a refund for your order at this time due to a pending dispute filed with your financial institution. Once a dispute is in process, all updates in regards to the status of your claim must be provided by your bank. We encourage you to contact your bank directly for additional assistance. If there is anything else GOAT can do to help, please don't hesitate to contact us via email.

I bought a pair of shoes nearly 2 weeks ago for $335 and the delivery took longer than expected. Additionally, when I opened the package it was a completely different pair of shoes - worth much less than what I purchased. The customer service team reached out to me to initiate a ticket and said someone would be in touch with me. It has been 3 days and I have yet to have any acknowledgement on the issue. For a company who is so publicly advertised to provide good service and quality, they have no interest in assisting their customers. Needless to say, I will not be using GOAT for future purchases.

Goat Response • Jan 10, 2019

We are so sorry to hear of this issue with your order! We have reached out to you via email with a request for some additional information at this time. Please follow up with us there in order to assist further.

Customer Response • Jan 17, 2019

Someone was able to issue me a return label but I am not able to download or click on the link they provided. It would be easier if they would just send it to me via email. They did provide me a $10 credit to my account which will mostly just cover shipping for an order which is probably not likely for me considering this terrible experience. I hope that the return and refund process is much quicker than trying to get ahold of them just to address the actual issue.

Goat Response • Jan 18, 2019

No worries! Regrettably, while our system recognizes your open ticket with us as an email, if you are viewing our support correspondence via the app you may experience known limitations of opening attachments. We've forwarded a copy of the shipping label to your email as requested, however. As soon as we receive your return at GOAT, we can begin processing your full refund to original form of payment. We apologize again for any trouble!

GOAT agreed to return a pair of shoes that did not sell through their service. UPS never received the package for processing. GOAT won't assist
On December 11, 2018, I paid $9.64 to GOAT for them to return a pair of shoes that did not meet their criteria to sell as a new pair. I was provided the UPS tracking number, ***. The tracking stated it should have been delivered by December 12, 2018 but it was never scanned/accepted by UPS. On December 19, 2018 at 10:43am, *** from GOAT support, offered to extend assistance to begin a missing package claim if the tracking didn't update with 48 hours.
Between December 21 - December 27, *** and *** complicated this matter further by insisting that my package was delivered and were referencing a totally different tracking number, ***. This tracking shows origination in Virginia and begin delivered to Rhode Island.
On 12/29/18, Jhene apologized for the confusion and confirmed that my property was at the Culver City facility but never shipped them out.
I have reason to believe that the package with my property has been mishandled. It makes no sense that they would still be at the facility on 12/29/18 if they were to be shipped out on 12/11/18.
I've asked for assistance in starting a missing package claim and have received no assistance as of today, January 3, 2019.

Desired Outcome

Option to pick up my property at Culver City Facility or Reimbursement for value of lost property ($300)

Goat Response • Jan 23, 2019

Thanks for letting us know there was an issue returning your shoes! We are sorry to hear of the miscommunication regarding your sneakers improperly being handled by the shipping courier. According to the tracking, the sneakers have since been successfully delivered and our records indicate a credit has been applied to your account for your inconvenience. If there is anything else we can do to help at this time, please don't hesitate to contact GOAT directly.

Thanks for reaching out in regards to your order on GOAT. We are sorry to hear your concerns.

I do see that our support team did reach out to you in regards to your issue. When you reached out to us in regards of a return you were provided with a prepaid return label from our team. Unfortunately, when they were received back they did have signs of wear and you were provided with photos of the damaged box and wear on the shoes.

This did violate our return policy so we were unable to honor a return and the shoes were returned to you.

If there is anything else we can help answer regarding GOAT policy or otherwise, please don't hesitate to contact our support team directly for additional assistance!

The sneakers were verified to be 100% authentic, and the photos you sent check out as legit as well. Rest
assured, every sneaker is authenticated through a rigorous verification process using data and information
accumulated from researching and inspecting the intricacies of authentic pairs.

We are sorry to hear about the shipping issue with your recent GOAT order! Although rare, a package can be misrouted or mishandled once in the possession of the shipping courier. In this case, your package was regrettably deemed lost and a full refund to your original form of payment was issued on 1/8/2019. If there is anything else we can do to help at this time, please don't hesitate to reach out to GOAT directly.

Contacted company about a package which was marked undeliverable. Waited two weeks for a reply.
Ordered shoes on December 18, shoes were marked as undeliverable by USPS. Contacted GOAT to find out what I needed to do next for the order, waited 5 days before they responded, was then told the ticket was being upgraded to high priority and that I should hear back within 48 hours. Never heard back, created two new tickets, heard back nearly immediately until I mentioned the actual problem and was given the same run around.

