Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10150913, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me The companies CEO has personally responded to my complaint and made changes in the company to address my complaints They have provided additional training and customer support and I am satisfied that we will be able to continue in a professional relationshipOther actions are pending and I feel confident they will perform this action and, I consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

I was sold machines with location assistance on 12-9-by Grow sales person [redacted] In our conversation, I made it perfectly clear to [redacted] that I needed to get them placed quickly as I didn't have the money to sit on one location for more than days or soI needed all locations working well [redacted] convinced me that it would be fairly easy to locate machines well before the days was upTo date, one full year later, they have placed one location in which I put two machines thereThis is a very slow locationDuring our conversations, I was told by [redacted] that they only place their machine in high volume locationsThis simply isn't trueI have been sent to a house to have a meeting with a potential locationI was also told by [redacted] and [redacted] that there were no other vending operators in my areaThis isn't true eitherThere is another operator in Norman, OK named [redacted] When I approached location specialist [redacted] about this, he completely lied and told me t

To whom it may concern, We previously responded to this complaint but do not see it listedAs we mentioned before although we do not agree with the events that have transpired we do with to settle this amicablyWe have offered a refund in the amount desired however our company Attorney and Executive Vice President has instructed us not to do so unless the General Release of our initial agreement is executed by both sidesIf the customer truly wants to end this then we are unsure why it would not simply be completed We have successfully placed over Operators into business in the United States and in every instance when we have operators who follow our system and our patient during the process they end up with successful machinesWe offer the highest quality equipment by far and we do so at a lower cost then any other company in our industryWe believe that this would have also been the case with this operatorLike any other company large or small, we are not perfect in anyway and mistakes are made but we do not give up on our operators and we do whatever necessary to ensure all issues are fixed immediatelyI am not sure what more could be asked The Operator has a copy of the General ReleaseOnce received the refund will be completed Regards, Grow Management

To whom it may concern, We take every complaint seriously but this is a simple problem of a customer receiving goods and services, not paying for them and only complaining after we have threatened to collectThis customer purchased USED vending machinesHe visited our warehouse in person, INSPECTED the machines fully and agreed to purchase the initial USED machines plus two additional USED machinesHis only complaint and only contact to the company came after he was asked to pay a past due balance on the equipment he received and confirmed he was going to purchaseHe received every location he paid forHe received every machine he paid for in fullHe new fully well that he was purchasing USED machines that we had in stock at our warehouseIf there was a warranty issue or any issues with the machine, he has never mentioned them He is simply trying to get out of paying his invoiceHe has threatened to defame the company if we did not agree to "waive" his costSince he has refused to pay his bill we reserve the right to pick up any equipment and also litigate if necessaryWe will not negotiate with this customer and we expect this customer to pay their now month overdue billAs always we would have liked to handle this matter amicably but we cannot allow people to purchase, agree and received goods and services in full and simply ignore their billsThis customer is being less than truthful about the circumstances and never contacted our company until we sent him several letters demanding paymentRegards, Grow Management

Grow Healthy Vending has lots of problems and they start at the top with very poor leadership and business acumenHere is a list of problems I have had with Grow since I first signed up to get machines a few years ago: - They pressure you into taking locations that are not good just so they can get commission - Supply and Logistics is a joke - They pre-nogotiated specifics of contracts for me when I asked them not to - I have expericed several botched deliveries where it took them months to reimburse myself and the location for reserving parking for the moving truck - They failed to pay my Service Entity for monthsHe is the only person I can count on in this industry and they hired him through me then didn't pay him for his work for many months - They provide little to no support like they say they will - No updates about leads, no return phone calls or emails - Understaffed for what they promiseVery inconsistent on just about everything - Don't take constructive criticism well, just look to blame others for everythingFor example, look at their recent post about the Revdex.com itself, always trying to deflect - Overall, very dishonest company that I think will soon go bankrupt

I paid Grow Healthy Vending $as a deposit to provide a vending location and Grow vending machinesAs per contract, Grow Healthy Vending was supposed to provide a vending location in days time, in case of failure to provide a vending location, Grow Healthy Vending would return the complete deposit paid Grow Healthy Vending was unable to provide me with the vending location and have not returned the deposit that I paid GrowGrow Healthy Vending owner [redacted] lied to me that check was processed and sent but I never received the check and now there is no communication from [redacted] at all

In December my wife and I invested $from our retirement funds to purchase five GGrow Healthy vending machines with Grow Healthy Vending of Irvine Ca Our complaint of fraud and breech of contract stems from Grow Healthy's initial sales agreement stating that these vending machines would be built and stored for us upon receipt of payment During our first sales consultation we were told that these machines would be manufactured at their factory in Iowa and placed at locations in Orange County for us within approximately six weeksThe location fees and the delivery fees were part of our $investmentWe were told that these machines would take 4-weeks to build and once the machines were built that we would not have to pay for our storage fees for these the first four monthsGrow Healthy stated that in the event that our locations were not secured within these first four months we then we could request an additional two months storage at no chargeThis a

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I would like to inform that we were able to agree with Grow Healthy Vending on a reasonable refund offer This complaint was resolved in an amicable manner, pending receipt of the refund agreed uponThis is in reference to complaint ID [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

