I purchased two machines from Grow Healthy Vending One machine was the GCombo machine and the other was the *** *** ***
Payment was made for the GCombo Machine on 9/10/and payment was made for the Grow Brew on 11/1/
Since these dates, Grow Healthy Vending has continued to dodge questions about delivery of the machines My last communication with them was on December 15th
No one at the company is returning voicemails or emails Their greeting still says they are gone for the holiday and will return to work on January 2nd,

We ordered a vending machineWe were told to send a check ahead of timeThen they sent the check back and wanted a change in name and address to Southern California Healthy Vending, *** *** *** *** *** ** *** Last communication with them was August 9th, telling us the machine was scheduled to be sent to us that weekIt never cameNow we can't get in touch with them againWe've tried emails, and three different phone numbersWe have only been able to leave answering machine messagesWe want the machine to vend healthy snacks in our schoolThe check was for $6,and was honored at our bank on July 15,

This customer had a conversation with *** *** in our Locations department and was apparently very pleasant*** mentioned the mis-communication and that we would be happy to proactively search for an additional locationIn fact, a very qualified location appointment set that is miles from the customers addressShe stated that was to farWe told her we would continue to search closer to her home although we believe that this qualified location is within a reasonable travel distance in vending It has become apparent that we may never be able to satisfy this particular person after numerous attempts

I purchased two machines in Feband never received themIn my opinion, this is a Ponzi schemeJoe R

I purchased a vending machineDuring the sales talks I had asked if there was any buyback program I was told they generally do not have to do that because their operators are usually satisfied but that they have done new operator locatorsSince I have bought the machine I have been very unsatisfied with the entire process, I have found it very difficult to get the answers that I need or to be able to speak with the correct personI have had to deal with multiple different people at that locationRight now I have been trying for almost months to get a phone call from the owner with multiple attempts through email, messages left and calling constantly

To whom it may concern,
We stand by our position that we secured a qualified location and have a signed location agreement from the location to place the purchased machine intoWe have attempted to deliver the purchased machine to the customer however they have refused to accept deliveryIn addition, we now have recorded messages from the customer stating they "know how to ruin companies online" and have threatened to do so unless we refund them the total amount which we believe is not justified based on the fulfillment of our agreementsWe have stated several times that we would be happy to discuss a reasonable refund based on services performed but we will not allow them to extort money from us with defamation threats just because they have simply changed their minds about moving forward with the businessOur agreement specifically states that there are no refunds and no buy back We would be happy to come to an amicable agreement but we were asked to secure a location which we did, we were asked to provide a machine, which we have attempted to doWe believe this customer is being unreasonable and their threatening tactics are not justifiedIf they wish to settle this in court then we will present our information at that timeWe have supplied the Revdex.com with both the signed reservation form from the location as well as the signed supply agreementRegards,

*** has stated several times that she is now happy and that she will continue to do business with Grow Healthy Vending in the futureI have personally contacted *** and let her know I am very sorry that we have not been as responsive as necessary to ensure that she is happyWe have done
additional staff training to ensure that this does not happen againI take full responsibility for all of the issues that she states and to that end I have provided the following solutions:
As of 7/30/her machine is now operating properly and I checked in with *** on 7/31/2014, 8/6/and 8/7/to confirm that the machine continues to function properly.
My staff has continually checked in with *** and we have scheduled additional training for herShe had to change the trainign date from 8/8/to next week but we are going to make the additional training happen for her*** has a busy schedule but we will accomodate herThank you.
Healthy Regards,

I made a deposit in January for two vending machinesI received placement for the first machineI have yet to receive a good placement for the second machineThe location specialist said he would get back to me in August regarding some possible locations but I haven't heard back

We placed an order for a machine with Grow in September In November 2017, they told us there was a delay with the manufacturerMy local machine delivery vendor, who Grow also owes money, put me in touch with the manufacturer, who indeed confirmed that Grow has never placed such an orderI consider this fraud and theft, since Grow took my money with the intention of never placing an orderIs it a coincidence that all the other Revdex.com complaints say the very same thing? How can so many people from so many states, and various walks of life all be wrong?
Legal action was taken against Grow in March A competing company filed suit against Grow after fabricated posts on consumer complaint sites about their company (the competitor) were traced to the home IP address of *** ***, Grow's CEOA Stipulated Judgement and Permanent Injunction against Grow and *** was concluded, with Grow/*** owing them $250,In "my opinion," I believe he is now paying off that Judgement

