I received a package that was delivered by UPS,the outer box had been opened and taped back up when I opened the box to take out a cellphone the phone was missing.I contacted UPS only to be told that there is really no way of tracking what employee stole the phone.I find this totally unacceptable and will file a police report myself.I would not recommend UPS service to anyone since they do not hold their employees responsible for stealing .

I have a package that was SUPPOSED to be picked up by UPS on Tues., Nov. 29th., to go to [redacted] When it wasn't picked up by Wed., Nov. 30th, I called them. The 1st lady I spoke with couldn't give me any information, the lady she transferred me to told me I would receive a call back within an hour. I waited over 2 hours & called again. The man who took my call DEMANDED that I give him my credit card number to pay for the pick up fee. I insisted on speaking with a supervisor. WHEN the supervisor FINALLY got on the phone, I was informed that [redacted] had paid the fee and my package would be picked up before MIDNIGHT! Not only, have they still not called me back, but they also have NOT picked up my package. I can't find any phone numbers to contact someone about this. I'm SUPPOSED to be out today, paying my bills, but now I have to stay home and wait for them!

This is my shipping #1Z17EXXXXXXXXXXXXX, I send lamp bulbs to my customer, I put heavy thick plastic wrap on the box that shipping personal can see its fragile merchandise in there, so your customer service didn't said anything about this item packed wrong, I am still waiting to return my item, there is no information about returning this item,
I ask for claim customer service said don't bother us, you packed wrong, you don't get anything back, for your customer service reps on 1 (800) 742-5877 0 star,

I looking to resolve my issue, I will keep my bad reviews until I get back my merchandise cost.

I am not the type of person to write a review even when experiencing poor service but UPS has repeatedly refused to correct the same problem leaving me without my package for a month.

I am beyond frustrated with this company and its lack of professionalism and customer care. I will NEVER ship through UPS again after this experience. I am shocked at how poorly such a large company deals with its problems and customers.

I feel like it is ground hog day and each time I am promised a delivery, it fails and then I am back on the phone for hours at a time eventually even being HUNG UP ON on hold.

I will not keep this story of my experience to myself any longer. I only wish I could be telling a better story to all of my friends and social media than the horrific story I am telling now.

I had received tracking information on a package I had ordered and it informed me that it would be delivered 11/3/2016. This morning the tracking information says it doesn't know when it will be delivered. I called to ask UPS and they say hopefully I will get it Monday. They don't know for sure. I called the company that I placed the order through and they tell me this has been happening more frequently. I am really aggravated. This is twice this has happened in the past few months. They really need to get their act together.

The absolute worst customer service. The driver never knocks and I always end up having to go to the hub during rush hour traffic to pick up my package. Worse yet is the hub supervisor Lisa, when I brought this to her attention instead of fixing the problem has only made it worse. Now the driver refused to deliver at all.

Time sensitive package delayed, after arriving in final destination city. It was shipped then to another state. When I offered to pick it up myself they said that I couldn't and just had to endure the delay. This is the 4th time this year they mishandled a package of mine, and 2nd one being time sensitive.

UPS is my absolute last choice for any delivery service currently available. On every occasion I have had something shipped by them, the driver has walked up to my door without my package, refused to knock, and left a sticker on my door declaring I had used one of my three strikes before they would send my package back to sender. They give the option to have the driver leave the package at the door, but in order to do so, you have to allow UPS to give up all responsibility for any damage they cause to the package, which is absolutely insane. No other shipping company requires that. This forces me to wait outside in the elements (which in Florida can include heat in the 90's) for my package, losing out on work and putting my health in danger. If you sign up for their My Choice program, they will provide you with a 4-hour delivery window that they will then completely ignore. I have spoken to multiple customer service representatives who always give the same line. "The four-hour window is an estimate, it can arrive any time between 9am and 7pm. If you want a guaranteed two-hour delivery window, you can pay $8". UPS isn't a legitimate business, it's an extortion scheme! You pay for a service, but if you don't pay for their "extras", they won't provide you the original service. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely awful experience. After extending their promised delivery day from the 25th to the 28th, the company refused to allow me to pick up the product early. Tracking details didn't update for 28 hrs, with a departure on the 23rd from my city, to an arrival again in my city on the 25th.

Customer service on the phone was useless, repeating the same things again and again. Supervisor was unable to assist in anyway.

The next day my order was then delayed again, now not to be deliver till later in the week. Either the company is partaking retribution or is incompetent.

I have had a few packages shipped with UPS. Every package was late by at least two days. Also when trying to schedule delivery times for packages my time windows were always cancelled. When speaking with customer service I have always been told there is nothing they can do and I was never issued a refund or any compensation for my missed delivery dates. I have even had an electronics package show up at my door and handed to me by the driver soaking wet to the point the box fell apart in my hands with my item broken costing me more money to get it returned and a new one shipped. Overall customer service was poor and the actually delivery service is not exceptable.