Desired Outcome

I would just like to receive the pair of shoes I ordered or get a cancellation and refund.

This sneaker company works like an eBay type deal, so I sold a couple pairs of sneakers and they were accepted and my money was awarded to me then I went and bought around *** worth of sneakers and sold them and they were the same exact size as the previously accepted but were all denied as 'the wrong size? which they weren't, now they are attempting to charge me return shipping on all the shoes and I am running out of time to return them so I may lose all my money, I contacted there customer support and was told a specialist would respond within 48 hours and that was 2 weeks ago, I can't help but think I am being forced to pay shipping when the mistake is on their end and are simply ignoring me. I need action to be taken as I am losing a lot of money.

Thanks for reaching out in regards to your order on GOAT. We are sorry to hear your concerns.

I do see a member of our support team reached out to you -

Please do note that notification to ship your shoes does not guarantee that they have been accepted.

We do have to wait for each shoe to arrive and be verified by our team of specialists and pass before you are notified of the payment.

If there are any issues with the shoes we are unable to accept them and you will have the choice to cosign the shoes or have them shipped back to you for a fee.

At this time the shoes you sent did not pass our verification process, we do apologize.

If there is anything else we can help answer regarding GOAT policy or otherwise, please don't hesitate to contact our support team directly for additional assistance!

I ordered a pair of shoes for $335 on 12/26 and it just arrived today - more than 10 days from expected delivery. I was not worried about the delivery time since it was due to the verification process. I was so disappointed to open the box today to the wrong pair of shoes. GOAT claims to do ery extensive verification yet they managed to send me the entirely wrong pair of shoes. I am so frustrated and don't know how they can manage to do this with the item being pictured on the order as well as a full description of the item. I have reached out to the team and have yet to receive a response.

Goat Response • Jan 30, 2019

Hi there! It looks as though this issued has already been addressed on a previous, duplicate complaint. A copy of your shipping label to have the shoes returned to GOAT for a full refund was forwarded to your alternative email as originally requested. According to our records, the incorrect shoes have since been received and your original form of payment refunded. We apologize once more for this oversight, and as such a credit was added to your account towards a future purchase. Don't hesitate to reach out to GOAT directly if there is anything else we can do to help at this time!

I was mislead into buying infant shoes when I thought I bought mens.
I searched for mens size 10 and came on a deal for shoes. At the top of the screen it said converting US1 to US M which made me believe I was buying MENS shoes. I received INFANT shoes. Ive tried to return them but they refuse to take a return and state I should have known.

Desired Outcome

Return the shoes for full refund

Goat Response • Jan 18, 2019

We are sorry for any confusion with your recent order! Please advise that when purchasing sneakers, abbreviations such as BG, TD, BP, or GP indicate a toddler/infant shoe. Since you purchased a 'Air Jordan 13 Retro TD 'Melo Class of 2002' B-Grade' in size 10, you received a TD = Toddler size 10. Additionally the screenshot you provided shoes a size conversion for Toddler to Men's sizing, which presents a '- -' next to the Infant sizing. This means there is no Men's size equivalent to the Toddler size. Unfortunately, since this shoe was also purchased as 'B-Grade', the item was listed as Final Sale and ineligible for return. We do however accept returns on standard New In Box, New No Box, and GOAT Clean shoes, for infant sizes. If there is anything else we can do to help at this time, please don't hesitate to contact GOAT directly!

Customer Response • Jan 24, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As explained in my original notes I was in their site searching for adult size shoes and was brought to this page by a heading that said "converting to mes size 10" which led me to believe I was shopping fir mens shoes. I understood the return policy based on receiving the shoe I actually ordered. This is a misleading practice in the part if the company, its easy to apologize and use their return policy to stand behind but the truth is on their site there is IT a clear description showing the shoe to be an infant size and their defense seems to be that I should just know what NIKE uses but I'm a 50yr old woman just trying to buy my kid some shoes he mentioned and had no way of knowing that meant infant. Of note you offered to go against the return policy and allow me to return them if I paid you back for the original shipping and paid shipping back to you so clearly you understand your mistake in this listing.

Goat Response • Feb 07, 2019

Our apologies for any confusion once more. Regrettably however, we have no record of extending an exception of the return policy for this purchase. As previously stated, not only was this item correctly shipped based on the description ordered, but the item was additionally ineligible for return based on the condition of the shoe as 'B-Grade'. At checkout, a link to our return policy as well as an indication this item was 'Final Sale' was presented as a banner prior to authorization of purchase. We are happy to provide screen captures of how the sizing preferences screen is displayed while browsing, as well as the checkout page or return policy - as previously provided in our email communication - if necessary. Let us know how else we may be able to help!

