I orderd a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas from State Line Tack on the 16th of DecemberThey stated they would be shipped within hrsOn the 18th I called customer service and asked when they would ship? He stated they are due to ship that eveningOn the night of the 19th I still did not receive a conformation email stating they were shipped so I emailed State Line Tack and informed them I would like to cancel my orderOn the 20th I received conformation that the order was cancelledOn the 27th I received the boots that had been confirmed cancelledI checked my bank account and found they had charged me for the boots on the 23rdI immediatetly contacted State Line Tack and informed them of the situation and that I needed my account reimbursedI received an email stating I would need to return the boots, pay the shipping and when they received them I would be refunded my money less a 10% restocking feeI argued that I am not paying for something that was clearly not my fault and I should be returned the full amount taken out of my accountThe customer service representative sent me an email confirming the total amount originally taken out of my account would be reimbursed back to meAfter a half of dozen emails later trying to get the return label, I finally received the label and returned the boots on the 28thOn the 23rd of January, I had still not received the credit on my cardI again sent another email stating thisI received an email that day stating it was credited and allow 2-business days to processOn the 25th of January my account was finally credited back the amount but they shorted me $2! I sent an email back today stating I still want my $2! We will see how long this takesIt makes me belive they would have held on to my money until I was going to say somethingI will never buy anything from this company again or reccommend them to anyone!
They have poor customer service, are dishonest and they do not stand behind what they say, even when they give it to you in writing

Ordered a pair of Justin boots Wk 4905, they show to be in stock on there website, shows to ship in hrsHowever the boots I received are way to big I ordered the same size I wear in other brandsI contacted them about a exchange, I was told there would be a 10% restocking fee since they were dropped hipped from Justin and I would have to pay the return shipping charges that is about dollarsI have read there return policy there is nothing that states about a 10% restocking fee It says I have days to return them I call the day I received the bootsThey sent me to Justin Boots for help Justin sent me back to State Line Tack hey have been no help WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH

KV Supply uses a 3rd party pharmacy that apparently they are only able to e-mail with and therefore can not actually help you with your orders
I am really appalled with the lack of customer service
I've had three people tell me in over the last two days that they would find out what happened with the order I placed nine days ago and call me backNot a single call back
Do not use them if you actually need medications for your animals

I ordered FerretVite High Calorie Vitamin Supplement for my sick ferret and needed very quickly They sent me the wrong product, FerretVite Daily Vitamin Supplement, and claimed that’s what I ordered I asked them: I says High Calorie on your website right? And the customer service woman, Megan, said “yes but the upc must match too, if your product’s upc matches what we have then we sent the correct product”I asked her: so I ordered a product by looking at the incorrect box and specificationsI need to know the correct upc to order what I want? She asked me to send a photo of the product I received, even after reading all of the information about it to her plus the upcIt was still not satisfactory that I got the wrong productShe said I would receive a call back after she got the photo I’m still waiting for that call

On 6/i placed an order (# ***) for a total of (total of items) On 6/i noticed that in my bank account, I was charged and a additional When I called 1800petsupplies, I told them that I was being charge for the addtl amount (215.39), they advised me that it was a hold and it will be release in hours even though I see that it was a hold but the money was removedon 6/i looked at my bank account and saw that they did take the on hold and they charged me I called again and explained to them and they said wait hours even though I told them the money was removed (the that they claimed was a hold)On 6/22, (hours had passed by then) I called my bank to confirm that they were seeing what I was seeing in my account and they did confirm that the amount is on hold but it was removedAfterwards, I called them again and told them I had spoken to the bank and they told me that everything ships separately and therefore they did

I’ve been trying for weeks to get ahold of them about exchanging a defective item they sent me and every time I call I get hung up on after hours on hold, they are also ignoring my emailsDONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!

