The sales person was really nice & explained everything from pricing to services throughly. We had our spray the very next day and even though the guy was late he called and apologized. He came in sprayed the house & garage and then went to spray the outside. He even let me know when he was done.

We are happy to re-spray this customers home for free. All services are guaranteed.  Please have the customer call our office at ###-###-#### to schedule a free re service.

[redacted] called in and asked to have the account canceled,  at that time she was told that she was well within the three business days, however per the service agreement all discounts on the initial service would need to be repaid which comes out to $100. She stated that she should not...

have to pay this since she was lied to, at that time I told her that I was not there, so I cannot comment on a conversation I was not part of.  I did say that her husband did not speak English, however, the Tech that serviced the home does not either and was able to go over the new customer checklist with him and gather his signature.

We serviced the property, and canceled the account at her request, we will not be waiving any fee's, we will be holding [redacted] to the terms of the service agreement that was signed, We hold all our customers to the same agreement, She is not being treated any different than anyone else.

Great customer service and very reasonably priced.

[redacted] only did what I asked him to do was to pay the man who told me over the phone that I can cancel at anytime.  The tech never told [redacted] the details of the contract and that there would be a $100 cancellation fee.  Like I mentioned before I asked several times about cancelling and not once did he tell me there would be a contract and about the fee.  I feel I was taken advantage of since I was not at home.  [redacted] came to my door and my 14 yr old called me at work.  He told me that all my neighbors were spraying and that the bugs would be coming to my house if I didn't.  I asked my neighbors about this and they did not purchase this service.  The day after when I saw the paperwork,  that's when I began calling the business.  They provided me [redacted] phone number.  I have tried calling him numerous times and left him messages and he never responded because he knows he scammed me into this and much easier that [redacted] doesn't read or speak English.  I just want this issue forgotten and I hope that the

 

$100 is waived because if [redacted] credit card gets charged, I will have to repay him for this and its tough for me to as a single mom of 4 to just lose $100 for a scam.

Great experience with them customer service is great, payment options are easy.

Everyone I dealt with always acted in a very professional manner. They were always kind and nanswered all my questions. And on the plus side, I haven't seen a single bug in a while! I would recommend them to everyone

I had given all this information to my girl Friday.  She is the one who (along with myself) are filing this complaint.  I have personally witnessed her making (2) telephone calls to your office and she HAS NOT ever received a call back from you.  I have not received any services from you.  And, I am not satisified with your business means of not providing  servicee with a spanish speaking salesman.    No services have been performed, and you state that you have not charged my credit card - So cancel the service contract and any fees IN WHICH YOU THINK are owed by Mrs. [redacted], and we can then resolve this issue.Regards,

We will not be refunding this customer and we will be holding him accountable to his early termination fee. If this customer refuses to pay, he will be sent to collections. His use of social media to air his complaint with our company has been damaging and he will be held responsible for any future libel or slander. We do not know the communication between this customer and our salesman. We know what he has signed and we intend to hold him to his contract.

As I have stated above the salesman lied about the price and the contract  I still have pest even after my place was sprayed, and they only sprayed the outside and I have more insects now then I did before they came.  I explained to the salesman that I am a renter of the residence.  I may not even be here for a full year.  I was lied to about what I would be paying and the amount that was taken out of my account was not not quarterly and the wrong price.  The salesmen they have lie and he was told by myself that I did not want to be under a contract.  I tried to call on 6/26/15 and the woman on the phone kept telling me [redacted] was on the phone and she would call me back later which I knew was false and the call was never returned.  The company is mad at me for filing a complaint on them so they will not return or take any of my calls at this point I know I am being retaliated on the company knows they are ripping people off and are planning to charge me 250 dollars for canceling their terrible service.  Most of all the reviews they have on yelp are terrible I will I have read them first.  I have added some so you can see some of them.  I am also adding the link to all the bad reviews this company has.  I would like a refund.

Greenleaf is a no pressure pest service that accomodates their customers in numerous ways (schedules, payment options, guarantees). I'm very pleased with their service.

Regarding Mrs. [redacted] account, Please see the attached service agreement with Mrs. [redacted] signature. Please also see the attached notes on the account as well. For Mr. [redacted] to say that his calls have gone unreturned is false. Mr. [redacted] has called in and has had his calls returned on several...

occasions, Mrs. [redacted] provided us with her credit card number, however it was never ran by this office or anyone in it,  Also please see the last attachment.

Mrs. [redacted] signed the service agreement and even signed for the first and next service, this was acknowledged by Mr. [redacted] in November. The lack of communication between Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] is very clear.

We have a signed service agreement, we preformed the services as agreed, however we have never been paid for the services, Mrs. [redacted]’s account has been sent to collections as of 1/7/14. No money will be refunded to Mrs. [redacted] because nothing has been paid for on this account. We would be happy to restart services when the account is brought current.

I have been with Greenleaf Pest Control for a few years not months. They have great customer service, an men who do my spraying. If for any reason you have a problem you just call the office, an they will correct the problem. They do a great job on spraying my outside, porch's, garage, driveways. In the summer I have them spray inside just in case. Also, this year I tried their spray for weeds. I will never buy weed killer again. Every weed in my huge yard was dead after a few days. Their was nothing let , an I had let my weeds go because I hate a hip replacement. Keep up the good work Greenleaf. Jennifer S Waddell , AZ

Great service here in Az we get a lot of scorpions. Greenleaf came out and got that problem taken care of.

[redacted] were sold the service agreement in Aug 2013. In May 2014 is when they decided that they don’t want treatment and wanted to cancel, after Greenleaf had already been out four times to service the property. Like all  customers, they had 3 business days to cancel the service...

agreement and did not. After refusing service in May, cancel fee’s were added and a bill was sent. No mention of health issues ever came up or that they don't understand or speak English until they decided they wanted to cancel and learned of the fee’s. Greenleaf will not cancel out the contract or remove fee’s. The options are to continue with the last two services they are under contract for at $65 dollars each or pay the cancel fee’s of $229 and we will cancel the account as outlined in their signed contract.

I am a new home owner in a new housing area in Avondale. Greenleaf Pest control in Surprise,AZ knocked on my door as we were moving into our home soliciting us for their service. Since, we were trying to move in and I was busy, I just agreed and I have had nothing but problems with this company since. They have rude girls who answer the phone and as soon as they don't agree with you about something, they become argumentative and start placing blame on me because I'm frustrated with their service and that their product has not been effective in my home. I still have ants, roaches and crickets and have had my home treated by Greenleaf of Surprise 4 different times since I moved in in July 2016. I even asked for them to cancel my contract since the GM said there was no one else for me to speak with but her when I asked to speak with someone else. Very poor customer service, phone skills at this company and of course they cannot be incorrect. I would not recommend their product or service to my worst enemy...Product was just flat out was not effective in my new home or yard!

This complaint has been resolved directly with [redacted] and our service technician. Since [redacted]s complaint, we have been to his home and serviced his home to his satisfaction. Arrangements have been made to have a specific technician treat his home going forward. If [redacted] has any further...

We're tired of being harassed by a pest control company!! Greenleaf has caused us more distress than the scorpions and cockroaches!!! Greenleaf has not fulfilled the terms of their own contract and lies about us not specifying a time in October for the service. It will be a cold day in hell before I write another check to Greenleaf. If the Revdex.com cannot help resolve this issue, I will call every news outlet and let the entire city of Phoenix know about Greenleaf's manipulative business practices.