I will be happy to provide you with a screen shot of the email where JulieO did offer me to return the shoes minus the shipping cost to me and back to you dated Dec 28th 3:46pm PST. So that is a lie. Like I said, shady business practices. Believe me I'm spreading the word.

purchased NMD_R1 STLT Primeknit and return it for refund due to authenticity. GOAT refuse to refund the money and insist on store credit
purchased the NMD_R1 STLT Pimeknit shoes for my 12 year old son for Christmas on 11/11/18. When I received the product, there were few details that made me concerned that it was fake adidas. Did some research and compared the pictures from adidas and realized GOAT's shoes were missing the trade mark by the logo on the sole of the shoes. The loops on the heel of the shoes had foreign language and the language on the loop on left and right shoes did not match. Contacted GOAT for refund but they refused. they said they verified that the product was real but did not provide any proof or reason for the missing trade mark. I returned the shoes immediately, but they keep insisting on store credit. I want a refund in the original form of payment and not a store credit. I do not even have an account with them so I have no clue how they issued a store credit? I have contacted my credit company but Goat has communicated to the CC company that I accepted the store credit. All the communication I had with GOAT, I was clear that I don't believe them or their product and do NOT want STORE credit. Instead I have requested multiple time form a refund back to my credit card. I'm so frustrated... I don't have the shoes and I'm still out $180.00. I will never shop with GOAT and I purchased the replacement shoes with Adidas directly. The customer representatives at Goat are like talking to a wall. They keep insisting they issued a credit when I don't have an account with them nor do I want to shop with them. I returned their product in the original package and timely, I request the same from them and issue a refund back to the original form of payment!!!

Desired Outcome

Refund of $180.00 to my CITI master card (original form of payment)

Goat Response • Jan 18, 2019

At GOAT, all sneakers are hand-verified for authenticity and condition prior to being shipped to you. Our support team reviewed your concerns about the authenticity of the sneaker and forwarded any provided photos of the item you received to our authenticators for additional review. After further inspection, it was determined that the sneakers were again verified as authentic. We do want you to be happy with your order however, which is why the option to request a return is available in exchange for a credit, less the cost of shipping, to be used towards a future purchase. This return policy is explicitly outlined on our FAQ page, confirmed prior to authorization at checkout, and was again provided to you via email prior to initiating your return. As a courtesy, we refunded the cost of shipping normally deducted from the return credit. Unfortunately, since the shoes were deemed authentic through multiple verification efforts and the credit refund was outlined on various occasions prior to accepting the return, this decision was final. If you need assistance logging into your GOAT account in order to redeem your cash balance, please don't hesitate to contact GOAT directly for additional help!

Customer Response • Jan 24, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The questions that was raised in regard to missing trade mark has never been answered. I have provided pictures and descriptions of the shoes that made me believe that it was fake, however Goat has not provided explanation why tithe trade mark is missing while other adddias shoes and picture of the shoes has the trademark on the bottom of the soil. Goat explained that shoes can have different language but didn't address why the tag on left and right shoes did not match. How am I suppose to trust their word that they verified when they haven't provided any explanation or proof of authenticity? If they stand by their product, they should be willing to give refunds unless they know they have issues and want to ensure they make money off of consumers. As I have stated before, I do not have an account with goat. Store credit is useless to me. my experience with this order has been a nightmare, there is no way I would ever buy anything from them. Consumers should be aware that shopping on goat, you may not get what you bought and will never get your money back. I have done my portion by contacting them, presented my issues, and return the product exactly as I have received it on timely fashion. In response, goat states they verify all the shoes and they have checked again and it is authentic like their word is the law. Horrible company

Goat Response • Feb 28, 2019

Unfortunately once a dispute is in process, all updates in regards to the status of your claim must be provided by your bank. Since a dispute was filed after advising that the credit was available, your account was later flagged. Please note, this is a security precaution in any event a fraudulent claim is filed in order to prevent any additional unauthorized transactions on your account. If this claim was made illegitimately, you may contact your bank directly to have the dispute removed so that you may access your account once more. We encourage you to contact your bank directly for additional assistance at this time.

