[redacted] chose to leave the gym in late April and for a while we had no contact witheach otherWhen [redacted] left the gym he had told me and my manager that the membership hepaid upfront did not need to be refunded and that he hoped it would help the business [redacted] told me that the T-shirt that had previously been purchased could be used as a giveaway for theother membersThe stereo in question is a sound bar that he had given to us in the beginning ofAprilI have multiple text messages from [redacted] stating that he did not want the money backand to use the T-shirt as a giveaway; this is his message verbatim, and I quote "I am paid throughaugust and don't want any of the money backI paid up front to help and I hope it does use themoney towards my shirt as a contest to give away as a referral contest" and witnesses of the factthat they were there and heard when [redacted] gave me the stereoIf you have any questions orneed any additional information do not hesitate to contact meThank you for your time.Abraham P [redacted] Gym Owner

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] As various negative reviews listed on [redacted] , *** and the Revdex.com account for, there is a recurring theme of dishonesty and questionable business practices As to the last comment about any racial bias, that is just silly My purpose is simply to alert others, looking for feedback regarding this dealership Regards, [redacted] [redacted]

Dear Mr [redacted] , Per our conversation today over the phone and per your request, I am responding to complaint ID [redacted] for Ms [redacted] in regards of her VW she purchased from our DealershipI called [redacted] on Wednesday and asked her if she can bring the vehicle to our service department to diagnose it and her response was she is afraid to drive it because the vehicle shakes and need to be towedI told her no problem I will come personally to your house and I will drive the carwe drove the car and there was no shaking and the car drove fineI told our technician to check the car and drive it for a mins to see if there is anything wrongAgain the car was fineI waited an hour and I drove the car again for mins and the car was fine againI told my technician again to check the car if we can find something wrong and while he is going through the engine compartment he found a vacuum hose loose so he put it back in the line and secured it and I drove it again for min and the car was fineWe put the scanner and every thing was ok and the check engine did not come back onafter all that we called [redacted] and we took the car back to her house and told her please drive the car while I wait to make sure that there is no shaking and she said no I am tired and I will drive tomorrowI received a pone call from [redacted] on Thursday morning and she was very rude and said "My check engine came back on and I will be calling the Revdex.com" I was trying to talk to her nicely and she hang up the phonePlease advised me what to do now Thanks, [redacted] General Manager

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, I do not understand why it must be paid in cash I need to know if they are set up for debit or credit cards I also need confirmation in writing from International Auto Outlet and Tony.Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Nohours is NOT an average wait time for tires to be installed and it was actually hours and minutes and I DID have an appointment which was made with the salesperson who sold me the truckI was told to bring the truck that morning and the tires AND lock would be doneI have a signed document from you guys promising to install the tires and fix the lock which was not done when promisedIf nothing else this can be considered BREECH OF CONTRACTI do not need to go out of my way to right your wrongsYou are gonna send the truck back to have the wheels balanced at the same tire shop that didn't do it the first time and didn't even tighten all the lug nuts on the vehicle I was driving my family in unsafely? No thanksThe wheels have already been balanced at the Dodge dealership out of MY pocket, hence why I am asking for compensation.Still waiting on the title which would be great if I get it before the temp tags expire Regards, [redacted]

First, I would like educate Ms [redacted] regarding the online reviews and the Revdex.com complaint matter that she brought upWe are a car dealer specializing in selling used vehicles, the average age of our units are years old and the average odometer is 100,milesAs you may understand this is such a difficult merchandise to sell in a perfect condition and have a 100% client satisfaction ratioNow let's do some simple math to calculate our real satisfaction ratio and to understate Ms [redacted] statement " recurring theme of dishonesty and questionable business practices" Below is a snap shot of our sales records for the last years which is as follow: units sold units sold units sold units sold units sold units sold (as of March 31, 2018)Total units from 1/1/to 3/31/is 5,unitsSo as you can see, we sold 5,units from to presentThe complaints on [redacted] , *** and the Revdex.com, on worst case scenario over years will not exceed complaintSo if you do the math Complaint divided by units sold, that is less than 0.5% ratioThis ratio speaks of itself considering the kind of merchandise we sell and certainly will understate Ms [redacted] 's statementAs of the racial bias matter, I hope I was wrong and Ms [redacted] is not that type, and the fact that the phrase "Foreign Business" was repeated several time is just coincidence.Ms [redacted] asks, whats is the next step !! This is a reminder that Ms [redacted] initial complained was for inoperable window and tire pressure sensors on a years old vehicle, which we were willing to address until she went on a bizarre campaign at our showroomThe dealer is still willing to address Ms [redacted] 's concerns providing that it is done in an appropriate manner.Thank you for your timeRegards,GAnthony K [redacted] General Sales Manager International Auto Outlet

