I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
We have made it clear to the company we would not sign this agreement on 9/23/14, because it is eighteen long paragraphs of legal jargon meant to take away every legal right we have against this company if they STILL then do not send us OUR money back. Again it is not even correct - they did not fulfill the terms of the initial contract like they want us to sign for in this agreement - they placed one out of five machines - why should we be forced to sign that before getting our money back - is their attorney aware that this 'agreement' is incorrect, or are they going to drag their attorneys down with them? We are having a CA attorney look this over. Part of our complaint is that we have numerous e-mails from the one owner saying that our check was processed and should arrive any day - we never got a check, so why would we trust them to send us our deposit money back even after we sign this? The owner had claimed he put a stop payment on the check that was supposedly sent - I did not know checks then magically disintegrated in the mail because we never received the check he had told us in e-mails numerous times would be arriving. In e-mails - I have proof of this - are they honestly trying to deny this? I would like them to show proof to the Revdex.com that they stopped payment on a check in the amount of $9497 in the two-hour or so timeframe before we wrote the first complaint to the Revdex.com - I am sure they can not. They don't agree with events that transpired? Please then give examples because as I mentioned I have signed contracts (that we insisted upon - they tried sending us his signature on a blank piece of paper), invoices from the company, and e-mails from the company. We have proof of everything - they used this space to try to advertise and are making a mockery of the whole process. Buyer beware - you get what you pay for. We would be very happy to share the e-mails we have with everyone if they need proof of this. I hope this makes everyone wonder what we have on this company that they are insisting we sign an agreement threatening to sue us for $100,000 if we say what we know about them before giving us our deposit money back for the machines they could not place, this is the tip of the iceberg. We would like this complaint to be posted on-line asap so the Revdex.com can consider this closed if that is what is takes to be posted on-line, so we can at least help others from making such a colossal mistake as we did investing in this company. However, forcing people to sign a false document to receive their own deposit money back is not a business practice that should be condoned by Revdex.com - this should be regarded as a scam. This situation is still not resolved by any means.