Goat has not issued store credit either and they have he product back, how can this case be closed when retailer has not done what they said

I ordered a pair of shoes from merchant on Dec 14th. On Dec 17th, I reached out to merchant. Never heard back. Took my money have not received product
On Dec 14th I ordered a pair of sneakers from GOAT. The company was already in possession of the shoes. All they had to do was ship my shoes to me directly. On Dec 17th after my order still sitting in the same status, I reached out to them. No reply till the 19th, basically asking me to wait another 48hrs for someone to respond. No one ever responded. I still kept emailing. Finally on Dec 20th, they created a UPS tracking number, but never shipped the package to UPS. I confirmed this info with UPS when I called them with tracking number. UPS stated that the merchant still had the package and had not yet sent it to them. I then started back emailing merchant about the product being shipped, but to no avail. I have all correspondence between me and the merchant from the ticket that was created and through my email.

Desired Outcome

I need the company to either refund my money or ship out my package

Goat Response • Jan 17, 2019

We apologize for any delay in response time due to an increase in seasonal support requests. We are happy to report that the tracking shows this order was successfully shipped and delivered by 12/24/2018 In time for the Holiday! If there is anything else we can do to help at this time however, please don't hesitate to reach out to GOAT directly for assistance.

Customer Response • Jan 23, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I agree, they did eventually ship my shoes out, and I received them in time for Christmas. I understand it was the Holidays, but no one should have to go through these kinds of extremes, for a company to do their job. They are no different then any other company during the Holidays, Just be Prepared so these type of issues don't happen.

Thank You!!

The company won't stand behind their service. They will not return their defective shoe I bought from them.
I bought a pair of Nikes from this company in November. Wore them for the first time in December. One month later. The first day of wearing them the back of the right heel was peeling. I am very upset about this and expect better from a premium shoe. I contacted goat. Now keep in mind this was only time I wore them, and wore them safely. I hate scuffing shoes and getting shoes dirty. So I was very careful. They said since I wore them they would not retuirn them. Cmon really that is Crazy in this day and age. You can not return defective shoes because I wore them for 6 hours. What is this place a pawn shop geeze. Anyway contacted Nike they said return shoe for inspection. If they see fit they will send me a refund. But now I have to pay for shipping. I don't see the need for me to pay anything more.

Desired Outcome

I just want a even exchange with a authentic shoe. I never have had Nikes do this before.

Goat Response • Jan 17, 2019

Thanks for taking the time to reach out in regards to your recent purchase on GOAT. We are sorry to hear that your shoes were damaged after wear! Unfortunately however, our Return Policy explicitly states that we only accept returns for New In Box, New No Box, and GOAT Clean shoes that are in the same condition as when shipped within 3 days of delivery. Since the shoes were admittedly worn and the window of return exceeded 40 days, you were correctly advised that we are regrettably unable to accept a return at this time. Since GOAT is a marketplace and not a Retail Store or the manufacturer of the shoe, we would advise contacting Nike directly in regards to your issue. We hope they are able to offer additional assistance! If there is anything else we can help answer, feel free to contact GOAT directly for help.

We are sorry to hear you haven't yet received your shipping label! Please check your email associated with your GOAT account at this time to find a direct link to a fresh label. Don't hesitate to reach out to us if there is anything else we can do to help!

Order shoes on 12/17, on 12/19 was sent message my order was delayed due to issue with carrier? I emailed and opened a ticket to cancel order as they were not going to be delivered as expected. . Received no response. For multiple days after I kept updating ticket to cancel order and please respond. received order on my doorstep on Dec 31. The inside box was damaged and one of the shoes were scuffed. Item was not as described either way. Went to return item was told I would lose about $17 and could only get a store credit??? I don't want a store credit because I do not want to do business with you any longer and the item was not as described as well as your customer service is lacking. I will send the item back but want a full refund or I will need to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

We apologize for any delay in response time due to an increase in seasonal support requests. Please note that while most orders are received within 7-10 business days, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. Since we are a marketplace and not a traditional retail store, we rely on the seller of a product to first ship the shoes to GOAT for verification prior to being shipped to you. That being said, we value your business with us and understand how frustrating it can be to experience shipping delays around the holidays. We've reached out to you directly with some additional information regarding processing your return. We look forward to assisting you!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 12/25/18 and immediately noticed that the wrong address was used even though I put my current address. (I confirmed with different address and it still showed old address. Maybe a glitch?) Per their policy I contacted them before the shoes were even shipped out to me requesting that the address be changed to my current address. The told me there is nothing they can do. But they are taking my money and shipping my shoes to someone else. No one is responding they are ignoring my several messages. There is no customer service number to speak to a live person. This is unacceptable!

Unfortunately, since your chosen payment method required you to submit your shipping address as part of your approval for credit, we are unable to accommodate a change of shipping address for this order per the financial institution. In an attempt to prevent the package from being shipping to an incorrect address however, your order was instead placed into GOAT Storage. From here, you may request a new shipment and enter your preferred shipping address once more at checkout. If you need any additional assistance requesting a new shipment, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly!
