I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
However, again today. I received three inconsistencies regarding this matter. It begins with calling the *** number, and after making (5) attempts this week. I am told that my concerns are being forwarded to Shelly. This was because I also sent a letter to the corporate office. Secondly, I am then told about additional fees taken out of my refund, which were not explained to me in the beginning. I was given a different amount, and lastly, explaining again how difficult, upsetting and disappointing I feel at this point. I remember someone telling me once that people will never forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel. I am accept the fact that they are attempting to rectify the situation, but the experience is still not 100%. I will not be using this service again. I am just one customer, and I feel like this is too much for one person to half to deal with. Once the agreement of making the amendment at no charge and receiving the refund. I want to move on.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, This is the letter Sent to me by H&R Blockalthough the the claim was approved, I find that the stipulation that this settlement on their insurance product could be considered taxable income is unfair ; since the entire amount ( once received ) will be forwarded to the IRSMeaning that for tax year I will be paying taxes on this amount although I would have touched none of it I am forwarding the H&R Block letter sent to me Please Don't close this case until I see the payment or service done wrong per their Peace of Mind service I will contact Revdex.com throughly this forum once check clearsI am forwarding the letter sent to me Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I offered the business that I would forget the initial of +if they paid the penalty that was being required by the IRS of only 400, which they accepted initially by channel of someone named Jonathan . He requested some documents, which I sent particularly one from the IRS which showed the amount of that was being billed He also requested my oriiginal Tax form I sent him all the package his company sends .After several days of not knowing anything he called to tell me that "there was nothing that he could do as from the papers that I had sent him he couldn't see where the came "After a little exchange I made clear that I was pursuing my CLAIM IN ITS ORIGINAL TERMS

H&R Block maintains that the client did not contact our office for tax preparation until June 2014, for a return, which was already late by that timeAdditionally, we have not yet recieved any documents from the client in order to review the and returns, as a review has been requestedWe are unable to move forward with the review of the returns without the necessary documents being supplied to us by the client. I am rejecting this response because:I do not necessarily believe an “update” from the Business necessitates a day "Accept" or "Reject" response from the ComplainantIt would be unfortunate if Revdex.com assumed the issue was resolved based on my failure to respond.I do acknowledge however there are continued efforts on behalf of the business but would comment that such effort is most likely only as a result of Revdex.com’s involvement.I did sit with a representative (Shirley) from the business on September 12, We reviewed the “adjusted refund” calculation from May and it was explained that two dependents had been removed by the IRS on account of the failed ITIN applications (i.emy spouse and son)I indicated to Shirley that this could have been explained over the phone in two minutes back in May when I initially queried it with the original agent. I also indicated in a subsequent email to Michelle that this lack of communication from the Hicksville office in general (including an ignored letter to the District Manager) is what has escalated this to the point where I had no option but to approach Revdex.com. I am still at a loss as to whether ITIN numbers have been issued by the IRS for my spouse and my sonWe have certainly received nothing in the mail to verify or substantiate they haveOne would assume from the wording of the Certified Mail the IRS issued dated July 27, [i.e“the taxpayer identification number assigned to you, your spouse, your qualifying child, or your qualifying student (as applicable) was issued after the return due date (including extensions)”] that they have been issued / assigned.Because we do not have the ITIN numbers, we are unable to complete Form IT-[Resident Income Tax Return] to New York State for state tax, which explains the status of that portion of the refund. I have corresponded with the IRS to see if I can establish the ITIN status for my wife and son and as of today, the situation remains ongoingI am really surprised that these CAA’s cannot check the status of their own ITIN applications or get a copy of the numbers issued to their Clients.I will keep you informed accordingly.Regards,*** ***