Terrible company, I ordered some prescription medication for my dog I received an email stating that they would ship the order separatedI contacted them because the first prescription had not arrived, the lady from costumer service said that she was going to contact me back when she find out the status of the orderThem minutes later she left me a message saying that my prescription was declined by my VetI was furious because my do really needed this prescription,they never notified meI contacted my Vet and they said that my dog was listed under a different name, because I had change my dogs name after the adoption.I understood about the miscommunication, but the they treat me like I was a problem in a condescending matterI will never do business with them again! I requested a refund now I have to wait another days to get credit back in my account

During I have placed three orders with KV SupplyTwo of those orders were badly managed that resulted in my dogs having to go without their medicine, one was for a heart condition and the other for arthritis, for a number of daysThe latest order issues were that one of the medicines was on backorder and the other they couldn't locate the authorization which had been faxed to themI wasn't informed of either of these issues until after checking online and seeing that the order status noted that it had been shipped days priorWhen I called to inform them I had not received the order, I was informed about the backorder and lack of authorizationWhen dealing with medicines related to serious health issues of my pets, this is totally unacceptable and irresponsible conduct of a company purporting to be trustworthy and professionalKV Supply is neither!

Sadly TABcom is NOT Pet or Customer friendly many of us have asked literaly for years to have a window/pop up showing exactly how our items will be shipped This seems to be most important for the Equestrian consumers Reason being horses, ranches, farms are in rural locations (often extremely rural) where the United States Postal Service does not, will not deliverIf an item is sent via USPS then it gets bounced back to Post Office, other attempts at delivery are made then item is sent back to Stateline (Statelines vendor) by that time (weeks later) not only do you NOT have your paid for merchandise but, you're out those $$$ too!
I HAVE SUGGETSTED, BEGGED, PLEADED WITH STATELINE TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM - YET YEARS HAVE GONE BY & ZERO CHANGES, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!
What is absolutely amazing to me is that TABcom LLC's company profile reads as such:
"TABcom develops and maintains websites that offer products, social engagement and interactive content for enthusiasts with a variety of interests." Bascially a giant conglomerate of "could careless" techies that can't even correct their own platforms!!!

I was overcharged on an order I placedThe total on my order is $they charged me $They admitted a system glitch caused the total to generate as $when it should have been the $so they charged me the $without my approval or knowledgeI don’t think I should have to pay the extra $since they had the glitch and I think it is extremely inappropriate to just charge me the $without contacting me at all for approval before charging an amount different than the one I agreed to payIt is not ethical to charge people more than they agree to pay and it is also illegal

Ordering was easy, and the shipment arrived on time The item I delivered had been worn and was dirty and brokenI contacted the company immediately, but it was after hours on Friday, so no response was received till MondayVia email I was asked if I could print a label, and for pics of the itemI responded yes, and included pics After waiting days, I followed up with a phone call and was told a label was on its wayThe following day still no labelI called again, this time a label was sent immediatelyI mailed it off and waited a week before I called to follow upI was told that it would take a week to ten business days for a refundWhen I asked to speak with a manager, they decided to process my return, but told me it would take up to hrs for it to post Since the item was used and broken when I received it, I really expected better customer serviceIt took almost a month from the time I placed the order to get it resolvedI will take my business elsewhere in the future Not even an apology from anyone for wasting my time, or the used product I received

I purchased a *** Saddle for my husbands bday,on the 21st of April .paid for it in *** received it around the 26th of april.the workmanship and appearance just wasn't what I had expected for a saddle that sold for over 800.00.so I returned it with a RA# that their service rep provideAnd was assured that within to days they would credit my *** account..Which did not happenI have contacted them several times over this matter
and been put off every time or transferred to another department which then disconnects my phone and hangs up ,,if u ever dealt with automatize phone systems you know what I'm saying.so I waited till my 10-days was over and ck my *** still no refund called customer service they said 3-more days for refund to processes .so waited again ..NO REFUND.so I filed a claim with ***.and called them back.and was told till *** is resolved they wouldn't be able to refund my money..well now its almost a month and still this business has not