Our company has bought machines from Grow in the pastWe were contacted by the owner *** *** a few months back that there were already made machines available at the warehouse at a discount since the previous buyers were getting divorcedWe agreed to purchase the three machines at just under 20,000$When the time comes for delivery, there are no machine and *** keeps giving us excuses as to why the machines aren’t ready, or were shipped to wrong place and other stalling tacticsEventually we realize that something is weird and no one else at his office knows that we purchased these machinesAt that point we request a refundHe agrees to it and proceed to avoid our calls, emails and attempts at contactWhenever we do hear from him he aggressive and gives excusesNot once in months has he taken a cal from us or called us backEverything is by emailWe even gave him the opportunity to pay us back in installmentsHe then returned 7500$ over the course of two months even

I purchased two machines from Grow in October of They have delivered one of the machines to a location that they procured The typical process is for the company to ship to a storage facility (and pay for said facility) until the vending machine is placed However, they informed me that they were going to hold at the facility since it was so close to my destination Not wanting Grow to incur needless extra expense, I didn't have an issue with this On August 1st, I requested the 2nd machine to be shipped to a destination To this date (September 5th), Grow can't give me a delivery date I have reached out to a local vending machine distributor This particular distributor can have the exact machine that I purchased at my location within to weeks This is my second complaint against Grow, however this is a completely different issue I am

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The only thing we will accept is a check from Grow Healthy Vending, Grow Franchise Group, LLC in the amount of $9,497, a refund of what we are owed from the initial amount of $11,that we gave them in 5/To take our money, only provide one of five machines for which we paid deposits, then ask us to sign a form that is misleading and incorrect just to receive our money which we are legally entitled to in the first place, for which we already have a contract signed by both parties, shows this company for the scam that it isWe will now pursue this as suchWe would like to speak to a representative from your agency handling scams and fraudulent businesses/business practices and we will turn over all of the paperwork we have to prove thisWe will also submit complaints to federal and state authoritiesWe paid the initial deposit by credit card, and have turned thirty pages of information over to our credit card company's fraud department, including this agreement, to investigate Grow and our dispute with themThis agreement they sent as the condition to receive our money wants us to stipulate that the company fulfilled its location services obligations and it did not - it placed one of five machines in the ninety day timeframe noted on the contract, signed by both partiesIt also does not note that we had a buy four/get one free locations special, which is on our invoice from the companyAlso, we have numerous e-mails from the one owner saying our refund check should be here any day and that it was sent, that he looked into this, and we never received a check to this dayThat is another reason the only thing we will accept from them is a check in the amount of $9,497(we will not accept yet another e-mail saying they are sending or did send our check),which is simply getting our money back to which we are legally entitledAs for the claim that we just lost patience, that was due to three and now five months of incompetence and deceptive practices from Grow, which they are continuing by refusing to give us our money until we sign an agreement threatening to sue us and our children for $100,if we complain about them

The statements made by this *** *** are egregious and defamatory in natureTo be clear- *** *** purchased USED machines and is NOT a Grow Operator*** *** has never been a Grow Operator*** *** does not have an agreement to be a Grow OperatorHe visited our warehouse and he inspected the USED equipment*** *** agreed to purchase a specific amount of machines and he then failed to pay his past due balanceThe ONLY contact we had from this person was after repeatedly trying to reach him regarding his past due invoicesHe ignored these invoices for months and only mentioned the quality of the used machine after being pressed for payment*** *** purchased year old equipment made by Multi Max Vending at a fraction of what we currently sell new equipmentWe have not purchased or sold Multi Max Machines for over yearsWe have a relationship with a completely different manufacturer and were simply selling through used equipment in our warehouse and *** *** agreed to purchase themIn his prior response he even contradicts himself by first saying he agreed to purchase machines and then later stating he did notAs an accountant *** *** should understand the numbers and that he is responsible for paymentHe will be held accountable and his defamatory remarks will not be used as extortion to forgive a debtAs stated previously we are in the process of filing a lawsuit in Orange County Superior Court against *** *** so the matter will handled appropriately at that levelRegards,
Grow Management

