I am very unsatisfied with my order..I paid almost dollars extra for faster shippingday select..I put in my order on a Tuesday mid day and my order is apparently not getting here until the next Monday..when I emailed the company I got zero response..so I called them and was met with a very rude customer service rep who offered no help and no solutions..I will never order from this company again..my order was dollars and I was planning on doing more business with them but never again!!!!
Took my money my money out of the bankThen, they sent an email saying that the pharmacy was down and they didn't know when it would be back upThey refused to cancel my order and give me my money backThey said I would have to wait for the pharmacy to be back upMoney was credited one week after my purchase dateTheir website now says that they oversold the product
I bought horse boots, tried them on the horse, walked her around for 20-minutesThey rubbed her feetI got a return authorization #, sent them back and got a phone call yesterday that they cannot be returned because they are "used" How else does one determine if boots fit unless the horse is allowed to walk around in them?
