My Toyota had it's second defective wheelEach were cracked Toyota agreed that it was a manufacturer's defectI have been waiting months tooth receive reimbursement for a wheel that I had to purchase from themStaff is deceptive, I have been told multiple times in the past six months that the check was in the mailFor days I attempted to reach Keith Halterman the owner, his staff had the nerve to tell me that they had no way of ever reaching him and that he just drops by on occasionIt is very insulting for them to assume that I would be foolish enough to believe such a ridiculous storyI believe I may have talked to mrHalterman tonight but because his company was continually they could have put anyone on the phoneIf this was truly MrHalterman speaking with him was just as insultingHe seem to find it humorous that I was angry and upset and continually laughed during our conversationMy Toyota is up for sale, because of the way I was treated I will never own anotherNow I will sit for another to days waiting to see if my check arrivesThis staff at the dealership are deceptive, I would never recommend them to anyone

They are still acting as
if the behavior of their sales representatives was correct and still haven't
rendered an apology, nor addressed the solution I proposed They are
still lying and covering their backs instead of admitting the error of their
waysI do not want the car they sold me, I did not buy a new car to be fixed up
by their technicians! If I wanted to buy an old car I would have bought a used
car for a fraction of the price And even if the car had no issues they
still flat out deceived me into trading in my car with promisesThey
told me they would help me save money and tricked me into trading in my
car with promises of getting me a *** ** and lowering my car payments,
thus helping me “save” on the long termWhich did not happen, in fact I owe
way more money than I did beforeThey did not deliver on their promise, and
even after the fact they are still pushing their lie! They are even lying about
the time frame and who I actually spoke toI called Toyota Corporate on the
dates I submitted along with this complaint, I left a voice-mail for Michael R***
explaining that what they did to me was wrong and had mislead me into trading
in my car with promises of saving me money which ended up with me having
to pay way more money than what I was actually paying before, he replied by
leaving me a voice-mail, I called back and I spoke to MrR*** on 10/31/
When I asked him to explain to me how he was supposedly saving me money, now
that I had the numbers in front of me and realized what they had done, then he
said he didn't knowAfter reassuring me time and time again at the dealership when
I bought the car that I was saving so much money by doing this, now his response
was that he doesn't know At his response and seeing that speaking to the
dealership directly would not get me anywhere, I called the Toyota Corporate
Office, explained the situation to them and filed a complaintThey told me it
would take the dealership two days to respond, and since I didn't hear from
them, I called them myself on 11/01/When I spoke to the sales manager he
came up with another story on the price of the car; Michael R*** on 10/31/
told me the car only cost me thousand, by Saturday the price of the car had
mysteriously shifted to thousand, yet Toyota Finance says the price of the
car is a completely different amount, excluding the GAP insurance and other
fees The dealership is flat out lyingWhen the manager got off the
phone, the next person that got on the phone was rude and even had the nerve of
blaming me for falling for the scam; I told him he had to help me and to change
his tone and attitude with me, then he told me to go by on MondayI called
Toyota Corporate again and told them I didn’t think that the dealership was
going to be much help and that is when they advised I get legal counsel or
contact the Better Business Borough which I didAt this point I know they have
no intention in resolving this situation truthfully and without pulling another
scam on me.
They need to respond
according to the terms that I previously proposed on this complaint: I want a
Toyota *** **, “which is what I was offered, with less car payments, a
0.00% APR, $money down and a $monthly car payment for monthsI
want to save like they promised me I would, not losing a penny of my previous
investmentI also want compensation for any medical bills I might incur
because of this ordealAfter this situation I
haven’t been able to sleep much at night, I'm experiencing anxiety and have
even lost my appetiteI lost over $11, thousand dollars because of their
fraudulent representation of the trade-in, money I might never recuperate and
was scammed to take a $36,dollar debt including fees, taxes, a warranty
that I explicitly told them I do not want, and an overpriced car which has
issues...” And if they insist in excusing their fraudulent behavior by completely
ignoring the facts to continue to cover up for the unethical behavior of their
sales representatives, instead of apologizing and treating me like a customer,
I will simply turn this over to an attorneyThanks

I do have a contract as well as a clear record where it is stated on the car sales documentit shows clearly that in addition to the price of the car, registration, taxes, etc., there are two additional fees of $each for a total of one is for exterior protection (which I do not have any issues with), and the second is for drivpur (with which I am having problems.)they financed at for five years; the age of car finance contract.
it took them close to two years to take my request seriously and only after I contacted youit is totally unacceptable they do not honor their salesi do have documents and records to show all but they act like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing only to send me on another chase where no one knows how to helpi do refuse their service for more than one reason but mostly I already cleaned and serviced my car and I really am not comfortable in their garage any longer; not after all the problemsi did give them more than one chance to stand up to their standards and provide what is expected, and I did inform them during our last conversation that the only offer I will accept is a refund although I would have been happy to accept any offer that had for mei also told their sales manager that I will be including your agency, as well as the attorney general's office but they did not take that seriouslyi know I might lose what I paid but I plan to deduct from my monthly payment via *** ***wish me luckthank you

Dear *** ***: Thank you for the copy of the letter Alan B*** of Halterman's sent to you. Unfortunately, they are taking a hard line position on the month/mile warranty which I assume applies to their service. I have previously submitted a third party opinion by another mechanic which states that the problem should not have occurred in miles unless the work was incorrectly done in the first place. As the problem manifested itself as a slightly rough idle, how was a driver, who is not a trained mechanic, like myself supposed to know that there was a problem? It was only in the replacement of some electronic sensors that the problem was diagnosed and not until the Halterman mechanic tore down the engine (not once, but two times) the problem of burnt valves was discovered. MrB***'s position is an uninformed one and therefore incorrectI would appreciate anything the Revdex.com can continue to do on my behalf to reach a fair and equitable decision on this matter
