I bought machines from Grow and they only found locations after 1/years and still can’t find me locations in a very busy mile radius in the Maryland/VIRGINIA DC area
Chris W*** still has $29,of my money and refuses to find me locations and will not refund my moneyI am saving up money to hire an attorney to fight thisHe gives every excuse why everyone has a bad experience and never takes ownership and does the right thing

In December my wife and I invested $from our retirement funds to purchase five GGrow Healthy vending machines with Grow Healthy Vending of Irvine Ca
Our complaint of fraud and breech of contract stems from Grow Healthy's initial sales agreement stating that these vending machines would be built and stored for us upon receipt of payment
During our first sales consultation we were told that these machines would be manufactured at their factory in Iowa and placed at locations in Orange County for us within approximately six weeksThe location fees and the delivery fees were part of our $investmentWe were told that these machines would take 4-weeks to build and once the machines were built that we would not have to pay for our storage fees for these the first four monthsGrow Healthy stated that in the event that our locations were not secured within these first four months we then we could request an additional two months storage at no chargeThis a

To whom it may concern,
I have reviewed the territory, contacted the actual Operator and have also discussed with the Grow employees assigned to this accountMs*** never gave any inclination that she was unhappy in anyway so I was very surprised to receive a Revdex.com message regarding this
Our staff did in fact secure *** *** *** in her area for herThey agreed to take one machineMs*** has requested that we continue to secure a "large foot traffic location" for her second machineWe of course can concentrate on this but she has been made aware that almost all locations with daily foot traffic of over people will require more than just one machine to be placed because of capacity needsFor instance a school of kids may need machines just to fit their needs so it would be impossible to just place one machine into this type of locationMs*** would actually need to purchase additional machines to fulfill a location such as this and she is currently not ready to do thatWe have other viable leads in the area that our staff have followed up with I believe that her last machine should be placed pretty quicklyMs*** has also been notified that she may contact me directly at anytime with any questions or concerns in the futureA
As I mentioned before, I was very surprised to receive this message considering I have never been made aware by my staff or by Ms*** that there were any issues whatsoeverWe value customer service and communication and want to ensure the success of all of our Operators

Chris W*** is a scammer who scammed me with $His brother Will W***, wife Dawna W*** and even two daughters Alexis and Kayla are part of itThey took my money back in and never found a location for meThey never answer the phone and I believe Disappear Please beware and think twice before you deal with themRemember these names They will come out with a different company and do the same

On January 2017, We (*** *** *** signed a purchase agreement with Grow to acquire three (3) Gvending machinesMachines were paid in full on 01/12/as per invoice No*** for $*** As of today, August Grow has not delivered the third machineCEO has alleged failures in production and/or shipping issues since July Currently no emails nor calls are answered by company

Grow Healthy Vending has lots of problems and they start at the top with very poor leadership and business acumenHere is a list of problems I have had with Grow since I first signed up to get machines a few years ago:
- They pressure you into taking locations that are not good just so they can get commission
- Supply and Logistics is a joke
- They pre-nogotiated specifics of contracts for me when I asked them not to
- I have expericed several botched deliveries where it took them months to reimburse myself and the location for reserving parking for the moving truck
- They failed to pay my Service Entity for monthsHe is the only person I can count on in this industry and they hired him through me then didn't pay him for his work for many months
- They provide little to no support like they say they will
- No updates about leads, no return phone calls or emails
- Understaffed for what they promiseVery inconsistent on just about everything
- Don't take constructive criticism well, just look to blame others for everythingFor example, look at their recent post about the Revdex.com itself, always trying to deflect
- Overall, very dishonest company that I think will soon go bankrupt

