Dear Mr***, We apologize for any confusion with your experience using our service. Our site and technology focuses on matching and connecting consumers with a small, optimized set of insurance carriers and agents out of hundreds in any given area where they are most likely to
find savings While some of those providers do enable us to present estimated rates on our website or integrate with us to provide them only one click or call away, the experience depends on where you are in the country and the accuracy of the information you provide on our site. In much of the US today, many of the best options available still require additional communication online and/or via telephone with the insurance provider themselves to procure an accurate quote. We strive to make that process easier by reducing duplicate form filling where possible and by explaining our process on our website via our FAQ page, the detailed disclaimer that was presented to you on the form page you submitted and the second paragraph of the Use of Information section of our Privacy Policy as well We appreciate your feedback and will use it to enhance the clarity of our service as we continuously work to improve our site. [The statement submitted by Everquote is false. Actually, I did try to remove their ads about me from the web, but they kept coming back. That is when I telephoned and emailed them to remove and stop publishing my personal information over the web. Of course they never responded. Now they are refusing to remove information about me from their access. Please see attachments.]

Details such as geo location (city and state for example) are publicly available data that is commonly used to personalize advertisements to all consumers in those general areas who may see our advertisements but is not derived from any information specifically acquired about you nor does our company employ such practices. Any website you may be visiting which is displaying our advertisements to you typically provides a means of requesting you no longer see our ads directly in the ad unit they have displayed to you on their site. I cannot accept the explanation Everquote has given. I have not reached out to them for any service, and please note, I have no interest in the service they claim to provide. I only reached out to known insurance providers that service Georgia (Atlanta metro area) consumers for quotes This does not include Everquote as (according to the Georgia Insurance Commission and the Georgia Department of Law Consumer Protection Unit) Everquote is not licensed to do business in any part of the State of Georgia. Somehow they obtained my personal information, spread it around the globe and is using it to market their deceitful and unethical business tactics. With this, they should have no information about me on file, not even for their so-called do not call or contact lists. To this day, I am seeing ads where they promote themselves a Temple Georgia business. As well, my information is still showing up in their ***, ***, ads on ***, and who knows what other advertisers. These companies are being deceived by them. *** professes not to spread one’s personal information. Again, I request EverQuote to remove any and all information about me from all parts of their business activities
