They cancel items when they don't fit into shipping envelope
This has happened to me twice in the past month. I'll order and use the coupon code for free shipping on orders over $39. They send the clothing in an envelope and cancel the items that don't fit inside the envelope. Both times, I called and was told my items were canceled because they were out of stock. I simply re-ordered them because they were in stock on the website. On the next order, I received the item but invariably I'd receive a stuffed envelope and the items that didn't fit were canceled. Again, I re-ordered them.

After the third time of having something that I bought as a gift not show up that appears to be in stock on the website, I decided I'm better off ordering from a different company. I'd prefer Haband just be honest about why they're not shipping complete orders. Their dishonesty and cheapness give me the sense that they are about to go out of business.

Worst Customer Service EVER!
Their offshore, broken English customer service reps are programmed to deny virtually any request from a customer. Their online tools to manage or change an order or shipping location are non existent. Literally 5 minutes after order placement they will tell you your order is in "processing and shipment" and cannot be changed. That's a lie.
My latest experience with them is I placed an online order and found the default ship to location had been changed by them to a location I had used one time for a gift. I changed it on the order screen to my own address and double checked it. When I received the order acknowledgement minutes later, it was changed back to the other location. Naturally, their programmed customer service agent said it was too late to change the order.
Note: I have dealt with Haband off and on for 20 years and it is only in the past 6-7 years that they have changed. Interesting to note that all customer reviews have been removed from their site and they do not allow negative comments on their face book page. That ought to be our biggest clue. I will go elsewhere for any clothing orders in the future.

I do not trust this company They offer 25% off first order and free shipping Then when you go to order, you cannot use both Honestly the free shipping was worth more than the 25% for what I wanted, but could not get it I said forget it! The live chat could not help! Probably right about the rip off, and I would definitely want to track it, looks like that is non-existant also

Would not cancel my order hours after I made it online. Cancellation department closed on the weekend. Customer service would not cancel. Nothing has been shipped. They wouldn’t correct the sizes and they wouldn’t cancel. Told me I could return the items at my own expense. No way to reach anyone at corporate. Worst experience. Never again.

Beware of this business, they seem like scam artists to me My husband ordered a jacket from Haband and when I went to track it the tracking number Haband provided did not exist I called them to find out what happened to our shipment and was told I had to wait a full days from the shipment date and if we still had not received the product then I could call back and they would process a 'duplicate shipment' I have never had to do so much waiting for a company to make things right I just called them to let them know that a full days had passed and we've never received the product and the customer service rep actually said, "And would you like to receive it?" Seriously? Yes, I'd like to receive itI paid for it Customer service is non-existent here

With Haband, apparently it's more a matter of "money" than it is "principle."
The State of *** informed me that Haband owed me ELEVEN dollars,
yet neither Haband nor *** *** ***s (*** ***) wants to pay itNo wonder they receive so many complaintsJust for satisfaction, maybe I should just "air" my long-standing complaint
with "Ripped-Off" and other online sites

I have been trying to cancel VIP member ship I do not want the number and site they give you to do so is not in service no such number

Haband is a rip off company, they are charging my credit card a monthly VIP fee without my authorization Why would anybody pay for absolutely no service? I will never shop with them again!

Only do business with this company at your own risk I kept seeing a charge of $14+ on my credit card statement I knew I hadn't purchased anything from Haband in quite a long time I disputed the charges and they were credited The charge showed up again this month and I went through the dispute/credit process again I also called Haband and the rep told me I had signed up for some VIP service I had not I try to pay close attention to this type of thing, so wherever it was, it was hidden I got the "service" cancelled I don't like shyster companies, and Haband is one of them If there were reasonably close to me, I would consider taking physical actions; cheaters should be taught a very painful lesson

The problem with this company is that they do not disclose the return shipping fee of $9.99 until they send you the product you ordered. In my Mom's case, she paid $5.99 to have the product shipped to her, but would have been charged $9.99 to ship it back if she wanted to return it. Haband's customer service rep admitted on the phone that the return shipping policy is not on their website and I did not see any fee disclosed when I reviewed their shipping and return policy. This is a clear failure to disclose. Imagine charging more for the customer to ship the item back than the company charged her to send it to her in the first place. You have the option of using postal service instead of their return label. It is half the cost.

This company is by far the very worst to deal with. The very worst customer service. I ordered 2 pair corduroy slacks. Never received an email or tracking number as to when they would ship. I sent an email and then they show up in the mail. No communication at all.
The slacks did not fit and I used the PREPAID label to return them and order a different size. Again no confirmation they were received or a return was being processed. Again I send an email. Response said one pair is no longer available; back ordered. And they took 9.99 from my credit card for the return shipping with a PREPAID label. Apparently the customer was to pay for the shipping.
I called several times getting all different stories from each person I spoke with. I finally said I did not want to wait for the back order - just give me my money back. They said 1 pair was "ready to ship" so they could not return my money for that pair. That was days ago and again no communication or tracking number if they even did ship.
I received an email saying I would get both the product refund plus the 9.99 for shipping back; that was days ago and I did receive the product refund but not the shipping.
Another email went out this morning.
This is by far the worst company to deal with and they are crooks. I never authorized a debit of 9.99 from my account.
Be wise and do not order from this company; chances are you will not be satisfied if you ever have to return the product.
I placed my order a month ago so it has been going on that long.
I will never order from them again.