We stand by our previous assertion. We have secured a very viable location for this particular Operator and per his agreement he is to make his balance payment in order for the machine to be shipped and installed. We also have many emails and correspondence with the Operator in this regard. Unfortunately if he is unwilling to follow through on the terms of his agreement we are uncertain as what to do. This Operator has made several excuses on continuing his business but he signed an agreement to purchase machines and he shall be held accountable. The location he is turning down is a High School which historically has been one of the top three types of locations based on daily sales to actually secure. There is absolutely no reason for him to not move forward as we have completed the terms from our end.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Grow Vending is claiming that I am a customer not
paying for goods and services RECEIVED, and only complaining after they have
threatened to collect. This could not be further from the truth. I paid Grow
Vending $8,750 total funds. This includes: payment in full for 3 machines $6,250,
and $1,500 for 3 Machine Locations (to date I have only received 2, since 2 of
my machines are at the same location) and $1,000 deposit for two additional
machines, which I did express interest in buying. The complaint hear is about the
company’s business practices, and threatening to collect payment on 2
additional machines which I did express interest in buying, but never agreed to
purchase. These machines never came into my possession, Grow/Sprout Vending
still has them, I dont want them, and now they are threatening that If I dont
pay for 2 machines that I do not have, that they will take the 3 machines I
have already paid in full, which is my legal property, under threat of
lawsuit.
I did pay a $1,000 deposit, but only after
reading their vending location agreement which states "buyer may cancel
this agreement and receive a refund for any number of machine locations not
secured." Now, I want my money back, the $1,000 deposit for the machines,
as well as $500 for a location not secured. But instead of giving me my money
back, this company is trying to force me to buy their stupid machines!!! Once
again, I dont have these machines, dont want them, and cannot fathom in what
world they think they can force me to pay for machines I do not have and do not
want.
As for the 3 machines that I do have, not sure
what type of “inspection” they are referring to when they say I fully inspected
the machines. The machines they showed me was functioning but a nonfunctioning
machine was sent to me and I had to get the manufacturer to fix it, they would
not even send me a working machine to begin with! I have spoken with at least one
other person with whom they did the same thing, send a nonfunctioning machine,
but he was smart enough to do a chargeback on his credit card within the
allowable time period so as to get his money back.
They also ALTERED their initial invoices at least 2
times, to show new charges showing I now suddenly owe additional money on the
old machines I paid for in full as well!
This company's business practices are absolutely
appalling, and I am just absolutely disgusted with how they treat their own customers.
After paying them $8,750 buying their product, their only concern is to try and
squeeze more money out of me for machines I do not want, by threat of lawsuit
and collection of machines I have already paid for in full. They have no
concern whatsoever for their customers or whether they make money of the
machines they sold them, their only concern is to sell you a pipedream and then
to try and scare you into paying them more money. Do yourself a favor and stay
far away.

You are incorrect. We did respond to this complaint and received a response back from Revdex.com so not sure why you do not have it on file. The original complaint was filed by [redacted] who we did not have an agreement with. He is the father of our actual operator. I believe either a new complaint...

was filed or the complaint was refiled under the actual operator [redacted]. Although our agreements with the operator in questions [redacted] state very specifically that we were honoring our obligations completely we have given a refund of the machines in questions, the operator is still a [redacted] and is being serviced accordingly. I have asked her to send a letter/email directly from her stating this to be the case.

Please feel free to reach me directly if you need any documentation.

I would like to inform that we were able to agree with Grow Healthy Vending on a reasonable refund offer.  This complaint was resolved in an amicable manner, pending receipt of the refund agreed upon. This is in reference to complaint ID [redacted].

To whom it may concern,
We take every complaint seriously but this is a simple problem of a customer receiving goods and services, not paying for them and only complaining after we have threatened to collect. This customer purchased USED vending machines. He visited our warehouse...

in person, INSPECTED the machines fully and  agreed to purchase the initial USED machines plus two additional USED machines. His only complaint and only contact to the company came after he was asked to pay a past due balance on the equipment he received and confirmed he was going to purchase. He received every location he paid for. He received every machine he paid for in full. He new fully well that he was purchasing USED machines that we had in stock at our warehouse. If there was a warranty issue or any issues with the machine, he has never mentioned them.
He is simply trying to get out of paying his invoice. He has threatened to defame the company if we did not agree to "waive" his cost. Since he has refused to pay his bill we reserve the right to pick up any equipment and also litigate if necessary. We will not negotiate with this customer and we expect this customer to pay their now 7 month overdue bill. As always we would have liked to handle this matter amicably but we cannot allow people to purchase, agree and received goods and services in full and simply ignore their bills. This customer is being less than truthful about the circumstances and never contacted our company until we sent him several letters demanding payment.
Regards,
Grow Management

We are very satisfied with the resolution of our dispute, and would like to thank our credit card company and the Revdex.com for their involvement.

I was completely misled by this company to believe I was a grow operator.  All my contracts and invoices,  under which threat of lawsuit is promised,  have the Grow label on them. I paid grow vending $8,750. They sent me a vendor location agreement.  And now the only thing they can say, without answering any of my complaints, is that I never did any business with Grow.  They also continuously keep saying that I did not contact them for 7 months, which is simply not true, I kept in contact with them by phone, since I thought the bill I received was a misunderstanding, until they threatened to sue me, at which point I contacted the Revdex.com. Once again, do not do any business with this company.

