I am not sure what caused [redacted] to submit this Revdex.com complaint. [redacted] requested that we write off the balance of his service to which we did on 6/26. His account is in cancelled status with a zero balance. I hope that this complaint can be removed...

I'm not sure why they did not halt the collection action.

We have indicated everywhere in our system not to mail, email or call the customer. We have a single record of a letter being sent out to this customer on 8/12/16 which was before this case was filed. It must have taken the post office a few days to deliver it. He will receive no more communications from Green Lawn Fertilizing.

Was on HomeAdvisor.com and registered for the site. Got several calls about lawn service and told them I was not interested. Green Lawn showed up early one morning (7am) and fertilized without my authorization. This is unreputable high pressure [redacted] .