Haband is a rip off! They advertise free shipping with no restrictions yet when you go to check out they state shipping is extra because of living in Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories. Last time I looked Alaska and Hawaii were in the USA! Appeals to customer service do not good whatsoever as they just keep repeating that this is the way it is. I must admit that twice I have had the free shipping work out of more than twelve times of trying.

Review: I originally placed an order on Haband.com on 8/19/14. A few days later I received 3 men's shirts in the mail -but I ordered 12 WOMEN'S tops and a pair of women's shoes! I sent the men's tops back and they corrected the order and sent me the items I ordered. After trying all the items on I only wanted to keep 1 top from Haband (the other 2 items I kept were from Blair and Gold Violin.) I put the unwanted merchandise back in the box with the reason code slip inside and the return label affixed to the outside of the package. On 9/16/14, I received a credit for 52.97 to my account. Since that was not the total refund due to me, I thought they were still processing the return and I waited for the remaining credit to be issued. After several calls to customer sevice, I still as of 10/9/14, have not received credit for the additional items which is 123.94. I have been told on several (at least 6) occasions that customer service was looking into the problem. Then, on 10/8/14, I was told that a supervisor ([redacted]) was handling the refund and I have still not received a refund or a return phone call from him as I requested. Something is wrong with this company, their customer service callbacks need a major overhaul as well as how they handle returns. In my opinion, they are trying to take advantage of senior citizens who may not ever check their bill or notice that no refund was given. From the time the package left my home to the point that it was received by Haband, something must have went wrong. Haband wants me to pay for their mistake and I am not responsible for paying for items I did not keep. I need help outside of Haband customer service to resolve this problem promptly.Desired Settlement: I want the refund of 123.94 to be issued to my Haband credit account immediately.

Good morning. Since filing this complaint yesterday, I logged on to my Haband account and noticed they put the original order# [redacted] back on the computer (instead of the [redacted] which I reported on my complaint form.) The order number has changed several times over this whole fiasco which is not surprising sonce they sent the wrong items at first. So, since I cannot add the order numbers to the complaint, I want to document all of them here. They are: [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted], all of which are the same order!

I am rejecting this response because: The amounts stated in the letter from Ms. [redacted] are incorrect. She states that the refund amount is 155.92 in addition to the 52.97 I received on 9/17/14. However, I received a credit of 133.93 on 10/15/14 which is satisfactory to me. I accept the credits that have already been issued and appreciate your help in resolving this issue for me. Review: haband offered $10.00 discount on $40.00 purchase prior to 4/12' tried to place order for $45.00 on 4/11 but website refused to honordiscount.Desired Settlement: second time web site has refused to honor discount mailed to customers. fix website to honor discounts. stop advertising discounts it doesn't honor.

Review: I ordered two pair of shoes from Haband back in December 2013. We received one pair of shoes on1/21/14 order #[redacted] and the second pair of shoes were on back order at that time. I called Haband 3 or 4 times and they told me the shoes were still on back order. On 3/3/2014 I had a voice mail from Haband at about 1:00 p.m and it stated that the shoes were still on back order, and wanted to know if I wanted to cancel the order or wait until the shoes came in, the said if I wanted to cancel to say cancle and I said cancle. At that time the said your order had been canceled.

I ordered the shoes from another company the same day the order was canceled and they shipped the same day 3/3/2014. I looked at my credit card the next day 3/42014 and Haband had not reimbursed, I called Haband and the told me that the shoes I had canceled was packaged and ready to ship and they could not return my money I called them two times on the 3rd. and again today 3/5/2014 and they told we that the would not reimburse my money. I explained to 3 or 4 people that I had ordered the shoes from another company but they said they would not return my money.Desired Settlement: To get my credit card refund and they keep the shoes that were canceled.

Review: In January 2013 I placed a telephone order with this company. At that time they told me of an offer for $14.95 per month for free gifts. I told them I was NOT interested. I have placed orders with them since this time. In Jan 2014 I was reconciling my credit card bill for the year and noticed that they have been charging my credit card for the $14.95 since Jan 2013 for 13 months to the total of $194.35. When I called the company to complain they told me the only thing they could do was refund 1 month ($14.95).

I did not agree to this in the first place and feel that they have taken advantage of me.Desired Settlement: I feel that a full refund for the amount of $194.35 is due.

This offer included receiving, in the form of a gift code number, $20 off her next Haband purchase. She was not obligated to accept the membership offer and her Haband purchase was not contingent upon accepting the offer.

The representative taking Ms. [redacted] order is required to inform all customers of the program terms before asking them if they would like to accept. Any customer who is interested in the offer is asked to enter the last four digits of their telephone number on their telephone key pad to confirm their acceptance. It is explained to the customer that after the first 30 days, the membership will automatically continue for a membership fee of $14.95 per month, billed by us as [redacted] to the same credit card, unless the customer asks to be canceled from the program. Cancellation may be made at any time with no further obligation.

We have been in contact with our partner company that administers our [redacted] program concerning Ms. [redacted] membership. We have received confirmation that the membership has been canceled on [redacted]/14 per customer request with a refund of 2 monthly billings. An additional refund of 15monthly fees $14.95 is being processed for a total refund of 256.10 to the credit card in which payment was applied.

We trust that this will resolve Ms.[redacted] issue with the [redacted]. As always, it was a pleasure assisting our customer in the resolution of her complaint.