The [redacted] has already been**iled ( with someone in the Philippines ) (whatever happened to local service?).
Working in my home office (4**t.**rom the door) I heard a noise. Ups had dropped a package. I asked the driver why he did not knock and he said " get a[redacted]ing door bell.
Hopped in his truck and left. If this is the quality and level of service, I don't think I need Ups again and recommend that no one else use them.

I have just lost two days wages waiting around for a UPS delivery. I was told on Mon evening it was coming Tue, but it didn't show. I was told Tue sorry about that, it will be delivered Wed. I called at 5pm to see where my pkg was and was told it would be delivered by 7 pm. Called at 7:15 and spent 45 mins only to be told sorry about that. It should be Thur now. The customer service at UPS is horrible, as is there delivery service. This is only the most recent of many problems I've had with them. I will never use them again if I have a choice.

The UPS account IS NOT SAFE!
Somebody used my UPS account. I called UPS twice to solve the problem, they said it will be solved. Citibank reimbursed me the money and then after two months, UPS sent me to collections.
Please note that this is for a package I didn't sent and I didn't received, is someone else's, as it appears in the invoice.
It took 5 months to solve the issue and the customer service was very very rude.
If this happen to me, It can happen to you. Please be aware if you don't want unwanted charges in your account and several hours at the phone.
No wonder UPS has 1 star rating.

In all the years I've used UPS this is the first time that this happens. During all my college years I received books with very few problems but this time I've had. I am waiting for a present and it this is the second day that the UPS tracking system claims that my street number is wrong. I clicked on 'correct my address' but there was nothing to correct, okay, so today I thought that they were going to finally deliver my package but no, once again I see that 'wrong street number' message. I contact the UPS costumer service through e-mail and they give my number to my local facility (McAllen, TX), this is where things get ugly. I get a call from a private caller, and a really condescending lady asks me about my address I confirm that the address is correct and has always been now when I proceed to give her a description of the cars outside the house, which are very noticeable and usually have been helpful when FEDEX is trying to find my house, she interrupts me and asks me if the number of the house is visible I tell her no, and I continue trying to explain her that the cars make better landmarks for the house she abruptly interrupts me and tells me to put the number where it can be seen and hangs up. Now, I understand and I know that I had to put the number but I was trying to her instructions for the driver so this whole 'wrong street number' deal doesn't happen again. I also wanted to ask if I could even receive a call when the driver was on his way so I could wait outside but she didn't even let me finish. If my package doesn't come tomorrow or comes damaged it won't surprise me. These people seem extremely unprofessional and even petty.

Paid to mail a package guaranteed within a certain time. When the package didn't arrive, I went on the website to track it. I saw that it was in Ky. I called and was connected to Mumbai, Delhi, or somewhere, and they said that my package should be at its destination that evening. Well, it didn't show. So I went back online, and it hadn't moved, so I called again. They told me that my package had been delivered, but the receiver said that it hadn't arrived. Confused, I went to collect my own mail, and there was the package, in a new envelope, and it was addressed to me. I called the store that I sent it from, and they were good enough to look into it for me. They contacted me, and said that the label had been ripped off in route, so UPS just put the contents into another envelope and shipped it back to me. They didn't bother to look in the system to see where it was going, or even update the tracking information. The call center lied about its whereabouts, The confidential, time-sensitive legal documents inside were compromised when they transferred them to another envelope, and to add injury to insult, they were unapologetic when I called to complain.

UPS website tracking showed my package to be delivered on Wednesday three days prior. Package was never delivered called UPS facility in Rialto California they said we don't look at tracking information just our computer and was also told they don't know anything about the tracking website. Customer service there just didn't care.

Had a package placed on a hold, so it wouldn't be delivered to my home, incompetence, apparently, sent the package back out on a truck to be delivered, which wasn't delivered because no one was home!!!! Went to pick it up, wasn't there! Will never use UPS again

I have had wonderful service from the driver who services my home at [redacted] Lane in Deltaville, Va
He is a great guy and a wonderful asset to your company.

UPS will never get anymore of my business. - Reference #: X-XXX-XXX-XXXXX

No records in their system of my phone call to request to hold a package.
No email as promised confirming where the package would be held.
Access Point had no power next day so they could not confirm where my package was.

I called to track my package and spoke with a representative from India. He confirmed he was not in the USA and when I asked for a confirmation to be emailed to me regarding package to be held at a facility - he said email would arrive in 15 minutes. No such email ever arrived.

I called for the 2nd time, no record of my previous request nor conversation was in the system.
Manager was unable to confirm where my package was and if it could be picked up because the Access Point had lost power and they were effectively shut down - per the words of Tony (mgr.). No back-up generator at the Access Point to keep the customers' parcels safe and secure????? No guarantee that if I did the job UPS should do (deliver a package), that the Access Point would be open.

What's the Access Point ph #? Cannot provide to customers. LOL

UPS - cannot ever do their job. I abhor this company and will avoid using at all costs. I will not work with vendors who use [redacted] rocks and their follow through and customer service options are the best bar none.

LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

ups is a sham in the fact that they transfer their shipments to to usps and don't even do the job they are paid to do. Why are they even in business. From now on I will just use the [redacted]