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowDear ***,
First off sorry for the late replyI had copious amounts of emails and paper work to sift through regarding Grow Healthy’s claims in the letter you forwarded to meI am going to go through each point made by Grow Healthy and respond accordance to that& I signed the agreement on 01/15/not on 01/14/as they statedI did make my initial deposit two weeks later on 01/31/15, that is correctI was also aware that this had caused a two week delay in the process and location procurementThis was acceptable because I could not go to Iowa for the vending machine training until March 17, when it was offered by Grow HealthyI did not see the value in having a location secured and a machine delivered before I knew how to function it properlyEspecially where I had to pay for the flights and accommoda- tions for the training out of pocket& Once training was completed and a location was secured I received the invoice for my first secured locationThe location was secured three months after the initial deposit and after I spent money on training for flights and accommodationsIt was during these three months that I doubted the abilities of the location procurementBy this time I had already been assigned two different individuals to help secure locations (which went on to three different people by June)This was extremely frustrating, because when they changed the individual working with me, I was essentially briefing the new individual on previous location work doneAlso, when I sug- gested locations that I believed would strive, they did not seem to be reaching out to themThis is essentially why I asked for a refund on my depositI was not seeing the support promised by Grow Healthy for the large sum of money I gave as a depositI also contacted Grow Healthy regarding the possibility of applying my whole deposit towards the purchase of the first machineThey informed me that would not be possible and I had to go with two loca- tionsBasically to insure I was trapped into buying two machines through themIt also states no where in the “Grow Supply Agreement” that the deposit is not refundablePersonally, it was stressful working with the location individualsThey were supposed to provide weekly update e- mail on the progress of their work, which was never doneThere was a complete lack of sup- portCalling and stating the same information from weeks prior is not progress in my mind, especially where they are charging $750USD for the location assistanceEssentially, I came to the conclusion that maybe I could secure locations more effectivelyTherefore, what was I pay- ing them for? Grow Healthy states that, “It is IMPOSSIBLE to find a *** *** (our manu- factured ** ***) for $4,000”I did my due diligence and went straight to manufacture’s websites and it is possible to find this machine for under $5,This is almost half the amount of what Grow Healthy is chargingMy thought process is, why would I pay a third party company for a machine that I can get for less and for location work that is going around in circlesGrow Healthy never stated that living in *** would make the delivery process longer by natureGrow Healthy also never informed me that the machine was “out of stock“ which they claimed made the delivery time even longer than normal- As mentioned above locations has been in contact with me over the last few months re- garding three specific locations*** ***, ***, and *** *** ***I returned the calls to both *** and *** *** *** to try and make appointments to secure these lo- cations and neither called me back to set up an appointment*** *** did return my phone call and I went and met with them in JulyThe college recommended two locations for me to reviewI went to both, one was the main building they are located inThe location had a few classrooms and a common lobby area and a common cafeteria areaI do not see how the cafe- teria had 200+ foot trafficPlus, if it was placed in the cafeteria it would of been placed in a back corner out of the wayThe only place that I felt would have 200+ foot traffic was in the main lob- by areaHowever, there was no electrical outlet in this area to hook the machine up too*** *** also provided a second location for me to go checkThis was a newer building which has potentialBut again, two out of the three units were unoccupied so there was no way the foot traffic was 200+Perhaps they were combining the foot traffic at both locations to reach the 200+ number? I stated that I did not feel either of these locations alone were adequateIf we had machines in both of *** ***’s locations, if they were fully occupied it may workBut, I do not want to put another deposit down for a third machine unless I felt at ease that they would be profitableAnother thing to note is how *** *** stated on their survey that they were not interested in profit sharingGrow Healthy argues that this makes for a “PRIME location”This is hard to swallow because on the first location secured by Grow Healthy it was also stated on that survey that the business was not interested in profit sharingHowever, once everything was delivered and in place the business stated that they had said they were looking for profit sharing and then I had to offer them the 15%I take offence to the fact that they are making a claim that I am lying and pushing me to pay for a location that I do not feel is adequateI feel as though we are supposed to be working togeth- erGrow Healthy has shown limited support unless it was for something that would directly ben- efit themThey made it out to seem as though stocking the machine and monitoring the ma- chine would be easy when it in fact has not beenYou cannot get in on the food distributors un- less you are making a minimum order of $1,which is impossible with one or two machinesMaking it extremely hard to obtain the healthy snacks they send out in there welcoming pack- agesLastly, the monitoring system provided by *** *** has yet to work how they claimed it would*** *** does not return phone calls and they never trained me properly on how to work the monitoring systemThey seemed to be learning as much as I wasAll in all, I feel though Grow Healthy is forcing me to put a machine into *** ***It feels like they stopped working with me when I stated that I did not want to put a machine in *** ***Grow Healthy is being overly pushy when only they will benefit from somethingThat is not how you do business, it creates resentfulnessLastly, please note that I miscalculated the amount claimed, it should be, $4,870.00USDThank you for your timeRegards,

