Based on the settlement offered to me by Honda of Freehold, I was able to recover 40% of the excess amount that I had lost in this transaction The all weather mats that they are offering was part of the original deal I lost around $which was paid towards documentation fee, tax, paper work and a voluntary theft loss insurance of $which I believe should have been returned to me I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not recieved any voice messages 'attaching a copy of my voice mail listNo mention of my contract being sent and what is the tracking number? When I bought my car, the dealership knew I will be moving to *** and will not benefit from the exclusive benefits at Freehold locationThat is why the deal was to have a nationwide Honda care plan including everything in the exclusive freehold program, so as to be able to use when I move to ***Just a reminder of my requests: Mail my car contract with a tracking numberIf my contract has been lost or mis-placed, I will call appropiate officialsSwitch my honda care plan to be able to get my services in *** as discussed priorDeliquency and brushing off will not be toleratedI will be filing a civil court case if you didn't rectify this problem ASAP. thank you!

The Service Director called on 7/11/16 and she could not talk and will call back. He called her on 7/11/16 @ 10:30 am and [redacted] agreed to split the cost of the ignition repair to use as a in house credit of $350.00 that she could use towards the replacement of the timing belt on her car....

She was satisfied with that compromise. We feel we did all we can to satisfy the customer. She did recognize the ignition was experiencing problems which is why she brought it in. Thank you. Lori H[redacted]732-414-3782

We've been in contact with the customer by phone. We're waiting on a call back from her to resolve the issue. However, [redacted] Motor Vehicle department allowed us a 20 day temporary plate. Motor vehicle sent us the plates 4 days late and as soon as we received the plates we paid to...

We have looked through our database  and we cannot find this customer anywhere. I believe she must of put in the wrong dealership because it says she bought a new $41k+ Honda and wanted to switch it to another model honda.Please look into to this, she is probably talking about [redacted]...

Honda of Freehold advised me that nothing else was needed to be done on my part inorder to recieve the funds. So Naturally they cant seem to find any documentation. However I'm sure they are able to find everyone that I advised them of that purchased cars from them.

As of today we spoke with [redacted] and we stopped payment of that check and are overnighting that payoff via [redacted] tracking number [redacted] I spoke with Joy at the Consumer Counseling Dept and she assured us there will be no negative reporting to the customer for our original check was dated December 5th. I am rejecting this response because:
I brought in my vehicle on 11/17/2016 for a maintenance timing belt replacement.Car had zero noises previous to work.After the work car made rumbling noises.The mount (driver side) that was disconnected to access the timing belt was broken and caused the rumbling noises.The rumbling broke the front mount and cracked a bracket underneath vehicle.I have repaired the damages Honda has done to my vehicle at approximately $800.

I am rejecting this response because:Honda of Freehold has made no attempt to contact me by phone, mail, email, fax or carrier pigeon. Once again they are not being truthful. And they never obtained "temporary" plates from **. They placed a NJ temporary plate on the vehicle when I picked it up.
In fact the car had to be parked for 10 days until a ** plate finally arrived. Lastly, they need to clearly state that they will not tell any other customer to violate the law by driving a vehicle with an expired plate.

We apologize for the inconvenience. The General Manager has tried contacting the customer in regards to this mistake, however received no response. We have mistakenly sold the customer a 3 year warranty but then notice the vehicle that she purchased did not qualify for the 3 year warranty. The...

existing damage on thePassenger side front door down to the rear passenger door and several scratchesthrough-out the vehicle. The vehicle was service by our techs on a Wednesday morningat 7am, the damage was reported 4 days later of the date of service. Weunderstand your concerns about any damage to your vehicle while in our possession,our techs are trained and acknowledge the fact that if they damage any vehicleduring the service to bring it to the attention of the service managerdirectly. We will always report and repair any damage cause by our techs duringservice. In this case due to the length of time and no issue reported tomanagement while service was performed we believe 4 days of driving and parkingit is highly unlikely that the damage was caused at Honda of Freehold.
