I am rejecting this response because: they just reseeded and than fertilized again and charged me, never gave me credit for the last fertilizing that burned my lawn, I think I would like to wait and see my lawn come back, they said they would come back in ten days and power seed again we'll seeI expect to receive a credit of

The neighbor, ***, was trying to have her fence company come out for a couple months but they were unresponsive so she recently requested that we come out to fix the fenceMike J*** is planning to have the fence fixed by the end of this week as long as the weather permits

We are actively working on the customer's issuesWe are performing a free aeration and seeding service which should help with the appearance of the lawn but it will take several weeks before the gains are noticeable and 8-weeks before he sees real growthThe customer has stated to us that
he will not update his complaint until he sees positive results from the free aeration and seedingIs there a way to put the complaint on hold?

I am rejecting this response because:No corrective action as been taken regarding my complaintI have only received an email at 2:38pm this afternoon and will respond shortlyI never received a phone call as stated in the response from Green LawnAlso, the Service Manager never contacted me the day after the aeration and seeding (on 9/20), which was done after he killed my lawnI emailed him on 9/regarding my complaint but never received a response either by phone or by emailToday the Service Manager sent a message via email at 2:38pm and offered to redo the serviceAs it is late in the season, I will need to speak to a knowledgeable technician to determine if it is too late in the year to seed. To reiterate, the message sent by Green Lawn is not at all accurateThere were no phone calls from them, no previous contact after service was performed on 9/despite my sending the service manager an email message on 9/An to date, no corrective action has been taken to fix my dead lawnRegarding a response to the technician's email, I will be responding to him later today

Our service manager, Mike J***, has been in contact with *** *** as well as her neighborMike offered for Green Lawn Fertilizing to repair the fence to the neighbor, to which the neighbor said not to worry about it (the damage to the fence I have been told is very minimal)*** *** has
told Mike that she feels she has been put into the middle of the situation and is upset about that, but the neighbor, whose fence it is really does not feel the need for any action to be taken placeWe are more than happy to take care of the repairs if the neighbor wants us to do so

The customer in case ***, *** ***, if flat out lyingShe said that no corrective actions were taken when we performed not one but two free aeration and seeding services for herShe said the Service Manager never contacted her but we have several logs in our system that said that he did and I spoke to the service manager who has been dealing with ** *** and he said that they were playing a lot of phone tag (mostly because she would always call after hours) but that he has talked to her over the phone and he has had multiple email communications with herThe service manager also told me he happened to be driving by her property yesterday and her lawn looks fantastic. I really do not know what we are supposed to do in cases like thisI can provide you some of the emails between our service manager and ** *** if you need some evidencePlease let me know what I can do to get this complaint removed.