We placed an order for a machine with Grow in September In November 2017, they told us there was a delay with the manufacturerMy local machine delivery vendor, who Grow also owes money, put me in touch with the manufacturer, who indeed confirmed that Grow has never placed such an orderI consider this fraud and theft, since Grow took my money with the intention of never placing an orderIs it a coincidence that all the other Revdex.com complaints say the very same thing? How can so many people from so many states, and various walks of life all be wrong? Legal action was taken against Grow in March A competing company filed suit against Grow after fabricated posts on consumer complaint sites about their company (the competitor) were traced to the home IP address of [redacted] , Grow's CEOA Stipulated Judgement and Permanent Injunction against Grow and [redacted] was concluded, with Grow/ [redacted] owing them $250,In "my opinion," I believe he is now paying off that Judgement

To whom it may concern, The consumer is incorrect regarding the facts in their complaintThey contracted to purchase one machine in conjunction with the securing of one locationA location was in fact secured in their area per the agreementThey visited the location and a reservation form was signed by the locationIt was only after this point that they changed their minds and wanted a refundOur supply agreement specifically states that there is "no buy back" and "sales are final"We executed completely on our agreements and continue to believe that the Tampa Bay market has plenty of vending locations available for growthIn fact we now have additional open locations available in that market including the Tamp Bay Rays Baseball officesDuring the locations process we also had opportunities to secure additional locations within their area which they refused for reasons that were not acceptableThis customer has essentially just changed their minds after we have spent a considerable amount of time, energy and money on executing our responsibilities regarding the agreementWe have stated that we would be happy to deliver the machine in question to an address of their choiceInstead they have made threats against our company stating that they "know how" to hurt companies onlineWe have offered a reasonable percentage of their deposit back based on the amount of work that we have completed which they have refusedWhen a customer comes on board we are expected as a company to complete 100% of what is outlined in our agreements and believe that the customer should also be 100% responsible for fulfilling their agreement as wellAs stated previously we are more than happy to supply the machine to them at any time and we are happy to refund a percentage of their deposit based on work performedWe currently have placed over operators into business successfully around the countryWhere the customer seems to be upset over the timeframe it took, our goal is always to secure the best locations as opposed to the fastest locationsAll of our current operators also believe this to be the best systemWe have attached the agreement in question along with the signed location reservation formWe would be happy to find a reasonable agreement on a refundRegards, Grow Management

I made a deposit in January for two vending machinesI received placement for the first machineI have yet to receive a good placement for the second machineThe location specialist said he would get back to me in August regarding some possible locations but I haven't heard back

On January 2017, We ( [redacted] signed a purchase agreement with Grow to acquire three (3) Gvending machinesMachines were paid in full on 01/12/as per invoice No [redacted] for $ [redacted] As of today, August Grow has not delivered the third machineCEO has alleged failures in production and/or shipping issues since July Currently no emails nor calls are answered by company

On May 12, 2017, I entered a contract with *** ***, CEO/Owner Operator of Grow VendingThe contract was for a purchase of Vending machines and procurement cost of $each for all three machinesThe total was approximately $23,I wired *** the entire amount of approximately $23,In the contract it specifically states in "Supplier shall offer and Purchaser may elect to receive a full refund on any unplaced machines after an initial term of days from the date of executed agreementPurchaser shall be responsible for shipping costs of unplaced machines back to the factory location." As of days after signing contract, only one of my vending machines purchased had been placedGrow has not found a place for my other two vending machines, nor have they sent me my other two vending machines, so I emailed *** asking him to please wire my money back to my bank with all wiring instructionsI have sent *** emails asking him to please wire my money back to

I purchased GROW Healthy vending machines and location procurement services in February for $13,When speaking to the salesman he said that locations were generally found in a couple of months and in the meantime, the vending machines would be shipped to a storage facility in my metro area and stored there so that they could be quickly placed once a location was secured
It took about months for them to find a location for my first machineBut, when I requested that the machine be delivered, Grow said it would take weeks to deliver the machineAfter almost a month went by I inquired and was told that there was a delay at the manufacturers and Grow could not give me a delivery date or even an estimate about when delivery would beThe pending location wanted to know when the machine would be delivered and I was unable to give them an accurate response
I reached out to Grow very frustrated due to the lack of response to my emails and callsI explained to Grow that I had seen other complaints on the Revdex.com about this same issue, and that finally got a response back from the owner of the company, Chris ***He said:
"As you can imagine, complaints are read by potential operatorsIf potential operators do not move forward with us then we lose revenueIf we lose revenue it puts us in a more difficult position to process machines and when necessary refunds so again, it does not really benefit you and I can assure you that it would not make me address any issues in a more timely manner."
MrW*** also stated that someone would contact me by the end of last week and give me more information about the delivery of the machineNo one contacted me and I have not heard from Grow since
Unfortunately, today I received an email from my prospective location advising that they had decided to go with another vending company

I was contacted by the CEO of Grow Healthy Vending and offered several machines at a discounted price because an operator was going through a divorce and wanted to liquidate the machinesI agreed to purchase machinesI wire transfered the funds in full in JulySince then, I was told by the CEO that there was a back log of orders at the manufacturing facility which delayed my orderHowever, whenever an order is placed with the manufacturing facility a purchase order receipt is created within days of paymentWhen I pressed the CEO for this PO receipt he could never provide itSimply because the order was never ever placed with the manufacturing facilityThe CEO, personally, fleeced me out of $USI believe he intends to keep my money because I am a resident of Canada and I will have a harder time getting this money backI am aware of many other Grow Operators who have been defrauded by the CEO the exact same wayIf you are reading this and have been a victim of him pl
