The customer had a windshield replaced 1 to 2 years ago from a outside vendor not Honda of freehold. When the vehicle came in for service it already had tape on the both sides of the front windshield holding on the moldings around the windshield. Our car wash is designed as a side roller only,...

it does not have a horizontal brush that goes over the top of the body or windshield area. The molding issue is a issue that must be addressed by the company who installed the windshield prior.if you have any further questions please feel free to contact me at [redacted]Richard J[redacted] GM

I am rejecting this response because:
COMPLETE LIES.  I received a phone call at 10:43AM on 4/12 telling me that the remote battery was replaced everything is OK, however I need my transmission oil changed.  I was told this was on a recorded line because I approved the transmission oil change after being told that my oil change, tire rotation and key fob were completed and in good working order.  Upon arrival at 11:36am to pick up my car, I have a broken cable and motor.  Clearly the person that wrote the response has no idea what occurred nor did they review anything that occurred behind their closed doors including the written tech notes or phone calls because a 5 foot woman can hardly be addressed as "we told him and he declined", there was no "he" present and stating that the door didn't work contradicts the technician notes as well as the phone calls I received.Everyone we spoke to at Honda of Freehold was rude and obnoxious.  I have never in my life had to deal with such heinous people.  I wonder how Honda of Freehold managers sleep at night knowing they lie and cheat their customers.  I would call this experience far from "acting in good faith" and they have no intention in providing good service or keeping good customer relationships. We are going to get our car broken by Honda of Freehold fixed by another auto shop and continue our pursuit to recoup the cost of repairs.

I look forward to written confirmation that my delivery date has been changed so that my warranty will be effective from the correct date.  My local Honda dealership has replaced my car's tires under warranty coverage and provided me with a loaner car in the interim.

With regard to the complaint from [redacted] we researched her claim and did realize she did come back to our store and cancel out all the warranties she signed for and purchased. Her contract reflects the TLP policy for 398.69. We feel it may have not been explained to her correctly and...

agree to refund her the total cost of this policy. However, in concern to her claim the policy was not effective immediately we would like to clarify the policies each month are paid by the 15th of the following month. That in effect this policy is valid on the date of purchase. We also put her TLP policy as a priority to process. We will be forwarding a check to [redacted] today. Respectfully, Lori H[redacted]Office ManagerHonda of Freehold

I am rejecting this response because:
I am writing to you today, Friday January 29,2016 after just reading the note you sent me earlier today showing a response to the Revdex.com of NJ. I must tell you, the entire first line of that response is a COMPLETE LIE! NOT ONE PERSON HAS MADE 'ANY' ATTEMPT to contact me by phone, email or text. I can easily provide my cell phone statements to back up what I am telling you. Still, to this day, exactly one month from when this HORRIBLE LIE EXPLODED, THIS DEALERSHIP STILL CONTINUES WITH BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES, WITH LYING to this day. The 'ONLY' attempt made by this dealership since my in person meeting with the GM, Pete D on Friday January 15,2016, was an email to my husband, TODAY, January 29,2016. My salesperson Michelle never had a problem reaching me and the same goes for the person doing follow up calls that the dealership hired when I showed an interest in one of their vehicles, and then there is JOHN B. the Finance guy that would call me to tell me my 3 YR. Bumper to Bumper Warranty was en route from Tenn.  In today's response dated January 29,2016 there is mention of a 3 year warranty. Once again, I want to know about the FREE OIL CHANGES and the last 3 CAR PAYMENTS to be made by Freehold Honda, as promised at the time of sale on August 14,2015. Since both parties are corresponding with you, I would like you to please advise me of what I have put in writing to you today, before I telephone anyone.   Sincerely, [redacted]

The General Manager has contacted [redacted] and apologized about the miscommunication. We're cutting his mother [redacted] a check today of $250. Any further questions please feel free to contact Peter D[redacted] at [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:We never received any kind of...

offer from them.  We did receive follow up calls to see if we were still interested in the car (which is what all dealers do), which we were not, because we did not like their business practices.  We subsequently bought a car elsewhere, but our complaint still holds.  Their business practices are still misleading, whether they continue to pertain specifically to us or not.

Our mutual customer came in Nov 04 017 for an oil change. He stated he was having engine concerns. We recommended to look further and the customer declined all recommendations. The customer stated to us that he does not want to put any money into this vehicle. The customer stopped by the dealership...

on Saturday11/18/17 and had a discussion with the staff and left satisfied.  Honda of Freehold requests this complaint be closed. We believe we performed the oil change in accordance with factor standards.  Respectfully, Sal H[redacted]Service Director

I am rejecting this response because: I was told by [redacted] I[redacted] I was qualified for the lease . I was lied to so I would come into the dealership.  I wasted 3 hours because I was told I was qualified for the lease when I was not.

The customer credit score was below the minimum needed to get approved from Honda Financial. We explained this to him and offered him alternate financing that he did not want to partake in.

Our mutual customer requested the timing belt special that included timing belt and water pump. Attached find the invoice and our on line advertised special. His 1997 Honda Accord is a 6 cylinder that required additional work we still honored the coupon and also supplied a vehicle at no charge. The...

coupon clearly states that some vehicle price may be model and coupons may not be combined with other coupons. We feel that Freehold Honda has done everything to satisfy the customer and lived up to our obligations. Please close this file. Respectfully, Sal H[redacted]Service Director

The customer came back to the dealership and we've provided all of the documents mentioned. We also had a pleasant conversation and the customer is completely satisfied.

We have sent the customer directly the final payment which was requested in his complaint. Attached are copies for your records. We regret that this was handled in a timely fashion. Please feel free to contact me with an further questions or concerns.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Nobody contacted me with any attempt to resolve my complaint. Before timing belt work I had no noises. After timing belt work I was left with two broken mounts and a cracked bracket which I had repaired at a costof approximately $800 dollars. The very (driver side) mount that's disconnected to access the timing belt was broken causing severevibration that  broke the front mount and broke a support bracket under the vehicle.