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I called Westlake Financial Services and was told by different people that my loan was denied on Oct but International Auto kept telling me the loan was still available So they have been lying to me after the loan was denied and I want my $back One and a half weeks after I got the vehicle the loan was denied and I received a letter with Reference ID [redacted] I will not drop the complaint because to me this is a case of fraud AS for my income I told them I was gong to take a guess and they told me that was fine I want my $back and end this [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: Yes I did say I had to think about it and I didAfter a few days I text the salesman back and asked him if they would put it in writing that they would put a motor in that had equal to or less mileage then what was on it when I purchased it and got no response I text him again the next day and asked If they were still willing to fix it and he said No to take it somewhere else since I didn't have confidence in there service departmentI told him he was right I didn't have confidence in there service department because they lied to me about the problem from day then kept dodging the issue by fixing minor thingsAlso yes I did not make a payment because I am working on a law suite and at the time we were working on a demand letter stating what we wanted or we were taking this to courtI didn't think they would take the car for being a week and a half late on the first months paymentEspecially when I NEVER Received a bill in the mailI just got phone calls that it and no one stated they were going to take my vehicleThis is beside the fact because I'm not complaining about the repoI paid the fees and got my car back even though I cant drive it very farThe only reason they added that is to damage my credibility as it had nothing to do with the complaint.I have all the text messages saved as proof I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]

Dear ***, This is a response for case number [redacted] Mr [redacted] First we fixed the window switch second we fix the solenoid third we fix the water pump After all that, he did not make his payment so we rrepossessed the vehicle We offered to fix the engine and he answered "I think about it" We asked him twice to fix the engine and he did not have confidence in our service department so he is moving forward with the lawsuit We did all we can to help Mr [redacted] Regards, [redacted] General Manager

I live minutes away from IAO and I am not even sure the car can make it on the highway for that amount of time without ruining the engineIf IAO would like to come to my place and inspect the car and file the claim for me, then that is fineAs long as the claim gets processed and I only have to pay the deductible, I will consider this matter closed satisfactorilyTony has my e-mail, so I would be more than happy to work out a time for them to inspect the car Regards, [redacted]

This is to respond to Mrs [redacted] attached complaint, shed some light on the facts and most importantly highlight the real motive behind this complaintFirst, l will respond to the misleading advertising claimTypically when we or any other dealer advertise a vehicle, our software relies on the VIN to decode the vehicle and its optionIt appears that in this case the software decoding process was not accurate as the vehicle was not equipped with remote entryWe sincerely apologize and assure you that in no way this was intentional, however in every advertisement there is a disclaimer to the effect that customers must verify the condition and options on all used vehiclesWhen this vehicle was sold on January 31st 2018, customer knew that this vehicle did not have a key less fob, salesperson Jerry found a place to install two key fobs close to customers home for $199, and committed to pay for it with company credit cardSo in conclusion, we admitted to the error in the key less issue advertising, apologized and showed good faith resolution at the point of sale.Second, I will respond to the customer service issueweeks after the saleMs [redacted] contacted us in the evening to complaint about one of her power windows and one of her tire pressure monitoring sensors not working, Our response which is our standard response to every customer under these circumstances is bring the vehicle over and will diagnose the issue and let you know what we can doMs [redacted] , apparently was unhappy with this response, showed up in our showroom, blocked the entrance to the store with the her vehicle, racially charged and screamed hysterically at the salesman in the presence of numerous clients "you sold me a lemon " demanded immediate repair or return of the vehicle and issuing a refund, all this over an inoperable window and a tire sensorUnder these circumstances, Ms [redacted] left me me no choice but to ask her to leave the property immediately and refuse service to herPlease note that Ms [redacted] husband contacted us and apologized on her behalf the same day, at which point we advised him that we will be happy to address their concern with the window and the tire pressure sensorThat was the last time we had communication with the customer. The nature and the real motive of this complaint is clearly racially motivated, the paragraphs "foreign origin" and "foreign operated" was used repeatedly which leads me to believe that Ms [redacted] 's biggest problem is my foreign originThen Ms [redacted] tried to turn it into a female discrimination caseI can't imagine the Revdex.com allowing such complaintI am respectfully asking the Revdex.com to strike this complaint out of the record for this reasonccHerbert H***, Esq., [redacted] LawRegards,GAnthony K [redacted] General Sales Manager International Auto Outlet

