I am rejecting this response because: I haven't heard back from their franchise office yet. It has been more than 10 days since H&R block told me that their franchise office will contact me.H&R block should realize that their customers' time is important and they cannot wait so long (>10 days) to hear back from a franchise office

They have never addressed the issues detailed in the complaint.  Weeks after I solved my own problem they had the correct person call.  Fix the issues in the complaint or at least address them.

I am not sure if you have recieved my other respond. To make my story short this has been a Nightmare not only for me but my children and the rest of my other family. I have been given the run around. I have been placed on hold on the phone for too long, h&r block even asked me to do their job by contacting both my bank and the other bank they have sent my funds to. Very inconvenience for me and my two babies. Numerously denied verbal contact with the manager branch even when we stop by the branch. Now, after my mom visited the h& r block they told her I am no longer welcome and WILL not accept me AT h&r block. By the way,  H&R Block [redacted] whom I trusted to do my Refunds still has my other W2 Form which has not been process yet. Till this day I have not receive my refunds, BUT AS FOR H& R BLOCK. THEY GOT THEIR MONEY FROM ME ALREADY. NOW I AM BEHIND on my LOANS, MY CABLE etc. Due to this issue yet I cannot get a straight true answer from h&r block in regards to this problem. Not only it consume away my time from my two babies but my work lunch hour to make return calls to h&R BLOCK JUST FOR THEM TO PUT ME ON HOLD THE ENTIRE TIME. NOT ONLY I WAS LIED TO BUT ALSO TOOK VALUABLE TIME AND  MONEY. These are the Least thing I need, I am a.busy mom whom who trusted H&R BLOCK TO DO THEIR JOB AND MOVE ON WITH OUR LIVES BUT INSTEAD ITS A DISASTER.

additional documents and information to complete the review process.  However, in February 2015, we attempted to address this matter with Mr. [redacted]  and were told that due to a family situation, he was unavailable and would call and/or provide what was required at a later date. To date, the information has not been provided. Please note that H&R Block has since made several attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] by phone and have left messages to no avail. Tax preparation requires two-way communication as it is imperative that H&R Block work together with our clients. In this case, the office will need to speak with Mr. [redacted] and obtain the necessary documents to continue the review of the Peace of Mind claim. Should Mr. [redacted] remain interested in resolving matters in its entirety, we ask that he contact the district office as soon as possible. Otherwise, we are unable to move forward. I am rejecting this response because:I was never contacted by H&R block for additional information.  I received no emails or voice messages or letters from H&R block requesting additional information.  I do not know what additional information they are requesting.  I think they have all the information necessary to adjudicate this case.  They are obviously trying to renege on their contractual agreements.

Dear Revdex.com,  In review of this matter, our records reflect that Ms. [redacted] applied for the H&R Block Emerald Advance line of credit offered by H&R Block Bank and was approved for the amount of $600.00 on 11/21/16. Emerald Advance payments are due on or before...

the payment due date; at least the minimum payment must be paid every month until the balance is completely payed down by the required date of February 15th of each year. As per the terms and conditions of the H&R Block Emerald Advance line of credit, interest accrues daily and post monthly. In this case, we confirm that Ms. [redacted] was charged the amount of interest applicable to the Emerald Advance line of credit of which she was approved. In further research of this matter, our records reflect that Mrs. [redacted] chose to file using our RAC product. Refund Anticipation Check (RAC) is a service offered for an additional fee plus the cost of preparation that allow our client to pay all applicable fees through their tax refund rather than having to pay out of pocket. Our client is also given the option to direct deposit their tax refund in an external bank account or on the H&R Block Emerald Card (EC). If the RAC is not chosen then the other option offered to our client is the IRS Direct Deposit (IRS DD) to an Emerald Card. By choosing IRS DD to EC, all applicable fees associated with the preparation of our clients tax return must be paid upon e-filing the return. This option also authorizes H&R Block to automatically sweep the Emerald Card and pay down the Emerald Advance balance.  After which all remaining funds are deposited to the Emerald Card on record.We have provided attachments for Ms. [redacted]'s review: (1) The Emerald Advance Application showing the amount she was approved for; (2) Transaction history for the Emerald Advance account. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstandings our client has as it relates to the Emerald Advance Line of credit. However, the debt is valid and for that reason we must respectfully decline Ms. [redacted]'s request to return the funds.We trust this response will allow your office to close your file. I did received the payment, even though H&R Block mailed the payment to wrong addresses 3 times. The 3rd time it was sent to and  nice lady a block away and I was able to retrieve it with the help of UPS.It is hard to believe that after 18 year as H&R Block costumer they did  not have my address on file. Every year I receive junk mail from them.I cannot trust a careless company with my tax data when they cannot even get an address right.You lost me and a couple of friends as customers and since I mentioned at work several co-workers.
