I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me The discoloration on the adjacent painted surfaces was apparently caused by factors other than the gutter and will be further investigated It could be the result of a roof leak over the soffit At least the Revdex.com complaint got their attention For months, I couldn't get them to come out or even schedule an appointment Thank you

An appointment was scheduled for service with the customer for October 7, We will report back to the bureau upon completion of the service call

On March 3, 2017, the Company sent a certified letter, "return receipt requested" to the customer informing them of our right to inspect and correct any issues with her project per "Chapter of The Texas Property Code" and per our Original Contract dated October 7, We asked for her to
provide a list of dates for our service department to come out and make any necessary adjustments to her roof skipping in rains, as was also pointed out in our contract and in which she initialed that she understood To this date, the customer has not provided us with those dates This complaint was her response to that request We will continue to ask her to honor our contract and allow for those dates for adjustments.Thank you.SincerelyGutterMaxx LPJames ***