To whom it may concern,

We previously responded to this complaint but do not see it listed. As we mentioned before although we do not agree with the events that have transpired we do with to settle this amicably. We have offered a refund in the amount desired however our company Attorney and Executive Vice President has instructed us not to do so unless the General Release of our initial agreement is executed by both sides. If the customer truly wants to end this then we are unsure why it would not simply be completed.

We have successfully placed over 250 Operators into business in the United States and in every instance when we have operators who follow our system and our patient during the process they end up with successful machines. We offer the highest quality equipment by far and we do so at a lower cost then any other company in our industry. We believe that this would have also been the case with this operator. Like any other company large or small, we are not perfect in anyway and mistakes are made but we do not give up on our operators and we do whatever necessary to ensure all issues are fixed immediately. I am not sure what more could be asked.

The Operator has a copy of the General Release. Once received the refund will be completed.

To whom it may concern,
At Grow we take all complaints to heart and it is equally frustrating to hear of one again from this particular operator. To clarify the situation, we believe that there may have been some miscommunication in regards to the additional location to be secured. We...

were under the understanding that we would continue to keep an eye out for any interested locations in her area but were not under agreement to proactively look for potential locations in her area. In addition, [redacted] recently had an accident in which he shattered his elbow resulting in a 3 hour surgery and continued rest so he apologizes for not returning the phone call immediately.
After hearing of this issue we have had our Locations Manager attempt to contact [redacted] two times in the last two days but have had no response. I believe it is slightly egregious that we can be held accountable to return and answer calls when we attempt to do the same thing with the same no response. The information we have given this operator was that we actually may have a location that is in her vicinity interested in a healthy vending machine. Once we have contact back from this particular operator we can move forward as necessary.
I am not certain what else can do in this situation. Although I believe we may make mistakes from time to time we have tried very hard with this particular operator to make her happy to no avail. We are equally as frustrated with the situation and would prefer to get this behind us. Please direct [redacted] to return the unanswered phone calls to her in order to schedule an appointment with this possible location for her machine.

Grow Management

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10150913, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  The companies CEO has personally responded to my complaint and made changes in the company to address my complaints.  They have provided additional training and customer support and I am satisfied that we will be able to continue in a professional relationship. Other actions are pending and I feel confident they will perform this action and, I consider this complaint resolved.

To whom it may concern,
The consumer is incorrect regarding the facts in their complaint. They contracted to purchase one machine in conjunction with the securing of one location. A location was in fact secured in their area per the agreement. They visited the location and a...

reservation form was signed by the location. It was only after this point that they changed their minds and wanted a refund. Our supply agreement specifically states that there is "no buy back" and "sales are final". We executed completely on our agreements and continue to believe that the Tampa Bay market has plenty of vending locations available for growth. In fact we now have additional open locations available in that market including the Tamp Bay Rays Baseball offices. During the locations process we also had opportunities to secure additional locations within their area which they refused for reasons that were not acceptable. This customer has essentially just changed their minds after we have spent a considerable amount of time, energy and money on executing our responsibilities regarding the agreement. We have stated that we would be happy to deliver the machine in question to an address of their choice. Instead they have made threats against our company stating that they "know how" to hurt companies online. We have offered a reasonable percentage of their deposit back based on the amount of work that we have completed which they have refused. When a customer comes on board we are expected as a company to complete 100% of what is outlined in our agreements and believe that the customer should also be 100% responsible for fulfilling their agreement as well. As stated previously we are more than happy to supply the machine to them at any time and we are happy to refund a percentage of their deposit based on work performed. We currently have placed over 252 operators into business successfully around the country. Where the customer seems to be upset over the timeframe it took, our goal is always to secure the best locations as opposed to the fastest locations. All of our current operators also believe this to be the best system. We have attached the agreement in question along with the signed location reservation form. We would be happy to find a reasonable agreement on a refund.

[There was no miscommunication. Please review the  details of  my last complaint resolution. As for their two attempts at calling me.. Gee two whole attempts... Which IF they did call they DID NOT leave a message. I received a call on 1-23-15 at approx. 3:30 pm for the very first time. Sadly it took filing another complaint to get a returned call. As for Mr. [redacted], sorry about his recent injury.... But I have left messages and emails for he and his staff for months! I have made contact with a location person , via email, who stated she is looking for a placement for my machine. I am  waiting  to hear back as to a placement.        why you are not satisfied with this resolution.
