I am rejecting this response because: I had paid HR block over $to do my taxes they were not done properly because I gave the lady doing them all the correct information and if was done right the first time none of this would be happening!!!! I will never use hr block AGAIN and I will advise everyone I know to do the same because they are liers and done stand behind there work!! I also hope that my experience with them will go on the Revdex.com website for others to see how they operateIt's just wrong that this multi million dollar company can not take responsablitly for the actions of there employees!!

Dear Revdex.com,In response to this complaint, our review has shown that there were errors made on the schedule A and the schedule E on Ms***'s return prepared by H&R BlockThis error was discovered by a CPA (not employed with H&R Block) while preparing her return
Ms*** had her CPA correct the return and prepare an amended return for tax year that resulted in a refund of $2398.While we regret any confusions or misunderstandings of our tax preparation services that Ms*** may have, our review of this matter reflects that her situation was handled in accordance with standard H&R Block processesI have reached out to the District General Manager of the office where the return was originally filed to discuss this matterShe states that Ms*** had a CPA correct the return for her, instead of allowing H&R Block to correct the returnUnder the H&R Block Guarantee, we will cover any penalties and interest that result from errors we cause on a tax return and in addition to that we will correct the return at no cost to the client. Although H&R Block is not at liberty to refund Ms***'s tax preparation fees in full, as a gesture of good faith the tax office offered to refund Ms*** a portion of her fees, $Ms*** refused this offer. Yes, a response on H&R's part would be beneficial It would be very beneficial, in fact H&R Block needs to add the form to my taxes (the form they wouldn't accept from me before), redo my taxes, and mail or fax the corrected taxes to me to sign It's their mess-up H&R needs to actually take responsibility for its mistakes (and now complete incompetence). complaint, I am retired and most of my statements are 1099R’s not W2’s

did not offer me an appointment to resolve this matter, instead she yelled at
me that I had to do this myself that it was not their job and then proceeded to
hang up on me
Since I had to resolve this
matter with the State myself, I believe this matter is NOT RESOLVED with
H&R Block because they did not
follow the *** State Income Tax Filing Guide Booklet #
I also feel that I am due a
refund of $due to the errors on their part and the behavior of the
office manager *** ** ***