I have purchased a total of seven (7) Grow healthy vending machines which I have all paid in full and have three machines that have not yet been placed or manufactured I've agreed to place my fifth machine at a location they contacted me about in January and have spent the past days trying to find out the shipping date for the vending machine without an answer I've been promised by the owner (**) that he would contact me to discuss this situation and he has yet to make an attempt to call me on the phone after several requests I paid Grow Healthy Vending ** via money order on May 3rd for the three vending machines they still owe me The owner claims that he believes I still owe him for a location procurement which is not the case and in fact I've already paid for three locations and to date only have two locations secured which he has failed to contact me to discussIn the meantime, I've sent GROW all of the required documentation for the 5th machine to be manufactured a

To whom it may concern,
Please note that we address all inquiries and complaints as a priorityIn this case after research Mr*** is absolutely incorrect of his assessment of what has transpiredMr*** signed his agreement on 1/14/Although per his
agreement he was to make the initial deposit immediately he instead could not and did not make his deposit until two weeks later causing a two week delayWhen we finally received his deposit we began our process and locations procurement.
Mr*** was invoiced for his first secured location on 3/5/and failed to pay the balance on his machine per his agreement until 4/6/This was a FULL MONTH delay from the date he was required per his agreement to pay his balanceOn 3/24/our staff received an email from Mr*** stating "I would like a refund on my deposit due to personal reasons" disregarding the fact that his executed agreement specifically states that there are NO REFUNDS.
His initial machine was delayed for one simple reasonHe FAILED TO PAY HIS BALANCE for a MONTHPlease note that Mr*** is also in *** *** making the delivery process longer by natureThe balance payment was finally received on 4/6/and his machine was shipped from the factory on 5/15/This is easily between the standard production times of 4-weeks for a machine when it is out of stockDuring the past few months our staff has attempted to contact Mr*** regarding potential locations several times and email messages and phone calls were unreturned making it impossible to effectively work his territory.
Mr*** was finally reached regarding a potential location at *** *** who had requested a healthy vending machineMr*** after reviewing the location stated that there was less than daily foot traffic and did not want the locationOur COO followed up with the location contact and it was VERIFIED that the location actually has a daily foot traffic of 200+ , was not interested in a profit share making it a PRIME location.
It is obvious that Mr*** has wanted to cancel his agreement "for personal reasons" and has decided to engage in a smear campaign although it is clearly he who is lyingWe employ a full staff of support and locations personnel however we cannot assist operators who are not willing to be assisted.
Mr*** is also defaming our company by stating his assumption on both the cost of our equipment as well as the retailWe not only offer the absolute highest quality vending equipment on the market but we actually do it at the lowest profit margins in the industryIt is IMPOSSIBLE to find a *** *** (our manufactured ** ***) for $4,Please research and find out for yourselfBy stating so, Mr*** is defaming our company and the appropriate action will be taken.
Per his agreement it has been offered to Mr*** that he will be required to accept the College location and that we would be happy to continue the locations process given the fact he will actually be engaged and communicate with our staff so we are not wasting our timeThere will be no refund offered or givenIn fact he will be invoiced today for the College locationRegards,
Grow Management

Hello
I have purchased vending machines from Grow Healthy Vending I purchased machine in August, and machines in May, I requested delivery of machines on October 17, I was informed they will be delivered in mid-December, To date I have not received any machinesI have called and e-mailed *** ***, *** ***, *** ***, and a few others numerous times since mid-December I haven't heard back from anyone yet I've called and spoke to people at Wittern Group (vending machine manufacturer) They've received the order from Grow for the machines but have not been paid to produce the machines

I was sold machines with location assistance on 12-9-by Grow sales person *** ***In our conversation, I made it perfectly clear to *** that I needed to get them placed quickly as I didn't have the money to sit on one location for more than days or soI needed all locations working well *** convinced me that it would be fairly easy to locate machines well before the days was upTo date, one full year later, they have placed one location in which I put two machines thereThis is a very slow locationDuring our conversations, I was told by *** that they only place their machine in high volume locationsThis simply isn't trueI have been sent to a house to have a meeting with a potential locationI was also told by *** and *** that there were no other vending operators in my areaThis isn't true eitherThere is another operator in Norman, OK named *** *** When I approached location specialist *** about this, he completely lied and told me t

We appreciate the feedback and as always would like to ensure that our customers have a positive experienceAlthough we may differ in opinion regarding some of the facts, we feel it would be in the best interest of everyone involved to come to an agreementThe Locations Process in vending can be
the most time consuming portion of getting a new operator off the groundOur goal is to always secure the best locations rather than the fastest onesIn this instance, we were able to ultimately secure some great appointments with schools and other locations in the area in the area, however by that time the Operator had lost patience and preferred a refundWe understand their position and wish them nothing but success.
We have offered a refund along with a General Release from the original Agreement that was executedAs soon as we receive that signed General Release we would be happy to process and refund the balance of any monies owed