***, now why do you have to spread lies all over the internet? You came in for a car that is about to cashI showed you plenty of vehicles that was in your price range and I was pretty honest with the condition and cosmetic issuesWait, let me correct myselfI was mainly dealing with your boyfriend/ friend who was asking about the cars, checking the condition, and asking all the questionsYou ended choosing a Saab sedan which was listed for $You guys even asked me why the Saab was super cheapEven though I had another Saab that was identical with about the same miles that we were asking for it in way better conditionI explained exactly everything, such as the windshield was cracked, radio not working, one of the buttons for the window were bad, wipers were off, key fob not working, plastic cover was hangingWhich is why I was selling it so cheapNot only did I discount the vehicle, but I fixed the radio, secured the plastic hanging from the bumper and we replaced the Windshield with new Molding and we even sent the glass company to your house for installation After you drove off with the vehicle, you complained about the door lockI went and fixed that from the kindness of my heartThen you scraped the front bumper and damaged the other side of the plastic cover that I secured and I fixed that as wellYou knew the key had tape all over it because the buttons were faded and peelingYou also know that I had one key for the Saab before you purchased itYou then complained that another key is too expensive, even though you told me you found a set of new key from Amazon/ Ebay for dollars, but the programming was too expensive and I explained that I did not have the technology or the machine to program them, but I went ahead and gave you a free key and all you had to do was program themHere is the kicker, and I know everyone knows thisYou and your father called up here because you locked the steering wheel every time you stepped out of that carI guess you didn't know that that is a safety feature in every vehicle ever madeI have pretty much done everything under the sun before and after the saleIt is NOT our fault that keep locking the steering wheel every time you get out of the carYou also informed me and my General Manager Tony one week after you purchased the Saab that you have a medical condition and your medical issue prevents you from unlocking the wheel and putting the key in the ignition at the same timeThis is going to happen to every vehicle in the world, weather it is a model or a modelWe cannot refund your money because of a manufacturer and government safety regulationI disclosed all cosmetic issues before the purchase, I have done extra service before and after the saleIf I sold you the car for $dollars, you would still be complainingJust remember ***a, there is a camera in every office and I have proof that you have knowledge about these things and you are not being truthful with anyoneWe will also be contacting Howard Ain and the Revdex.com to let him know the type of customer you are and all the lies you spreadI have never heard of any dealer doing work after it was sold for freeSince you decided to take it this far, we will file defamation of character and slander charges against you and make sure it is taken to the fullest extent of the law[redacted]

I just received a check in the mail for $from *** *** Credit Union so I am satisfied on the outcome of this complaintThanks for all your time*** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
The response given by the business is lacking in several areasFirst, his claim that he contacted me is falseI contacted him after his title clerk refused to send me the titleSecond, his salesman admitted to causing the problem with the lender in the first placeOnce I contacted the financial manager, it took him minutes to resolve the problem with the lenderHad anyone on his staff taken the time to talk to him about it, this would have been resolved a month agoNext, he said it was a one day delay for sending the titleThe title was issued over a month before he sent itHe could have mailed it at any time, and choose not toThe one day delay he refers to was caused by his title clerk driving to a mailbox over an hour away from the dealership, purposely missing the closing of the post officeBecause of the mistake by his salesman and the delays caused by his title clerk spending a month holding onto the title without trying to fix the issue, I told the financial manager that an appropriate resolution would be for his company to pay for the repairs I had to make to the truck to get it to pass a safety inspectionIf his employees had simply made a mistake, his resolution would be acceptableHowever, his employees lied to me about how they would resolve it, and he lied about to me about when he would send me the title overnight

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I do not believe the financial manager is serious about resolving or even understanding my complaint, and request that the Revdex.com rating for his business be loweredFirst, his claim that the repair to my car was not part of the safety inspection is bizarreI live in Missouri, but he refers to a Kentucky inspectionSecond, the title was issued over a month be he sent itBy his own admission, it was his policy, not the lending company that prevented his from sending the titleDuring this month, he and his employees did nothing to get their moneyHad I not called repeatedly, I could still be waiting for my titleThird, his employees, aware of the issue, did not send a new temporary plate, leaving me at risk for being finedThird, he has repeatedly said they rushed me the title but just missed getting to the post office on timeThe letter was postmarked from an office an hour a way from the dealership when there are two post offices in HamiltonTo say they rushed the title is a lieThey deliberately delayed sending me the title because I gave them a bad review on cars.com for not sending me the title within a month of me purchasing the truckBut the financial manager does not want to acknowledge that his company did anything wrongAs he is unable to see that he and his people put me through a great deal of stress and worry of their refusal to send the title, they need to have their rating lowered
