I ordered from the above referenced company on 5/5/There system had a major glitch and ran my card times, when I became aware of the situation I phoned into them right away , there message states there open on Saturdays but as I was informed Monday by them they are not and I was told they will look into there voicemailSo I spoke with my card company as well as the 3rd party processor [redacted] ***They informed that the company processed my card times , so I gave them permission to cancel the other too and leave oneSo I called in to state line on Monday and spoke with Meghan, Susan , Jackie and another rep and then ended with MeghanI was informed in the morning that they have my money in pending and there department is working on pulling the order as there request I was to call [redacted] etc to get merchant id, terminal id and an order numberSo noon came around and I did not hear back from anyone , so I called in again just to be dragged around and misinformed , again gave t

ON December 2, I order a pair of boots for my step son Upon receiving the item and trying them on they were to big, we were unaware that this brand of boots ran larger then then most other brands I called [redacted] also known as TAB LLC, and they said they would get me an RA number and I could exchange them I received an e-mail with an RA number a few days later and the information of where to return the item and that they would issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee I called them back and told them I just wanted to exchange the item, and they stated that they only issue refunds, but since it was christmas time that I might want to re-order them and pay them again to get them in time and they would issue a refund once they got the other boots back I told them I am on a fixed income and can't afford to do that, so I just sent the boots back which cost me an additional $to do so They received the boots back on December 7th, I waited for refund and behold n

I have placed an order on 3/at 8:pmI paid using [redacted] , unfortunately the shipping address on file was wrongI emailed PetFood.com customer service at 8:pm asking them to change the shipping informationThey advertised that an email will be responded to within one business dayUnfortunately, they took business days to reply or regular daysBy then the package has already shipped to the wrong addressNumerous emails and a phone conversation with the customer service did not yield in a favorable resolution Customer service representatives did not honor the advertised time to respond and guaranteed customer satisfactionThey took my money and I do not have the item purchasedI do feel that I should have gotten my money back

No Bueno! Sadly TABcom is NOT Pet or Customer friendly many of us have asked literaly for years to have a window/pop up showing exactly how our items will be shipped This seems to be most important for the Equestrian consumers Reason being horses, ranches, farms are in rural locations (often extremely rural) where the United States Postal Service does not, will not deliverIf an item is sent via USPS then it gets bounced back to Post Office, other attempts at delivery are made then item is sent back to Stateline (Statelines vendor) by that time (weeks later) not only do you NOT have your paid for merchandise but, you're out those $$$ too! I HAVE SUGGETSTED, BEGGED, PLEADED WITH STATELINE TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM - YET YEARS HAVE GONE BY & ZERO CHANGES, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! What is absolutely amazing to me is that TABcom LLC's company profile reads as such: "TABcom develops and maintains websites that offer products, social engagement and interactive content for enthusiasts with a variety of interests." Bascially a giant conglomerate of "could careless" techies that can't even correct their own platforms!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE PET LOVERS ~

Ordered two riding helmets on 4/25/ I got a shipping confirmation and tracking number (which was the same for both) When the package arrived, I only received one Called this business twice before someone could tell me my item was backordered After another call, I was told it would ship direct from the manufacturer on 6/1/and I would get updated tracking information As of today, I still have not received my item I called to cancel and get a refund I was told that I wasn't charged for the item, they don't charge until they ship I have a paypal receipt for the payment, as they thought they had shipped the helmet After arguing, being laughed at and basically treated like an it, a supervisor (who wouldn't even come to the phone) determined I was owed a refund

I placed an online order on 02/27/ [redacted] , I saw immediately on the confirmation that it did not pick up the shipping correctlyI called the number to ask if they would fix it they said no it was shipping as isI advised the agent that I needed it as an emergency and not 5days or more laterShe still refused to correct the problemI will have to purchase another item and ship it correctly I called back to the supervisor and advised this is not the order I placed and if they could not fix it I was not authorizing these chargesShe basically called me a liar for not selecting the right shipping when I did and told me they would be charging my card This is charging my card without my authorization and no I must spend the time to try to get a refund and more time to send the item back that I don't want anyway

BEWARE....Return Policy Ordered several products and family member bought me of the products BEFORE products I ordered were delivered Products came in separate deliveries by FedEx Called customer service, explained reason for returning last delivery which was the duplicate products from family member No return shipping label included in package so I requested return label Was told I had to pay for shipping due to return policy which is provided when ordering I was told I could return products by any means of shipping (FedEx, Parcel, or Post Office) I chose Parcel Post The duplicate products totaled $when ordered BUT returning them cost me $ Other means of shipping would cost me more so I shipped them and used a credit card to return products I called 1800PetSupplies and was told they would get back to me after speaking to higher up management RESULT: I received $gift card to their store for returning $worth of products but cost me $for returning them

On 9/6/I ordered a few items from Dog.com including a puppy playpenThe puppy playpen was back ordered but supposed to be in stock by 9/On 9/the pen shippedWhen I hadn’t received it on 9/I looked for tracking informationThe tracking number was available on Dog.com but no information so I looked up the tracking number indicated on UPSIt told me that Dog.com had requested the pen shipped back to themI immediately called Dog.com and was told I would have to speak to a certain extensionI was left to talk to a voicemailWhen no one had called me back the next day, I called again and was told I had to speak to a certain extensionI left another voicemailI finally got a call backEvidently they had some reason to believe that there might have been fraud so they recalled my order WITHOUT CONTACTING ME!! She said they didn’t have my phone number but they certainly had my email address!!! At that point I verified the information and was told they would reinstate the order immediatelyI called again on October to find out when I could expect my penThey were just processing the order and the woman on the phone promised me she would call me back THAT DAY to tell me when the pen would be shippedNow it’s October 5thStill no callNo shipping information on their siteLast time I order from them!!!

I ordered insulin for my cat and they sent me a bottle that expired in two monthsHowever,on the prescription label they put the expiration date for a yearI emailed them and sent them pictures twice of the actual bottle showing it expired in two months and the label saying a year and I haven't heard back sinceMy last email was back in July and I have never heard back from themI basically paid $for a bottle that lasted two months when it usually lasts me about months and expires in a year! T

Do not use this companyAs a matter of fact you can check out their Facebook page and read customer reviewsThey are horribleIf you need pet medication go somewhereThey do not care about their customersMy chihuahua has congestive heart failure and needs her meds for lifeYou order and they leave you in limbo while no one is tending to your orderThey will blame your vet for the reason that they somehow haven’t received approvalBut what they didn’t know with me is that my dogs cardiologist and I are friends and they tried to put blame on her and the staff for the reason why the order was dragged out and delayed the approval in order to ship meds outDO NOT USE KV SUPPLY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I made an order for $through *** pay from petsuppliesI was told ( I called *** because the website had an error) the order did not go through and to return to petsupplies.com and pay on their site causing my order to be duplicated & my being charged $twiceI called petsupplies.com before placing the order and was assured the one through *** did not go throughSo they placed the orderhours later I got confirmation the *** order went throughAnd even though petsupplies was suppose to make sure there was not a duplicate order/charge both orders were charge & shippedNow they aren't returning the full amount I was charged because of their errorThey're making $50+ off of me because they made a mistakeI expect a full refund

My mom bought me a gift card for Christmas, and I tried to use it, but was unsuccessfulThe internet site kept saying that the card would not be usedI called and spoke with a Repon two separate occasions, and both told me, "I don't know why the card won't work." There was no resolutionI then got the receipt from my mom, and tried to order again with the gift cardIt said that the gift card would be used, but never showed a $deduction on the invoiceI naively assumed it would show up on my billIt didn'tThen I called again and told them I have the receipt and I need this resolvedThe lady said her name was AleciaShe told me that the number I had called to speak to her is not the same company, and call the number on the back of the gift cardSo I did, and got the very same ladyShe said the number on the card is long, and their numbers are shortShe said either the card is old or it's been usedI told her I have only ordered one time, and I have not been able to use

TERRIBLE!!!! I have ordered timesBoth times they screw up the orderThey never ship it out, say they are waiting for someone???? They have my prescriptions on orderI ordered in plenty of time before I run out but then they dont sendHave to call or times yelling at them to find order, they say they will call back and never doThey are only a middleman with some other pharmacy that fulfills the order and never cono what they are doing!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

This is a horrible company that has shady policies, I regret giving them my business, and I should have taken their shoddy website as a red flagI will not give them my business again!
